I absolutely love the service that is provided from The people at this office. I have been with them for many years and have no issues what so ever. Angie and the rest of the staff are the best when it comes to customer service; they have been there for me. I have no issues as being their tenant and that is why I continue to bring my service to them because I doubt I will find any property manager as cool as them. Any issues maintenance, your going to be a little late on rent etc examples they are very understanding. Upside Management is awesome. Thanks for the service you guys provide

Ive been a tenant for about 3 years. In the beginning, it was a bit rough especially dealing personally with landlords versus a management company. I must say, they have made a huge improvement and are extremely helpful and quick with response. We had an issue in the property and Angie made sure to go above and beyond for us, constantly following up to make sure our needs were met. Compared to other companies, this one has really impressed me.

UPSIDE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE BEST IN BREAKING CONTRACTS...THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I REALLY WISHED I COULD RATE THESE GUYS LOWER... THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! PATTY IS HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL AND ONLY WANTS TO COMMUNICATE VIA TEXT. THE MANAGER ANGIE DOES NOT PICK UP OR RETURN CALLS, ISSUES ALWAYS REMAIN UNRESOLVED. THEY TELL YOU WHAT THE RATE INCREASE WILL BE LIKE A WEEK BEFORE THE FINAL RENEWAL ON THE LEASE, EVEN WHEN YOU ASK THEM FOR IT 90 DAYS BEFORE. OH AND PLEASE DONT LET THE OLD AC UNIT BREAK DOWN, BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE SERVICE FEES... I WILL NOT LIVE ANYWHERE THAT TIS COMPANY MANAGE....THEY ARE VERY DISTASTEFUL

I have been a tenant with upside for 2 Years now and I must say, I don’t regret any part of it. When it comes to any questions or concerns feel free to call them; if they can not respond at the moment they will eventually get back to you within the same day. If there is a maintenance issue they resolve it right away no questions ask. They all have an understanding and are always willing to help you. If your looking for a place to stay look no further because you will love them they are all sweethearts. I will be of course renewing to stay with them for another few years.

Ive been a tenant with them for almost a year now. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful in those off the clock scenarios. Fast response and easy to contact if anything comes up. Thumbs up!

Third time I’m editing this review.Bottom of the line if you don’t want to read this review, do not move in.The first time I left a two star review because for about a month and a half my shower door was broken. After it was fixed I was asked to edit it back to a good review. I won’t change it again.When we first reached out it took three weeks for someone to even come and look at it and another two for them to actually fix it. It took two emails, a million phone calls, and a bad review for them to even acknowledge my boyfriend and I’s issue. It wasn’t until three weeks into the month of January that our prorated rent was calculated correctly and the late fees were waived.I met the property manager the day they came to fix the shower and was told they were installing cameras for our security. That was a lie. They installed cameras for predatory towing purposes.When we moved in we let them know we have three cars and the place we moved into has a single car garage and a single space. The other tenants of Riverland were parked kind of off to the side and I was told that was fine. We left a couple nights ago with the car that was in the garage and left our other two parked to the side with four other of the tenants cars. When we came back we were met with the neighbors across from us letting us know that the management and towing were watching us on the cameras to come and tow our vehicles without even telling a single tenant until the next day. They attempted to tow a total of six cars until thankfully our neighbor came outside and chased the tow guy off. Later we found out that they evicted him for standing up for us. That led to us finding out everything this management company has done to past tenants. If something breaks in your home, never expect it to get fixed and if it ever does get fixed you can expect it to cost you a minimum of $75 every time, and if you’re staying there for any length of time with the amount of things that are going to break it’ll be cheaper for you to just fix it yourself. They ignore your calls, they ignore maintenance requests, they don’t care about their tenants. at this time there is absolutely zero guest parking so don’t plan on anyone ever coming to spend more than ten minutes because by that time they’ll have likely called a tow truck on your friends and family. We’ve heard of tenants leaving their places better than they found them but no one ever gets their security deposit back, which by the way, will cost you and entire month of rent. Once you have enough of the nightmare and try to break your lease you’ll have to not only pay until a new tenant is in your place, but if they up the rent you will have to pay the difference. This place aims to terrorize their tenants and I can’t imagine why. We are a small community of quiet people. We don’t cause noise or destruction. We all want to live in peace. This company is making that difficult however they can. Each one of us has met and discussed how we wish we’d never moved in. The man they’re evicting has been there for nine years and had to go month to month because he was too scared to commit his family to staying with this company. He’s said he tries to catch anyone interested in moving in before they sign a lease and warn them and I wish we’d known. This is just a small piece of what we’ve heard regarding how poorly this company has treated people in the past. This is your warning. Do not move in with this company

They were impossible to contact and work with especially when it came to financial matters. They kept 40% of our security deposit and charged us to fix a screen enclosure that was broken when we moved in. We reported the problem to them when we moved in and they said they couldnt fix it. We have documentation stating that we would not be charged for it and yet we still were charged. After they agreed to pay us $1,200 for the remained of our deposit, they still proceeded to cut us a check for $1,165 with no explanation. This is the most unprofessional company. Ive been renting for 10+ years and this is the first time Ive encountered anything of this nature.

This company is the most unprofessional, and negligent company. They do not care for the safety of their tennants, and do business with those that are just as negligent. I will be filing a law suit against them. For the fact I was living in a fire hazard for well over 3 months. This property was deemed a fire hazard by the fire marshal of Plainfield, Indiana. No one has taken me seriously at all. And put four lives in danger 2 of which are children.

This company is the worst, there has been a rat infestation in the building for a year and a half and nothing has been done about it, they never fix anything and never answer the phone, there is no official way of putting in a work order you basically call the maintenance guy and are at his mercy(which is very slim); constant issues with billing; so many many things wrong with them stay far far away!
