Lacking in customer service. The processing for shipment information within the shipping and receiving department is highly unorganized.

I wish I could give this company a 0 star review. Their customer service is on a different level of terrible. I was shipping a truck with them to the Bahamas and they had it for 3 months and wouldn’t let me know anything that was going on or any update, the cargo department will not answer and phone calls so don’t even bothering trying the booking department told me to email them guess what they don’t even answer emails either. After about 5 emails and 200 times trying to call them and numerous complaints with the customer service department, I finally gave up and had to fly from the Bahamas to Florida and go to there cargo office. The person in charge of shipping the cars wouldn’t come out they said he was to busy, after arguing with them he finally came and gave me the paperwork and told me I could only get my truck on Friday or Tuesday because they were closed at the port. He wouldn’t tell me were the vehicles were kept, I had to go to the port and drive around until I eventually found it in a open yard all the windows down key in the ignition and a dead battery with no gas. I had to call the police and get a tow truck to remove it from the yard because no one was there and after all that I was not leaving the truck there. I would not recommend anyone to even try to ship anything with this company you would have better luck and less frustrations if you made a raft and let it float to the Bahamas.
Warehouse staff very helpful but management not very helpful
Unorganized know one can give you any type of information and your cargo is not guaranteed to arrive with you. You could be waiting weeks or months before it arrives.
