I was directed by our HOA to your company - called to schedule an estimate; HORRIBLE customer service, the lady who answered the call was extremely rude, speaking over me, not letting me finish my sentences, definitively she is not the right person to have in that position. Not like losing my business is going to bankrupt your company, but... for the love of God, at least someone with a minimum notion of what being respectful means.

The company is very thorough and you pay aftrr installation

Called for a quote twice. First call was told they don’t give quotes over the phone and the woman I spoke with was very dry. Second call I asked for quote and availability and was asked if I was an existing customer and then if anyone referred me as to which I answered No. She then said, “ we are not taking new customers right now ma’am.” So then why did you ask me if anyone referred me?? You guys need a new receptionist. One that has a bit more people skills and is friendlier. Sheesh.

I recently called to get someone out to see 1) if our drip rails could be replaced with gutters and 2) if so, what would it cost. We have dealt with Watertite twice before without issue. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I told her I was a return customer (after she barked at me about them not taking new clients), she then barked that installations were currently scheduling in October. I am not in a rush and as I was beginning to say this, I realized that I didn’t want to deal with them at all. It is a shame because the work they have done in the past was done well.

The owners are fair and upright in their business dealings. Whether its their customers or their employees.

Best Gutter company in the tri-county area

Watertite gutters came to repair gutters they had installed in the last couple of years that failed before they should have. While here, they realized that the original design on other gutters around the house wasn’t done the best way the first time around and they fixed everything. The owner got involved and really did the right thing. Watertite is a great company that really stands by their product and I will not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs gutters. What an emberacment for a company. Waited for over a month for them to come and do my gutters. They were trying to blame it on me with all kinds of excuses. Finally they said that they dont want to come to my house simply because they are too busy. Do not use this company.
