If I could give a 0 I would. Dana is a horrible person. She came, gave me a great quote then never came back. Gave me her cell number. Promised to meet my uncle at the condo at 3pm, he waited she never showed or answered her phone or text. Left multiple messages at the job and she never called back. Extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company let it go out of business.

Dakota used the the wrong sized spline to rescreen my patio windows. Screen blew out within a week. Took her more than 2 weeks to make it back here to fix the job and when she did finally come back, she was unprepared to fix the job. Never even ordered the correct spline. Ive since had to hire another company to fix her mess. She wont even return my calls.I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM HER AND THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! BAD BAD COMPANY!

Beware! I took broken window screens there to be replaced, and they completely lost my order, the measurements and of course, tossed the screens. I also went to get replacement jalousie glass, and they were out of stock. Two weeks later, well after they said they would have new glass, they only had the glass in their other location 30 minutes away. One of the most common types of window glass found in Hollywood. So, I was left for weeks with hurricane shutters closed on my broken window. The owner never even had the guts to call to apologize.This place is completely disorganized, which you can see for yourself from the disaster that they call a showroom. Stay far away. There are plenty of other window shops in Hollywood that have their acts together.

I had some work done by them and let me tell you! I am very pleased with the screens and windows they replaced at my house. Someone recomemded them to me and would absolutly recomend them to anybody ! The service was great, the job was done as requested what more can i say i am one happy customer !
