I had to do another review since the first review I did (after promise from the company that they would finish their job) the job they did has not been finished. After months of calling still no response from these people here I will add photos of what they left unfinished and a horrible job at that. USA Home Improvement just completed my hurricane impact windows and doors. It was a big job with a triple slider, double slider, front door and 35 windows. From the beginning, I was impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of everyone whom I was in contact. The company kept me informed from securing the permits to the final inspection.The painter just came today and stated that this was the best and cleanest job that he has seen. We are very happy and would recommend talking to Gil for your best price and experience.

I would highly recommend using USA home improvement for your windows and doors replacement. Recently we had them replace our original 60-year-old wooden front door with a new modern metal hurricane rated door. The service was extremely pleasant, the two installers were professional and took their time in the installation process, which can be a real challenge with these older homes. Afterward they cleaned up and took everything away, just a great experience will use them again.

If you’re looking for high quality product and a great price this is the company you want to deal with! My rep Lia was super knowledgeable about the product and process and was able to get us approved to the pace program within minutes. Tried applying for a different financing option with a different company previously and luckily wasn’t approved with them since the monthly payments Lia set us up with were much more attractive and the interest rate was lower as well. I want to thank Lia at USA for her professionalism . I got Lia’s number through a friend who previously worked with her and was very content with his impact windows. I called her to get an estimate for my mom’s place and after Lia left my mom’s house my mom called me to say how impressed she was by her presentation. The installation and final inspection were done last week and my mom couldn’t be happier with her new windows. Now I can rest assure I won’t hear my mom complaining about who’s going to help her putting her shutters up.

I had a great experience with USA HI. The project manager Elizabeth made sure to keep us posted on each stage of the project and the process was very transparent to us. They managed to get the project completed in less then 2 months even though they set the expectations for 3-4 months so we were super impressed. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of service and product I got from USA HI. Lia was extremely knowledgeable about the product and process and we really enjoyed dealing with her. after getting 3 quotes from different companies I decided to Proceed with Lia at USA HI as I felt like I’m getting the most for my money. Worst company ever. Very good until I signed the contract. Donna / Francisco / Elizabeth (person in charge of my project) not helpful at all. need to sent several email to get a respond. they di dont fallow up mi case. was rejected and i found out that was rejected because I went to se the city Building department. I tell them that was rejected to weeks agou and then they call me to tell me about the issue. I already new I was the one to tell them about. the they submitted for approval a wrong floor plan. a plan that was not my house. One of the reason that was rejected. BCPA didnt match with what they send. After all this issues she told me I was the one that have to fix the problem. I get in contact with the city engineer and he was the one that explain everything to me. and told me is the company that need to resubmit everything again and the company said no that they don do that. its been another 2 week and Im still waiting for a respond for the for another appointment or re submit my windows project or give me the release of the contract but the dont reply or give option. ..just missing in action

I used this company about a year ago to install hurricane windows and doors. They didnt do a good job installing. The workers didnt speak English so I couldnt communicate with them. I can see sunlight coming in from my doors and bugs enter. Two of my windows wont open. And one wont stay up. I almost cut my fingers off. Im calling at least once a week and they are not calling back. A couple of times someone who doesnt speak any English came and was very rude. Eas suppose to come back to fix the mistakes and never does. This has been a nightmare for my family. I do not recommend this company

This has been the worst experience with any company that I have had. It has taken nearly two years to complete my window project. No one will return my calls no matter how many times they say they have taken note to have someone call. I still can not get anyone to even order my screens so I can finally finish the project and be done with this company. Even after being assured my screens were in stock. I can’t stress enough how much I would warn people to stay away from this company. I’m hoping this review will get them to finish my project but I’ve lost all hope.

I have never given any individual or business a negative review, but this company USA home improvements deserve that, and they deserve less that one star. All the people I dealt with thru almost a six-month process was horrible. The sale person Eddie is the first person, that after the closing the sale never call me to follow up. I call him a week later after the windows were installed and mention to him that the thickness of the glass was not what was agree on the contract, he told he will call me within an hour to advise me what went wrong, I have not heard from him yet. Also, another person that has no customer service is Erica she is very rude and when you try to speak to her, she does not let you speak. These Impact windows were supposed to reduce noise from the outside which they don’t. ESW are poor quality impact windows and they come from Colombia which delay the installation process. I made a big mistake selecting this company, even after the installed the installation of the molding was a nightmare. Please do not use USA windows for any service because you will regret your decision like I did. Finally, have not received by invoice after final payment. I will give credit to the installers they were great.

With all the issues that my husband & I had with our house, the insurance company dropped us because of the roof, we heard about the PACE program and they sent a representative out to us. The minute Mr. DeAraujo stepped out of the vehicle I knew this was the right person. Not great, and would not recommend. They are completely unreliable and unresponsive. They dont understand that communication and customer service is extremely important, specially when you are paying a lot of money for such a big project.

USA home improvement installed my windows and doors I was very happy with the sales person and the installation but once my windows were installed it has been a mission to get inspection because of covid I did have some issues with my doors but Louis was very helpful and getting someone out to adjust them until i can get inspection complete. just wish there was better communication with what the status is.

Worst company, they broke a windows part and we have been calling for almost one month and they ignored us, so i dont believe that they replace and repair like they promise, dont use them

Everything was great, except for a few snags with the city inspector. Everyone showed up in mask for the final inspection. It took a little longer due to COVID19 but I understand that. Overall everyone was very helpful and was very good about responding to my concerns, it was a great experience!

Mostly I have good things to say about USAHI. During the Pandemic, we were still able to get the work done, safely, and with everyone wearing masks. I had 6 windows, 2 exterior doors, 1 sliding glass door and one garage door- all done in two days. What took the longest was waiting for the inspection. USAHI thought that my city was closed but after some investigation on my part (and after a month after the work was actually done) they were not. And I was worried that my permit would expire, which costs money to reinstate, not that I would have paid, but you would think they wouldnt want to pay it either. All was done within, 7 months, during the Pandemic, and now I feel safer with all new stuff.

You guys did my windows back in july and they are still not finished, you rushed yto get your money and I am still dealing with you guys to come back and finish fixing everything. I have all the texts which i can post where i complain numerous times and you guys even stood me up this week, with the excuse that you are moving.The product is amazing, the service, the installation, the support and the communication is one of the worst ive ever experienced.They have now stood me up 3 times and theanager stopped answering calls.Also , when looking the quality of the windows i noticed the heating coefficient (u rating ) is really bad and not it should be in south florida (when I mentioned to the sales person this is what I care about the most)Whenever something like this happens, all they do is say they had a training issue, apologize and not offer any real solution

When I got the estimate I was so impressed with the price & that I decided to go ahead and put in new impact windows and doors. This company is extremely professional, you get a project manager who handles everything from beginning to end, all of the permits are requested by the company. The contractors were great, they were punctual, hard working & cleaned up after themselves even if they were returning the next day.I highly recommend this company.

Had a problem with my AC shutting off late Monday afternoon. USA Home Improvement tried to go through easy fixes on the phone but after that did not working set up a service call next day. Mechanic called before coming and was on time. Simon was extremely knowledgeable, found the problem that our drain was clogged within a minute. Took care of that problem and then recommended a UV Light installation to protect from the mold that he showed me building up on the wiring. (the unit is 1 1/2 years old). Simon then went over how to use bleach to avoid the drain problem and best filter to use and change every month. Simon followed up with a phone call the next day. Superb service, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Had a great experience and felt I was in great hands.

A project that started in January is STILL no finished, my husband has to send MULTIPLE emails in order to get an answer. Several people have come out to attempt to finish the project, however they end up leaving because they don’t have the “tools” or “material” necessary for what has to get done. Then it takes months for us to get an answer as to when someone else is coming. With hurricane season here, we are NOT ready and do not feel secure in our home. Whatever you do, DO NOT use USA Home improvement.

USA home improvement has done my windows this year and I must say .. there number one priority is customer service. The day that I signed the contract , I had a project manager that calls me every week to update me on status of the process. It was so great to be involved in every step and I was stress free !!!

I needed to change the roof for my recently purchased home and I contacted USA Home Improvement to get a free estimate. Not only were they able to come out the same day they sent out a very professional representative that answered all my questions and more. After signing the contract, about a little over a month and a half later my roof was being installed and I was worry free. Highly recommend this company.

We have a house built in 1963 and the windows desperately needed to be upgraded. 36 windows, 1 double door and 2 irregular sized doors, needless to say, expensive and difficult job for all involved. We have gotten 3 estimates, all of which were comparable but USA Home Improvement was the last one and appeared professional and eager to take on the challenge. The project was possible because we were able to use YGreene (PACE) program to pay for the project through our yearly taxes.The crew this week came to install and our stress level was high just expecting a job of this magnitude. What an unexpected surprise seeing this wonderful crew work in sections, clean after themselves, sweep my floors and vacuum to ensure that my rooms were left as clean as possible. They covered every furniture and all I had to do was mop and dust as the progressed. Unfortunately, when the bulk f the work was done, we had the finishing touches remaining, from screw covers to caulking, trim and we decided to have them do the window sills to prevent any damage to the windows. The process became tedious from the delays in getting people back out to the poor quality of the finished project. I am grateful that they did send in Bob to touch up as best as possible the job but we still had to hire our handyman to come and cement, repaint, cover holes in the walls interior and exterior, and re-caulk. Some screw covers were bent because they were banged with a hammer to make them fit instead of cutting to size, which left scratch marks in many of the screw covers. Bob was kind enough to leave some white touch up paint for me to repaint the damaged areas.What a shame that we started off on a great note but the finish was not what we expected $40,000 later. I also learned that never to sign any documentation until we pass final inspection, turns out they turned in the permit signed on 3-5-2020 only that it was NOT a final permit inspection (that was done July 28, 2020) and now I find out it was my mistake to have signed off on the paperwork because the project was done in July 2020 (started in February :( ) and now taxes are up and I will have to cough up the 2020 yearly payment for the windows instead of 2021-2022.Do your research, and if you just sign off on documentation and /or payment when the project passes full inspection and meets your satisfaction, then this company may be suitable for your project.

We had one of their energy consultants, Avi, out to our home to assess one of our doors. He went out of his way to educate us about the problem with the door and suggest several solutions, many of which involved him making no commission. It was both insightful and refreshing to have someone sacrifice their own financial incentives to do the right thing. I trust the company completely going forward and would recommend them out of the sheer honesty (and knowledge) of their staff. The next time i need home improvement services I will definitely be contacting them first.

This company is number 1 in my eyes needed impact windows and a new ac and got them both done with them they were quick clean and efficient the only issue I had they came late to the install by 1 hour but did call to let me know there running behind. Loved dealing with gil the office manager and Josef the owner they both made me feel so comfortable with the whole process

Would definitely recommend USA Home Services to anyone!It was like working with family. All of the permitting, actual work and final inspection were done on a very timely basis. I had a roof leak during a recent storm, and they were able to come out the next day and repair it at a very fair price. The owner was very professional and courteous and worked with me to ensure that I was able to get this taken care of quickly.

USA Home Improvement installed High Impact Windows in my home in Palm Beach Gardens. They are wonderful to deal with. Immaculate, efficient and a great price. Last year I had them put in a brand new air conditioner including all new vents. I can’t say enough good things about the company. Search no more, they’re great.

What a waste of time for me. Had the salesperson come to my home to give an estimate for 3 impact windows. Agreed upon a price, they sent me a contract, I signed and returned. Hadn’t heard from in 2 weeks, called a spoke with their sales manager Louis and he told me that my job was to small and they didn’t want to do it. IT JUST NOT RIGHT. If you agree to do a job then do it. Told Louis I was going to write the and he said that “I’m taking meals off his family’s table”. Too bad.
