Just got my tints done and I have a snapchat picture right before I came here and now leaving the tint place it’s pouring so the next morning I notice this long crack going across my driver side windshield I drove back immediately !! As soon as I get there I talked to the boss told him I have a before picture (before I got the tints) and he burst out saying “ we didn’t do that” and mind you a fat guy was tinting my windshield and he could barely reach across my windshield and I also just got this truck he says “ I don’t care , I know my shop “ he was so unprofessional and they give you the receipt that says (In the photo I posted) “No ReFunds” HIDDEN BETWEEN ALL THE TERMS I just wanted to share my experience on going there if you have a cheap car MAYBE yea but if you love your vehicle DO NOT bring it there !!!!! I did NOT see or SIGN where it says NO REFUND (( AFTER I PAYED THENNN GOT THE RECEIPT )) Scam

The owner Aviv was really receptive, with a great customer service !! If you have any questions about the best for your car radio you can talk to him, very polite and helpful guy!!! Even after waiting for 8 hrs for my car be done the results were amazing and I’m really happy with my new Apple car radio!!! Good to remind I was trying to save money with a bad quality radio from brandsmart and he showed me the best way to go even spending a little more l!! Amazing customer service and people skill thanks TEAM DR SOUND !

After paying $913 to have my radio installed a wire was left about 1.5 ft long. There was an issue with having this resolved that day. The management team (David) was on top of this and I appreciate his passion for quality customer service. The radio installed looks great.

Everyone is a professional here, especially Bruno at front desk. I’ve had my tints and sound system done by Dr. Sound. If there’s something you don’t like or if they did something by mistake you can always call them up and they will 100% fix the problem for you. When I had my windshield tinted originally it was too dark for my visibility at night so I called Bruno and he had me come back and Michael stripped the darker tint off and re tinted my windshield to a lighter shade. He didn’t leave any glue or residue behind and was a complete professional in his work.

They work so fast its almost insane lol. My Boyfriend and I had gotten both of our cars tinted on Friday 3/12/2021 and was in and out within an hour. Our only complaint is the mess that was left behind. Our cars were previously washed and detailed before coming to them & what was left was dried watermarks all over the doors, hood, and trunk area. Also, there was tint film left within the car. Overall, our experience was not bad and could of been better if they had more consideration for the clients cars.

Im so upset! Although they agreed to fix it, it still hurts to see the car I work so hard for get messed up literally the next day I bought it brand new. I had a subwoofer and two amps that had on my previous car and all I wanted was to run the wires to install my amps and subwoofer to the factory speakers. They finished and later this week I noticed they drilled and attached my amps to my rear armrest. The screws were very unsafe and visible and tore my arm rests leather as well. Once again they offered to fix it but only after I raised hell. Initially they refused to fix it they only wanted to move the placing of the amp. Don’t know Ill let you be the judge: The owner after initially denying to fix it later sent the “manager” to fix the situation. The “manager” was one of four who did the installation and caused the damage. We will seeNext day follow up. I hate to say it , but the owner of Dr. sound refused to fix my car unless I take my reviews down. So lets just say were suing him. Dont trust their work nor professionalism as they do not respect the value of other peoples hard work and property.

I received a call from the actual owner vivo (sorry if I spelled it wrong lol) concerning a private matter. He corrected all concerns and shared a humanity laughter. For him to reach out in regards to his business corrected a small matter that was dear to me. He did not ask for me to change my review, I honestly choose to do so because his professionalism spoke value. Thank you again.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to for this company. First of all they are very professional and the quality of work is amazing. I did my chrome delete and sound system setup with these guys and I’m a very happy customer. I promise you will not find a better price in Broward County. Highly recommended

Honestly might be the best service in the swap shop area. I definitely recommend as they attend to all your needs and if there is any mistake or flaw they have no issue with fixing it ASAP! The quality of the tints is what your looking for as it took me a minute to look around for tints. Definitely recommend!

Skeptical about getting tints done at the swap shop they were very Professional and effective, made sure that if anything went wrong to come back and they would fix it as soon as possible and without any issues. Will definitely be recommending if any friends or family needs a service done.

I just got a brand new Audi, and straight from the dealer stopped at Tint World(big mistake) because it was closer, and long story short, walked out laughing at their ridiculous prices and headed STRAIGHT to Dr Sound, which I should have done in the first place because I had gotten my Maserati tints done here a few years ago, and the tints are still flawless to this day. The owner was great, and let me do regular tints on all my windows, and the ceramic tint on the windshield. Took about 1.5 hours, and all I can say is WOW! Absolute perfection!! Definitely the BEST tints in the area and best prices! If I get a new car i’ll definitely be coming back again. If you’re still contemplating about where to get your tints done, just stop. Go here! (lol) But seriously, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been coming here for years and service is always stellar. This time I Had Jonathan as my installer and brought my own radio which was missing harnesses and he was able to work with the owner to get me up and running. Great guy explains everything and a new awesome experience. I always come back here. 7+ years and counting.

This place has a 5 year warranty that is a scam. I was told if any bubbles after I leave to bring it back and they will take care of it no questions asked. That only applies if it’s a quick fix. If there is a problem with the quality of the work they don’t even consider alternatives such as replacing the film. I was told there is nothing they can do and they wouldn’t put a new film for something so “small or petty”. As if it’s their car and they are the ones that have to see it everyday. First and last time using this business.

Had some issues with my car audio system. 1speaker wasnt play sound was distorted, and suddenly out of no where my subwoofer stop playing. So I went to Dr sound and Jonathan C. and Angel troubleshooted everything got all my stuff in A1 I was so impressed with their work I actually upgraded my system got a bigger sub added an Amplifier for the highs interior speakers. They did an amazing job it wasnt cheap however quality service never is. Thanx Jonathan and Angel you guys got me right.

I bought the online promo not knowing it was by appointment only and he really helped me out. He still gave me the discount and helped me save even more money by adding my windshield for a nice price as well. Today will be my 3rd time using Dr Sound for their tinting service. When I say the customer service is A1 and quick. They take time and make sure that everything is done with perfection. I really love that the tinting has a lifetime warranty if anything goes wrong. I would highly recommend them when looking for tints and music. They are located at the swap shop.

I own a 2 door coupe that already has a back window tint. No bubbles, great color, no issues. They gave me a quote of $250 and included the back tint to be removed and replaced. I didnt request that and only wanted 3 windows tinted but I was pressured to get everything done. I felt underwhelmed with the experience.

Last time I when to change my amp that stop working it was a 2 channel amp they supposed to install the same and they only install a single channel . 300 $for one amp. I when ask for price the other day and they want 680 for a box 2 10’ and amp . I got everything for 320$ on Amazon. There are so pricy . Never going there again.

I was referred to Dr Sound by a customer who said they did good work with a lifetime warranty. I had two front windows of my SUV tinted, but one started to delaminate after a few days. Took the vehicle back and was confronted with attitude. First, we tell all our customers not to roll down the windows for a week. Well, the (different) guy who sold me the window tint didnt say anything about that. Well, he should have. Well, he didnt. Second, We can cover the film, but youll have to pay labor -- doesnt sound like a lifetime warranty to me, especially after only 8 days. No bueno.

Owner is a crook, disrespectful, and not professional. They DO NOT honor their warranties. I purchased a front window tint and it did not last 90 days. I have my receipt and even with that they did not honor the warranty. He throw the receipt on the floor and told me to leave. Their product is cheap and its true on what they say, you pay for what you get. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would give them a negative star if I could
