I had a Casio MDV106 with a dead battery and needed to find a place. It took a little longer than the estimated 45 mins, but had lunch at Carlos and pepes and it was water tested infront of me. The staff are friendly and looking to please. He is a casio authorized dealer and has been in the same location for 27 years. I highly recommend this shop for repairs.

I’ve gone to repair jewelry and to purchase fine jewelry for years from this store. I keep going back because when I think I may find something better and cheaper in other places like Jared, Kay’s or Macy’s, those places are a rip offs and way less quality than jewelry plus. It never fails. This store has very nice pieces, if not, Gonzo will go out of his way to find or create what you want! They are fairly priced. Jewelry is not cheap anywhere but I promise you that you will pay at least double in any other large store for smaller and significantly less quality.

Ive patronized this terrific neighborhood jewelry repair shop for many years. Ive found it to be the best place for replacing watch batteries and having jewelry cleaned. Several jewelers are usually on duty, allowing them to perform service in most cases while the customer waits. The wait time is usually a matter of minutes and prices are very reasonable. Parking is easy and the location on SE 17th Street near U.S. 1 make the shop easily accessible from downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

Ive used this place on a few occasions for the odd watch repair and battery change, Ive always dealt with the elderly asian gentleman , whos been fantastic, but this time around I had really bad service and attitude from the gentleman with black hair. He really needs to attend some customer care courses, because of his unprofessional attitude we will never go back to this business.

This place is a full blown scam I brought my fathers necklace in to be repaired and trusted them to fix it and give me back my fathers necklace and the didnt they gave me back a lighter thinner look a like when I got home to put my charms on it they didnt fit so I knew then it wasnt mine. I brought it back to the store and showed him and pictures of it and all he kept saying was show me more proof you have no proof hes a scam I loved my father and thats all I have left from him and now its gone. This place is a a full blown scam. I will never forget what this ppl did to me if you ever have anything repaired take full pictures and never ever leave it with strangers.
