Hank is a total professional and perfectionist. He installed window tinting on my brand new 2020 Honda Civic sport sedan and did an amazing job. He didnt try to push or upsell me to ceramic tint. He spent a lot of time with me to ensure I made an educated decision. I chose the standard black tint and used 35% on the side and rear windows and 50% on the full windshield. It came out perfect! I was considering ceramic paint sealant but he advised me that the scratches in my clear coat would not be removed without paint restoration and recommended buffing the clear coat scratches and wax the car. Again, he didnt try to up-sell me or sell me something that wouldnt work. Hes a little bit costly for window tinting but his quality of material and installation is second to none. Everything is done in a sealed air chamber, he really has a great operation and I highly recommend him for window tinting. Thanks Hank! I had the car detailed and waxed today and the polishing removed most of the swirl marks and scratches. Im so happy with the final results.

I purchased the i3 Autobahn window tint from Hank for my X3. From the beginning he was really clear about the process and options. I initially wanted the top of the line and while he could have put it, he did tell me about my options and I went with the i3 instead. Clearly I could have paid much less for tints but I wanted a quality product and service and I got that. Havent washed my car yet to see if I have any issues but Im gonna say that I dont and I think I would have noticed if I did.Thanks Hank

Unbelievable work, vehicle looks better than new! The headlights were restored to new. The paint shines like never before and the water just beads right off now that it is ceramic coated! Hank is an expert and passionate about what he does!

I brought my 2020 Jeep Wrangler to Pro-Install originally because they are the only place to have Huper Optik Tint installed. After spending $1,000 cash to have the Jeep tinted, I was quoted $300 for a “Sport Package” ceramic coating for my one week old NEW 2020 Jeep Wrangler High Altitude.I dropped off the Jeep at 7 am Aug 20th , at 10:05 am he called to inform me after he stripped all my factory wax that it had defects in the paint caused by a buffer from the detailer? He texted me a photo and explained he had seen this before on new vehicles. According to him I had two options , he keep my Jeep for a week and $2500 to repair the defects and finish the coating. Or I could take it back to the dealer with the wax removed and make them fix it. Why would he not inform me this was a possible outcome before he accepted my keys? After several heated discussions he agreed to try and reapply wax to the Jeep, when I picked it up, I asked him how much “he thought I owed him”, he said $400. I paid him $400 cash for basically removing my wax then reapplying it. I have tried over and over to explain to Hank the owner that even if this is not his fault, he should have informed me of this outcome before I agreed to the service, but he had no problem taking my $400 for zero results? The liquid wax he applied left orange peel, so I had to pay an additional $200 to have the Jeep paste waxed. So $600 to get the Jeep back the way I dropped it off to his shop. In hindsight I should have paid with my Amex and disputed the charge. Hank and his “Manager” Angie tried to convince me this is not a bait and switch, but if isn’t I don’t know what is…Updated 8/31/2020 4:40 pm: Again this is not about his “re-waxing” or about “his opinion” of the Jeep’s paint job I literally picked up the day it was delivered to the dealer (1 week before I brought it to his shop).This is about informing the customer upfront that he may be looking at $2,500 if he deems the factory paint job unsatisfactory. If that statement would have been made to me or any customer before they hand over the keys they would rethink their decision to agree to a $300 “sport package”. Very simple before you take the keys of someone’s car to work on it, tell them up front what are the possible outcomes. Even if there is a very slim chance, he knew there was a chance because he told me he has seen this numerous times with new vehicles. Be honest and upfront. Is that asking too much from someone you trust with a new $60k vehicle? I know that is not as flashy as some of the cars he works on but is very important to me. Return my $400!

If you care about quality and using the best product (as well as quality installation), then there is no where else you should look. Hank at pro install is a true professional and one of the few in his industry that knows the product, and the work behind tinting better than most others out there in south Florida. He does not carry bad films, so if you’re looking for a a cheap dark $100 film, then don’t waste your time. Hank is a perfectionist with excellent work ethic and will be honest and straight forward with you. I had Huper Optik Ceramic put on my car and the work was, as expected, flawless. I highly recommend any of the Huper Optik products or autobahn films, but most of all, I recommend using Pro Install for any tinting or ceramic coating for your car. You will not regret it.

EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK & AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!A few months ago, I recognized that the air quality in my car was VERY bad!! So I took my car to a local mechanic... who kept me waiting for over 4 hrs in filthy shop with no air conditioning in the blistering summer heat. I was charged over $150 to install the $11 air filter I had purchased from Pep Boys & the air quality was still really bad. When I told the mechanic that the air quality in my car wasnt much better, he told me theres nothing more that could be done!!!Thank God I found Hank @ Proinstall Tint!!! When I explained to him what happened, he told me about a process he used to to improve the air quality in cars.When I took my car to Proinstall, I was struck by how impeccably clean the shop was!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! 5 out of 6 windows were containminated with DIRT in the tint and/or misaligned. Hank refused to negotiate or compensate for the mistakes he admitted to making. It was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Hank repeatly had me bring the car to the shop and then not work on it because of various reasons. He was unwilling to negotiate, it was either take it all off and be refunded or be comfortable with having paid TRIPLE THE NATIONAL AVERAGE RATES for such POOR QUALITY OF WORK! I can not believe the amount of stress and frustration this experience has brought into my life

Let me first say that Hank showed up at my house right on time and tinted my Mercedes SL 550 perfectly. Just to watch him work you can see the years of experience how methodically and carefully he does his installation you will not be disappointed. Now he does use the highest quality film called Huper optic. Yes its somewhat more expensive than conventional film however if you do your research you can see that its well worth the extra dollars for the intense heat rejection and performance of this film cant tell you how satisfied I am .
