Although there are so many wonderful things that I could say about her in short I would like to mention that she is extremely knowledgeable about the company. I have worked with Renters Warehouse for a while and I can say, the entire team are a great bunch of people to work with. Joe D is quick to reply on any issues I had about service calls and the Accounting dept was always on top of payments. I also had great encounters with the tenants as well, while performing issues that needed repairing. The only way to really understand how much everyone cares is to try them for yourself.You will not be sorry!!!

Entirely dissatisfied and unhappy with management and maintenance. Move out was horrific, we still havent received our security deposit and overpayment of last months rent. Association deducted security deposit refund for items that were not present in the apartment during move in (blinds, new ceiling fan that never worked etc.) We reported many issues to maintenance and they take months to address it. During covid (before we moved out) we reported items that needed to be fixed, maintenance never came and then when we moved out they deducted it on our security deposit check. Association has no sympathy for tenants who have been affected by covid and is giving us the run around with our security deposit and rent overpayment (we paid our last months rent at the time of moving in and when we left by mistake, this should have been refunded immediately, however here we are 2 months after move out and we have not received it yet.)

Working with renters warehouse was a breath of fresh air. They were attentive and very prompt with handling anything that came their way. Joe And Kevin were very helpful and provided me with the very best experience possible. I would recommend any and everyone to use their services.

I only have one investment property and as a first time landlord I was relieved to find Renters Warehouse. I travel for work a lot and just dont have the time to dedicate to finding tenants and keeping up with tenant concerns. Its great piece of mind knowing someone is there to handle the tenant and property if an emergency were to arise. Grayson, the Management Consultant, was very helpful and the whole process was fairly painless.

Kevin came out to my property the same day I initially inquired about their services. We listed with him and his team found me a great tenant within a week or so. Working with Tasha and Kevin at the Ft Lauderdale Renters house was great experience. I highly recommend them. The attention I received was past my expectations not to mention the speed. If my calls could not be answered I would get a text shortly letting me know when she would be able to return my call. For me, this was the first time we had a management company handling the renting and management of our property. At first just going to their office, i was blown away by their professional environment and the way that the whole process was explained. There was no hidden clause in their contracts. All fees were right there in print, from the first months rent to the monthly Fee for managing the property,(if you so decide to go that route, I would recommend it). My property was rented within a month after it was advertised, (That never happened in the past if i tried to advertise it). I use to have to be dealing with the tenants from NY every month trying to collect rent, now they make sure that all is well. So far Im very happy and would highly recommend Renters Warehouse. Someone will always answer your email or your question.

Horrible service and would never recommend any landlord nor tenant to rent from. Everything is smooth when making your payments (autopay), but good luck with moving out and getting your deposit back. They will keep charging your account and good luck with getting your money returned. Kevin should be fired. I follow-up with them every week and they always give me the run around. Hours of operations are whenever they feel like coming in at their office. Super unprofessional. All the positive reviews are obviously paid or internally written by an employee.

If you are looking to work with professionals and want that VIP treatment, Tasha Walker & Renters Warehouse are the people you need to talk to! Moving is stressful. Moving across country from L.A. to Ft. Lauderdale with kids and a bulldog is even more stressful. And invariably when you move into your rental there can be things that need to be fixed. A home, like a car… or pretty much anything needs maintenance. So naturally when we loaded into our townhouse there were things that needed to be fixed, serviced and/or updated. And if your maintenance company isn’t responsive in getting stuff done quick that can only add to the stress… That’s not the case with Renter’s Warehouse at all. Everytime we’ve called Renter’s Warehouse and specifically Joe DeFini, he’s been amazing at getting someone over to our townhouse and getting stuff fixed quick. Thanks Joe and Renter’s Warehouse for making this already stressful move much easier on us!!!

Terrible company. All tenants complain of rediculous amount of lag time btwn lodging complaint and having repair man call. Management is unprofessional and uncooperative. I dont recommend them

I wish I could give zero stars here but if you want to rent from a property management company that does nothing on behalf of tenants, this is your place. It took them a month to come and fix a leak in kitchen sink. It took them 4 months to finally replace my washer dryer. They explicitly explained that they couldnt do anything without the landlords consent. Ill give an analogy. If your internet from AT&T goes down for 2 weeks in a month, you are prorated those 2 weeks and discounted on your bill. In this case, my washer and dryer didnt work from the day that I moved in. It took the landlord 4 months to replace it. If Im paying full rent during those 4 months without access to the amenities that I am paying for, shouldnt there be a prorated rent? Renters Warehouse did nothing but tell me that the landlord doesnt want to provide a rent credit for being without a washer dryer so you are S.O.L. Good luck. Then their Vice President Kevin Nelson (in Ft. Lauderdale) told me to pick a bottle of liquor and that he would buy it for me... as if this is some bribe. By the way, never got my bottle. All in all, I never write reviews, but if you want a bunch of irresponsible and negligent property managers that could care less about their tenants, this is the place for you. By the way, they said this was their policy and that landlords have the last say on rent credit. I told them I would list a property with full appliances and on move in day, remove all of them, then give them back to the tenant 4 months later and the rent will still be full price because renters warehouse doesnt hold their landlords accountable. This place is garbage.

This is the worst rental experience of my life. We moved in right after hurricane Irma, and were told until we signed the lease they couldnt fix any damage on the house. A broken fence (we have dogs), shutters still locked on windows, broken dishwasher, etc... Well like fools we believed them an signed. Now here we sit in February, with the same issues we have always had. It brings me no joy to post negative reviews for a business online because I myself own a business, but I would recommend to anyone to not lease any property that is managed by renters warehouse. Honestly they have been unresponsive and uncaring to our issues. Ive never felt so disrespected by a business.

We pay a lot of money to be here and once we signed the paperwork, the management company went dark. DONT EVER RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. RENTED A HOUSE WITH SEWAGE COMING UP OUT OF THE DRAINS AT 1853 NW 109th Ave in Plantation FL!! Never fixed it. The AC broke n they didn’t fix it for two weeks!! The owner of the home is also a scam artist. Raw sewage and poop started coming out of the drains an hour after we moved in I wish I could post the photos and they never fixed it. There are roots growing in the lines and when we moved out the charged our security deposit saying that we did it. Disgusting group of scam Artist is all they are and the owner of the house is included. Do yourself favor and don’t EVER RENT HERE!!! If I could give something less than one star I would.

Best attention!! Absolutely loved working with Lainie Wolf... I really wanted a property, however it had old carpeting and I have bad allergies; Lainie went out of her way to find an affordable quote for new carpeting and spoke to the landlord to cut a deal. She finds solutions that work best for all. Would love to work with Lainie again! The 5 stars are very well deserved!

As a landlord this service made many mistakes that could put me is serious legal matters. Here is a list.- Numerous times messages left when calling the office are not returned.- Called twice for emergency repairs but they called the wrong landlord my Tennant had no issue.- Never had a mid-lease inspection or any pre hurricane inspection.- After the hurricane Renters warehouse was located in an emergency evacuation zone and the building was closed for over a week . Poor business placement in the event of an emergency they are not prepared for the aftermath. Your Tennants could have property damage after a storm and you will never know .- Upon termination of lease renters warehouse incorrect information on the move out report . Claiming Tennant damage that was already there before and NOT reporting damage the Tennant did.Completion of this process took 6 weeks after the Tennant moved out .- I did not get the last payment until almost 8 weeks after the Tennant moved out ( renters warehouse held it).- Tennant never not the pictures and report of damage they did and were expecting a full return of deposit .- E-mail response often took two to five days to reply.- My service went down after complaining about this office in this Google review.Overall I would of been better off handling this manner on my own or dealing with a real estate agent.I have kept all E-mail and text messages documenting all the above to be %100 true.I do not recommend their services at all.

I was very pleased with the quality of his service from start to finish. After walking through the property with me and taking photos, Grayson prepared a professional, informative onsite listing. He patiently explained all processes. He was always responsive to my calls, texts and emails. I was particularly impressed with his availability to show the unit. He worked efficiently with the property manager of our HOA and with agents representing other tenants. The electronic document review & signing processes were efficient. In the end, Grayson found an excellent tenant.

They found a tenant for my town home significantly faster than I expected...within days of taking pictures of my town home they already found a quality tenant for my townhouse. They also set up and collect payment for you and set up an automatic payment so you get your rent checks sent directly to your bank account of choice. I worked directly with Grayson Adler at Renters Warehouse and he was excellent. He took great pictures of my town house and was quick to respond via email or phone whenever I had questions. Stay away from Darlene Kelly she took my money and when I asked to transfer my application to a different property she never responded.

Tenant worst experience ever !!!!! They make lots of promises but are just lies.... be aware !!!
