I have been going to Cool Nails for about 10 years now. If you are looking for a relaxing experience and right price, this is the place. I see Anna and sometimes Michelle for my mani/pedi and waxing. However all of the technicians are great. I can highly recommend them.

My particular tech was amazing, he is meticulous with his work my nail 💅 😍 are beautiful 😍 ❤ then I decided to get a pedicure he was even better 😀

My daughter and I went for a manicure and pedicure last minute. They were very welcoming, professional and did a very good job. My daughter got her nails done for the first time and they did exactly what she requested. They look awesome. My pedicure was relaxing and she was very gentle and personable. I appreciate the light and fun conversations. Even though it was close to closing time she offered to wax my eyebrows and I love the work she did.Best part..... I went to pay and couldnt believe how great their prices are. For the services we did I wouldve have been charged at least 130.00 in Dallas!!Thank you for a great evening and experience with my daughter. Stay safe and all the best to you.

Its always tough to try a new place. Theres how they do things, and little differences between nail techs that can make a difference.The guy at the reception was certainly brusque. He seems gentlemanly enough, if oddly out of place in a nail salon. I had an appointment, I picked my gel color out and was soon seen. Once we got past the mask/language barrier, we were off.Two bleeding cuticles (because apparently I have thin skin), seven nails one shape, three random shapes, and the wrong color later, Im generally less than impressed. I said so too, and apparently the solution to this is to just paint another color over the top. Meh... Toe color polish was fine from other lady.This was a recommendation from a friend who swears by them, so by all means give it a try and see what you think. Every day, and every tech is different. They were also crazy busy, my tech being constantly interrupted by the reception guy trying to figure out how the book works. That being said, Ill keep looking.2 stars for this visit ... mediocre

My whole family has been going to Cool Nails for over 10 years! Ana is the best! I moved up to Stuart and still come down every couple.of weeks for a pedicure and to get my eyebrows waxed!

Anna is amazing. She always take the time to make sure my ingrown nails are completely out and not hurting me anymore. Out of all the different places I have been, Anna is the only one that actually gets it right Her service is personal and it makes you feel like you matter. Thank you so much Anna. You are the best.

Very nice and got us right in as a walk in, however the pedicure was terrible, would have been better if I just did it myself. The nail technician was not paying attention, and he was complaining of his throat hurting the whole time. He made me bleed, stabbed me with one of the tools, because he was watching the tv. When it came time to paint my nails, it was a disaster, very messy he has to re-do many nails and I left with paint all over the top of my foot. The most concerning is where he made me bleed is still hurting. The cart and the plate for the tools were not clean.Thinking of it now, I should have asked for a new technician, but hopefully this will prevent anyone from having the same experience.

Kwon did a dip manicure and a pedicure and I was thoroughly impressed not only by how amazing of a job he did but also by how professional he was. I will definitely request him next time I come in. I also had my eyebrows waxed by Michelle. I had tried tweezing them myself and they were such a mess. She completely fixed them and did a great job. I will definitely be a return customer.

Such an awesome space with some exceptional talent inside! Very well lit with huge mirrors all remodeled floors and walls too! No where else I would rather go.

I had a good technician but I dont like places that throw on extra charges after youre done $10 more because you chose an OPI color and they decided you needed an OPI baseIf youre going to do that at least conspicuously post

Location is nice and the salon is kept clean and sanitized, but the staff are really not that skilled, even though they claim to have been doing nails for some time. They lie about being able to do certain nail designs and they didnt even do my shape right, just because they want that tip at the end of the appointment. I went here a few times, but I only had a genuinely good experience once. Also, the front desk receptionist has a nasty attitude. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Great experience! Clean facility, no wait and very thorough and attention to detail. Uses sanitary supplies. Also very affordable. $26 for pedicure. I am a regular when it comes to nail service so this is so far one of my better experience.

This is my go to place for my nails (fill, pedi, gel polish and hand design) Thi is wonderful, she knows how I like to do my nails and always knows what kind of nail style/design I like. It is worth the drive for me ;)

Flew into Fort Lauderdale and drove directly to Cool Nails. Its a great clean salon. They are practicing social distancing and it is very safe. They did a fantastic job at a great price and everyone was so nice! They even let me stay for awhile to work on my laptop until my ride arrived! Thank you!! 💕

Charged $8.00 for 6 minutes in a chair to remove polish...nothing else, no clipping, filing or manicure. Had been a customer here for 6 years...now under different ownership and unfortunately, not very business savvy. Heart goes out to the great staff here like Anna.

This nail salon is well established and most of the staff have been at the salon since the beginning. Cool Nails serves both locals (mostly) and tourists that are in town for cruises. Young and old, male and female, all types of customers visit the salon. I find the front desk to be very polite and I find the service to be thorough. I typically come for pedicures and the occasional manicure, and I have never received rough handling or any type of infection. I see a couple particular technicians, and my nails are always perfect when I leave. Their work is meticulous. The basins are all lined, the tools are sterilized, and the files are disposed of after one use. I almost dont like to recommend this place because it is already so busy I worry that I wont be able to get an appointment when I need one. But, they set themselves apart here, and they deserve the business. I recommend this place highly.

Martha did my nails. My toes have held up very well (regular Opi polish), but my gel manicure is thinking after less than a week. At least theres been no chipping, though.

I have been going here and to Richard for 2 years. I won’t go anywhere else. Clean, friendly, up to date on colors, and my gel polish lasts the longest from here.

Never come here if not scheduled. I did a walk in and was told it will be about 15 min wait but after they got my nails done someone showed up for their appt and they switched from me to that person and had me wait with my feet soaking in almost cold water for 30 min and I finally left with my pedicure not being done . Made a big mistake believing it will be only 15 min wait. Very, very poor time management!!!! Change your door sign from Walk in welcomed to Schedule appt before walking in. I have never been treated like that in my life.

The massage chairs are a nice touch once you figure out how to use them and the staff is very friendly and professional. Cant say much in comparison, but my nails look much better than they ever have before.

Terrible customer service!! I called at 12 to schedule my appointment at 4! They decided to call me at 0345 to reschedule at 0430!! Then the front receptionist Nelly has the worst customer service ever!! Very rude!! I have been coming here for 6mths and for them to ALWAYS RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL my appointments this will be my last time ever coming here!!!
