I just moved here and needed a place for an oil change. I refuse to see the Ford dealership. Very friendly staff. Did not take long at all. I appreciate the time they took to change my wiper blades as well. They also have a card to stamp and the 5th oil change is free. Can’t beat that. And it reminds me of the place back in Kentucky which is a place I trusted. Thank you.

Im a uber Driver with 2 cars for services Chevrolet and Toyota. That place was my favor oil change. Every 5 services you get 1 free. The last 4 time I was here the white guy with beard always told me the dont have a card to give me but the get in their records my services. Im suprise today the same guy told me. I have to pay for the free service cause I dont have the card even I tell him go check in his record he said no. That was unprofessional. I will never come back again

This grease monkey offers royal purple oil which is great because it lasts for 12,000 miles which makes the higher cost definitely worth it and it’s much better for your vehicle.

Great experience considering I usually change my oil myself. They worked quickly and got me in and out in 20 minutes since they werent busy at the time. Also they were the best rate I could find for a full synthetic oil change. Ill be back!

2 weeks ago I tried to get an oil change, I pulled in at 4:35pm on 11/16/2017, and I remind you they close at 5:00pm.One lane was occupied by a sate trooper and the other one was empty. the guy helping the trooper ( heavy set ,tall, with beard, Caucasian) told the other guy (average height, heavy set, African American with tattoos) for me to go back tomorrow and that Ill get $10 off my price. when I challenge the second guy on why he couldnt do my oil change, he told me that there system is down, they cant cash me out, everything is already pretty much put away. but he did not have a response to when I asked him why the trooper is being service, when he pulled up within seconds before I did? or why is their system down nearly 30 minutes before closing? all he could do was offer me $10 off.

Came to the Fowler St. store after years at the N. Cleveland Ave location because of a decline in Service after Shawn , the former Manager left for a more lucrative career.Completely satisfied with the service on Fowler St. and I will return.
