February 26, 2021I typically do not write reviews. However, there are exceptions, and this is one of those times. I was referred to Secure Window Solutions by a family friend that ranted and raved about Brad and Brandon. I could not agree more. Brad and Brandon are the 2 most professional business owners I have come across in South Florida. I was having an issue with water intrusion in one of my windows. When Brad came to my house, he did a full inspection. (had several others come out and not one performed an inspection, they just wanted to sell and run) he thoroughly explained the scope of the work that needed to be performed, the time line and executed accordingly, NO FALSE PROMISES. Once the windows were installed and all materials were dry, we performed a water test just to make sure my family and I had no more issues. As a result of their professionalism service and response, and it would not be just if I did not give kudos to the team. All the guys from their installation team were as professional as Brad and Brandon. All other companies out there need to learn a thing or two from Secure Window Solutions from top to bottom you can see what their values are. They understand what it is to be a true professional. We will be replacing the rest of the windows in our house and will only use the Team at Secure Window Solutions. WELL DONE!!!

February 2021 - I contracted the services of Secure Window Solutions for the installation of 10 impact windows & 1 impact french door. I am over the moon pleased with the crew that performed installation and the overall outcome. The project started on Wednesday, finished on Friday afternoon, with a passed inspection on Monday morning. Brad & Brandon, the owners were super responsive and I cant say enough great things about Katherine who handles the front office operations. I can truly say that this project was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a vendor. I would definitely utilize the services of this company 10 times over.

They taped off and even laid sheets of protective plastic around each and every work area, cleaning and vacuuming the entire way so there was NO DUST! It was as if they were never there. Secure Window Solutions has now installed windows on 4 of our rental properties. The work has always been fast and reasonably priced. Bids fell right in the middle of our quotes with premium grade windows and amazing install work. We have has some tough hurdles come up and a few of the jobs and they knew exactly how to fix them.We have always dealt with Brandon, one of the owners. Personally I would insist on it. He is the absolute best. Having him on site gives me the peace of mind of knowing the job will be done correctly. If I need something I call his cell directly and he is always on top of it. He even answers on Sundays! Insider tip: A couple of donuts and some coffee and Brandon will answer all the little renovation questions that nobody else knows how to solve. Secure Windows has completed 2 major projects for us at our home.They replaced all of the old windows in the main house with new high quality impact windows and they enclosed a carport into a sunroom with french doors and windows. Both times they completed the work in a professional and quick manner, while keeping construction disturbance to a minimum. They are very conscientious about scheduling, maintaining the jobsite and cleaning up each day. We highly recommend them for any window or door project. They will work with you in the design and permitting phase right on through installation and permit closeout.

I had 4 quotes before choosing this company. In the end My 15 windows 4 doors were installed in 4 days. Any issues were addressed immediately.
