Stephan with Alliance Home Inspections was extremely detail and took the time to explain everything from the commercial building inspection he performed for one of our clients which happens to be overseas.We are a Real Estate Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale and always found other inspection companies with very limited with information which can make it extremely difficult to a buyer. Stephan is far from Generic and very hands on.We found Stephan with Alliance from another Real Estate Firm that use him and after reading some of the review I felt they could be fake and or slandering and was determine to give him a true review. He has owned the company for 15 years and cant imagine anyone still being in business after all these years.Best Inspector we have found yet! We shopped around and found Alliance Home inspections. We also asked our realtor if they recommended anyone since they were in the business and provided us with 3 different companies. This is the 3rd property we have bought in the area and wished we would have found Alliance 3 houses ago. Would of saved us so much $$$ and headaches. Stephan was our inspector. I believe he owns the company. He was extremely knowledgeable, extremely experience and took his time and checked EVERYTHING which we appreciate since this is a big purchase.
