FANTASTIC!!! Larry and Milan put up gutters around my house and a popup drain in my yard. They were extremely competitive on their pricing and were super quick in instillation. I even recommended these guys to my friends and colleagues after the fantasy job they did. They came out for an estimate, and we told them we wanted them to do the job. Left multiple messages to try and schedule with no response. Amazing that when many businesses are hanging on by a thread or have closed due to covid, this company doesnt need the business. WOW.

These guys came out and installed gutters incorrect from what was discussed with the sales guy. Luckily the sales guy is an upstanding dude and got another set of installers out here cause the owner of the company couldnt be bothered with my calls or emails. Installers just slapped it together on the 2nd attempt as if it was a waste of their time and my money to do the job with any sense of pride or integrity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SIMILAR OPTION!

Every other company except Coast to Coast Gutters tried to sell me a larger gutter size and leaf guard, except for Coast to Coast. Jose, the owner, was the only one honest enough to tell me that although there are homes that can benefit from these two upgrades, I would not and would waster money features I do not need. WOW! Who does that? Few people do, especially now-a-days.The estimator was very thorough and took time guide me on how the gutters would work with the installation of French drains which I was installing after the gutters would be installed. The estimator did not have to take EXTRA time to guide me on the post gutter home improvement project, but he did.There was a glitch with the installation, but I am still giving Coast to Coast 5 stars because in a world were perfection does not exist, I appreciate that Jose, the owner, came to my property the very next day to resolve the issue. I had already paid. I was very, very anxious because, in my experience, most companies disappear after they receive payment.I know I drove Jose CRAZY calling because I was not sure if he would really come, but he saved the day.One last point, I interviewed around 7 - 10 companies.Without reservation, I TOTALLY recommend Coast to Coast Gutters.

Update on previous negative review. Louis contacted me and immediately sent a crew by to extend gutters as initially planned. The company went out of their way to make things right with me once they realized there was an error. This is the way to do business and gain customer loyalty. I would now highly recommend them.

Recently had some gutter replacement done under supervision of Jose. Great price and excellent service. Honored the original estimate despite finding additional work necessary after opening up the project. Well done.

Just had a sales rep from this company come out. I was mistaken and thought it was the company we decided to use coming out to do the actual work not to give another estimate. He was very condescending to me and immediately tried talking me into more than I wanted. When I realized it was a different company he got very angry and nasty. He stormed off to his truck revved the engine and sped off down the street. I thanked him for being so professional! If this is a representative of the company I wouldnt even take free gutters from them......

These guys do a great job. I got an estimate on Thursday (that was 20% less than 2 others) and had completed gutters the very next day (just good timing I think). The installers were great, arrived exactly on time, were polite and didnt waste a minute. The gutters they installed are solid, fit perfectly, look great and have more support brackets than our other building. No overcharges, the final price was exactly what the estimate was. I would highly recommend Coast to Coast Gutters to others.

VERY IMPRESSED. The rates were comparable to the other companies. The estimate was more professional. The installers were fast and did a PERFECT job. The owner and the staff are all knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend this company the results are night and day. I would NEVER use this company again. The company put up gutters and we had a minor problem. Eventually they came out and sold me a solution that didn’t work and now will NOT return one of the seven phone calls we have placed to fix it.They are beyond unprofessional

I would call gutter it up they did a awesome job on my house. I called for a estimate from coast to coast gutters they said they will send José out to my house the next day I stayed home from work thinking he will show up so we can get some gutters on my house he never did ,so I called coast to coast again and they said he (showed) up for the estimate that was a lie. I can only imagine the work they do!!!!

Got the quote but never got the instal.It was a scheduled install at 10:00 am but the installer called at 11:30 am saying he would be there in an hour. I had to cancel. I took time away from work but I cant loose money at work waiting for the guys to show up. I have no problem working with people but you have to show on time. I went with All American Gutters.

I got a proposal on 6-14-2013 from Jose to install gutters, I called him back two days later to schedule the install and his office staff said he would call me back, well after two days I called back again and asked for Jose, and still no call, called back again, and finely, talked to him and his answer was they are very busy now. So I waited until the rainy season was over and just called again 0n 11-13-2013 and still now return calls.This was a $2600.00 job. I think that this is POOR business ethics To not follow up with a potential customer.
