Great Experience! I contacted Adam to buy a house or a condo and the inventory wasnt great. He gave me the idea of owning an investment / income producing property where I could have a portion of the rent pay for my mortgage while building wealth with an investment property. He invited me to see his triplex where he does vacation rentals that pay for the entire mortgage and more. A light bulb sparked, he showed me a half a dozen properties and helped me run the numbers. He went above and beyond to explained the short term vacation rental process to me and how I can make double to triple the net income vs standard annual rental returns. He also helps with vacancy when needed as he has many of his own listings and manages many of his own landlords. Great person for resources and information even after the property closed. Adam is great! This was my third transaction with him and each time is better than the last. We originally found Adam online through a listing on the internet. We contacted him on a Sunday and he followed up with us Monday morning. We decided to work with him because he is a native to the area and had other options for us if this one wasnt a winner. The showing went well and we ended up wanting to move forward. Adam had already in advance on short notice get the lockbox combinations for some of the other units there, which was great to compare. Once we decided we wanted to move forward he prepared us with the list of items that are needed in order to move forward on the property. He suggested the appropriate market value for us to make an offer on the property. There was negotiating going back and forth, but we feel as we came on top and got what we wanted. Fast forward to closing, Adam was present and we did a walk though of the property where he documented the current conditions, kept a ledger and provided copies to all parties. In the end, we were happy with the service, his quick response times to our questions made it as smooth as possible considering the ups and downs of a real estate transaction.

Contacted Adam for a property in Verandah. Told him I am looking for places in Plantation, Coral springs and Weston.Attitude was bad from the get go. When showing the place, his attitude was snappy and condescending. He seemed to get mad that I am looking at other places. The property was fine - if it had been shown by a realtor with a better attitude, I would have considered it more. His attitude made the whole thing painful.Got a text couple of days later - told him I am still looking for a place. Got a snappy text again. I have pictures of the texts. I wasnt going to post a review but this bad attitude by texting me and sending me a snappy text made me post this review.Bad attitude, condescending and rude.

After looking online for a few months we decided to contact a few realtors. Adam stood out because he is a native to the Fort Lauderdale area which is where we wanted to live. Plus he was quick to answer our emails and calls. Initially he sent us listings in the areas we were interested in and he sent us some in areas we havent considered. What we came across is either older houses, or beautiful townhouses in areas such as Victoria Park, Harbordale, and some others. However, we didnt want a townhouse and we wanted a newer house in a gated neighborhood, but still wanted to stay east of turnpike and also have some social life. Adam suggested to look into Boca, he sent us some listings based on our description of the house we wanted and we started the BOCA search. It was a grind, but Adam kept it fun and light. Ultimately we put an offer in on a 2-story, 4 bedroom 3.5 bath in a gated community with a pool, clubhouse, gym. It is what we wanted. We can ride our bikes to the beach from this location, and we are still close to social outlets.Adam, thanks for your patience and I will refer anyone I know. :)
