I called Mr. Josef to repair an antique tall case clock Ive owned for more than 30 years. He had to rebuild the bushings and the entire gear system that are from the 1860s. What an amazing job he did! I was stunned by his artistry and knowledge of this mechanism. The clock now runs perfectly after a complete restoration. I am so pleased with Mr. Josefs expertise, skills, and abilities. His staff was extremely efficient and professional. Those of us in South Florida are so lucky to have this artisan in our community! I highly recommend Josef & Joseph for antique clock restoration.

Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE here! Denise, Judi and Robin are so friendly and helpful. In fact, I went to get a battery watch for my husband, and decided to get my diamond ring inspected. Not only was the center stone loose, there were several cracked diamonds! I was shocked, and she even showed me under the microscope. I of course had my ring completely repaired there! Last week was able to stop in and meet with everyone. I, being a horologist also, was impressed with the layout of this wonderful store/shop, and the personalized greetings and conversation with them.I took a few moments with Josef and expressed my favorite reasons for being in this trade.After I had left, I received a phone call from Josef to let me know that he had found something that I might be interested in. After returning to the shop, he carried out a basket with a very broken up German wall regulator. After looking through the basket, I became more excited as broken as it was, it was all there and this is exactly the type of project I love. I was ready to by it and asked Josef what he would like to get for it, seeing as excited as I was, he said I want you to have this as a gift from us just for coming in and our Christmas gift to you. We had the clock shipped and just arrived today, restoration will begin soon and hope we have a way to post photos of the progress!!!Thank you so much for such a beautiful gift!!

Took a cookoo clock that has been in my family for a quarter of a century. Had pretty significant damage. I insisted that they do the best they can and sure enough they came through. Got my cookoo clock back and it’s working better than ever thanks to Joseph & Joseph. Staff is very knowledgeable and they have a great amount of clocks and watches that are able to satisfy anybody’s taste or wants. Building itself is stunning!!!

They are the best clock repair! They repaired my grandfathers clock thats 100 years old and they did a great job I havent had a problem with it since then. They have a great customer service very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

A very nice store (read, expensive), I was dealt with by a pleasant lady in the show room, but was quoted a fairly high price to evaluate and service a gold pocket watch. I ended up going to Albertos down south and was treated much better, and quoted a more reasonable price. I havent received my watch back yet but I trust it would be as good as Josefs for less money. If you can afford their clocks you probably couldnt care less about my experience, but if you cant spend 10k+ on a clock Id go further south. Nice store, but the overhead and investment is reflected in the service prices.Maybe the cappuccino maker is taking too much electricity, I wouldnt know I wasnt offered one. But I just had a solid gold watch that needed a balance staff and a service, not a wrist watch that needed a battery swapped out, or a band adjusted.

I stop here to repair my watch, lady at front desk make for me a cappuccino while I was waiting ,when I finished my cappuccino my watch was fixed already!Great service!!! Good staff!!! I recommend this place

I had an emergency service repair done on my Tudor watch. The skilled watchman cleaned and repaired my while I waited. All the staff were friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop for any needs you may have.adrian

No doubt, for me this is the best shop in town, bar none. If you are lucky, you might even find items on sale here. Good job overall.

Service was nice and quick, had a new watch resized took maybe 10 min. It was cheaper then I had expected and the girl at the front counter happened to be quite beautiful. Would recommend for any watch service.

I took an antique clock over for a repair and valuation. I was greeted promptly and they took the clock from me. After a intal estimate of the cost, I was given the constant run around and could not speak to besides the girls at the front desk, who didnt know anything. After a week of calling I took the clock with me to NYC, and had it valued by one of the auction houses for free and repaired for 200 less. Just awful.

Extremely overpriced! Got an estimate to repair 2 antique mantle clocks for over $1000. I brought them to Boca Clock shop and had them repaired for $200 with the same warranty. BEWARE.

Rip OffCant believe it! Took my Rolex in for service and was told that the main spring was broken and needed repair, plus general service. Total cost $678.00. Looked up online what a mainspring cost and its no more than $49.00, plus general service (not complete overhaul) approximately $150-$200. I then took it to another local place and their price was just over $150. Stay away from this place if you dont like to be Robbed!

Cant say enough positive things about this place. It has tons of personality, a huge selection of clocks and watches, and is both punctual and professional when dealing with repairs.

I always stop by to get new batteries placed in my watches. The price is incredibly reasonable - about $10 or so - and they do it on the spot.

Professional and kind staff. Got my watch resized fairly quickly. Costs about $11. Only problem is they only took links off one side so the watch is now lopsided. Not completely satisfied
