I put $3.25 in a washer and it didn’t work nor did it return my quarters. I told the attendant and he said he couldn’t reimburse as it would make his cash register short. He said the machine was out of order and I should not have put my money in it. There was no sign saying out of order like there were on other machines (like the one next to it). Don’t use this laundromat. Stole my money. Terrible 1st time experience. Trash everywhere too.

The guy who works there at 5pm is horrible. Didn’t want to explain how their laundry works. Made me purchase a card and put my money on it only to find out that I could’ve used the change machine which is hidden all the way in the back to where you can’t even see. He plays his music loud as possible even when you’re talking to him. I hate to write reviews but this guy has to be the worst employee I’ve ever met from any company. The only thing this experience has taught me is to never come to this place of business ever again in my life.

This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to the guy that works there is so rude. The ladies are amazing but the guy is so bad I wont go back there again. I have no idea how he still works there he is an awful person and has zero customer service skills. He ruined this place!!!

The guy whos working currently at night is not what I would want for my company and because you value him over your customer I thought I would give it one more shot but considering he was there and you took nothing to what I had to say I will no longer be going there you lost my business permanently and anytime anybody asked me about a place I will make sure to say that this is the worst customer service establishment Ive ever been to and its because of the guy at night

Never againDropped off and when I wanted to pick up took a while for them to find it.Plus its very unprofessional to play music in customers ears via Bluetooth.

If I could get this co-stars I would have. The attendant was rude and try to fight me because their machines did not work... and on top of that they have a major false advertisement right outside. Brought me in as the fact that I said $0.95 to wash. But those washers are conveniently broken and has been broken for years. Worst rip offs ever. Do not go here! Also after the woman tries to fight me she said she was shutting things down at 9:30. As you can clearly see it says last wash at 9:30

It was my first time in this laundromat and first time in any for a long time. It was filthy dirty! I stayed because I was desperate. I give it two stars because the black man working there was VERY helpful. There are no instructions how to use the machines or the different types, etc. If it were not for him, I would still be there.

Very professional group of management personnel. Most of the equipment is new. Not always (rarely) the best people in there but management keeps control over the difficulties quite expertly. Good wifi and usually very clean.

Clean tables, great washers for different load sizes, the attendant was helpful and informative, so I wouldnt shrink my throw pillows and the dryers start with a quarter dried my 3 loads with .50 each. Remember to wear a mask. Everyone did. Nice place.

Be mindful of the fact that some machines take quarters while others take a laundromax wash reloadable card. That part is kinda annoying but the facility is clean. Its older looking inside and more than a few machines (washer and dryers) are out of order. There open until 9:30 with the last wash at 9:00 so its worth it to me.

Some new machines, some old. They are phasing out the machines that took cards and are returning to coins. Could be cleaned better.

We were here more then 5 times, but in the last our visit something went wrong with water - it was too few, not enough. Not gonna back 100%. Photos attached. Theyre declined a refund. Not fair

The location is convenient but there are only a few washers working at any given time. This has has been the case since I started going there about a year ago. The last time I went, they didnt have any change. I have never had to leave the Laundramat to get change before.

Machines are well managed and maintained. Place is clean and spacious and bright and uses a card, no coins. It is way better than one would expect considering the neighborhood. I have been going there for more than four years. Laundromats can be disgusting places and this is the least disgusting laundromat that I have ever been. ;)I also had concerns about how little water was in the machines... more is better attitude, but the clothes come out clean so maybe the low water concern is unfounded. One downside about the place... the south side is all glass and in the summer it is not comfortable sitting with the sun beating on you. It would be nice if they added an awning, then five stars.

No airconditon. The lady behind the counter had no mask on. And people were inside with out a mask .On the door said no mask no service

Nice laundry mat it’s not the best area but the guys that work here are very nice they even help you take the stuff out of your car and walk it inside. The times I came at night the guy working there kept the door locked during late night hours.

Clean location and large space

Most machines are broken or not in use for some reason. Ive been coming here for a while over all it’s an ok place. 3yrs back when I started coming here it was much better.

Great laundry mat. The stuff is cheap a lil high tech with the card and putting money on it. But overall a clean nice place. They gotta fix up more machines.

I would give this place a zero if I could, I came in about an hour before the closing time and was told by the attendant that they were closed. I explained to her that I only needed to dry my items and that it would take long. They attendant goes on to say that they close at 9:30 pm and I advised the worker, per your hours online it say you close at 11pm. Long story short the attendant was rude and because she wanted to go home,(per her words) she denied me access. Mind you there was several people in there dry their clothes and I was told no. The attendant was outside in the parking lot smoking and hanging out with a some guy in the parking lot. I would love to know what who the manger is so I can report her.

Can be very crowded depending on the time and day you go but the employees are always super nice and helpful.

Terrible laundromat..2/3s of the machines are broken, they raised the prices on the machines. Broken laundry carts all over the place. Unattended children run up and down as though their in a playground, the attendant says nothing, they run into you, as they sit, ride and play in the few available carts. The attendant stays outside gossiping and smoking, if shes not doing that shes watching TV or on her phone. They dont have the ability to make change for you if you need it for the machine.Shut this location down, if not do better by your customers.

I give this place 3 stars because it could be a little bit cleaner. The employee on shift the night I used the washers and dryers was pretty attentive and helpful though ;It was an older gentlemen.

I find this place to be one of the best places in town to wash clothes. It might get a little crowded at times on the weekend.

Went to this place a few times as they are close by and Its important to support your local community. 3rd occasion I went to put $20 on my machine card, but the money machine was faulty and it swallowed my money, but didnt pay the card. I told the lady in the laundromax at the time, who said she wasnt authorised to issue refunds she called her manager and they took my details and kept the card, with a note saying to reimburse me the $20. They told me to come back in the following day when the manager would be there and fix my card. So, I came back in the following day and they hadnt done it, no manager had been in. They then said they would get it done on Monday because I had come in on a sunday, I said due to work commitments I couldnt come by, so they said they would sort it and I could come back any time. So i came back 12 days later, and I was told by the lady there that they couldnt refund the 20 but would pay for a wash for me. Now I am relatively new to this country of yours, however where I am from, The United Kingdom, we call this theft. Taking someones money for a service and not providing said service. Its pretty black and white. Anyway, I asked to speak to the owner, and the lady took my number and said they would contact me. I have had no contact. Luckily for me $20 wont break the bank, but the principle of taking someones money and failing to provide the service advertised, it is daylight robbery. Laundromax have shown no corporate responsibility or care to fix this issue, if you are running a business, do it properly.

Always been going here. I love to do my laundry here....That top comment was a year ago, because IT WAS a nice clean good place to go to. NOW! Its dirty, the machines are dirty a d not working. People sitting around waiting for a machine. We were told theres new owners. You would think they would want to make the place look good. Give themselves a good new impression but seems like thats not the case. Would i recommend this place to somekne? If it was a year ago yes i wouldve but inwould be too embarrassed to tell them about this place now. We are paying customers the tvs are off the fans are off the a.c is off and theres more machines off then there are machines washing. As of today its my last day washing here. Time to look for another place. Sad to say after 8 yrs of coming here it had to be like this. We really liked this palce alot.

Very poor service on the weekend, sat,sun, the place smells as if ,a marijuana, weed ,high grade,inside n out.

Really nasty. And they literally have a sign that says coin laundry. Yet none of the machines take coins. And you can only get the money card with cash (bills only) annoying.
