On may 13 i took my phone there with a crack screen on a Samsung galaxy s21 and still holding up..good people and great service

Very bad experience in this store, I went to repair my screen, they didnt sealed correctly, Now my camera lens had water, The store didnt help me and they said the phone is not waterproof, really???The Galaxy S21 is IP68 rated, as are the Galaxy S21 Plus and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. ... With an IP68 rating, you are basically covered for immersion in water that is around 1.5 meters deep, and for about 30 minutes, at least thats what Samsung has claimed about the new S21 series.

About 3 months ago I brought my (never before repaired) Galaxy Note 9 phone to this location for a cracked screen. I must say that they had done a good job replacing I. When I picked it up I noticed that they had placed the a silver back cover instead of a blue back. I wish they wouldve asked my prior to me showing up for the pickup, but they did ask me to check back in a few days if they blue back was going to be in stock. After a few weeks I was able to go and the proper phone back cover was replaced.Two days ago I accidentally dropped my phone in water for just 1 second and it just started to heat up and eventually died. I do believe that it has to do with the repair and seals of the phone. After I contacted the original repair location they told me it would have to be seen by Samsung since they do not repair water damaged devices. Im contacting the Ubreak I fix corporate office to see what they can do for me. Hope they can help

Team displayed Nonchalant, passive aggressive attitude.Unbending.Demand certain devices be there up to 2hrs before closing if you want it back same day.They should state this policy (if it is) when contacted.Not impressed. Improvements needed.

I called a bunch of times, over 10 times and was repeatedly placed on hold for at least 2 hours!!!! When I finally get to speak to someone I am told they will get to me within 24- 48 hrs.When am I going to get this call back ???

I was quoted 89 dollars went in a couple weeks later the young man told me now the new price was 10 dollars more.pkus tax didnt.make me super happy but it was still reasonable doni had the screen fixed was contacted 3 days later to pick up the phone was fixed mlm properly and works great.

I went in there after AT&T couldn’t help me and referred me to them. The gentleman took my iPhone in the back and come back 2 mins later with it fixed .I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge.it’s great to know there are still businesses around like this one. I’ll remember them for anything that may come up, I’m sure the pricing will be reasonable.

Made an appointment online for which they were aware of; since I was told so when I showed up. Even though I made the appointment to have my device fixed, I was told by an unseen lead in the back room that they wouldnt be able to fix it at THAT location. I dont know why I never got a call prior to my trip to their store.Added 1 start since Ive been to this location before and they were able to fix another device. Would have appreciated a call to let me know my appointment was useless.

I dropped my Google Pixel 4a and shattered the screen. They were the recommended service by Google to repair it. They are manufacturer certified for almost all major phone brands. The staff was friendly and they had the part in stock to fix my relatively uncommon device and had my phone fixed and back in my pocket in about an hour. Minor complaint in that there was a little bit of adhesive squeezed out around the seal of my new screen, I easily took care of it with a razor blade. As far as price, I have all the tools and know how to fix it myself and could have for about $20. However, considering shipping times from China these days I would have had to wait quite some time. Considering the turn around time and service given the price is totally worth it.

They were up front about an estimate.Cesar was my tech and was great about answering all of my questions (he fixed my laptop too :) The manager Akeem was also very friendly and helpful.While I was there I saw many repeat customers. That was a good sign.I overheard customers getting screens repaired through their insurance as well which I thought was great.Prices were very fair.Im very happy with Ubreakifix and Ill be taking my phones and laptops there whenever I need service or repairs :)

I took my 7 year old HP laptop in because the internal battery was dead. I spoke to Cesar and he told me which battery to order. The battery came in a couple days later and I took the laptop in with the new battery and Cesar remembered ,e and my situation. He took my laptop in the back and 20mins later came out with my laptop working off its new battery. It was a very pleasant experience working with Cesar. Before I came here I checked with Best Buy and they told me that they would sell me the battery but wouldnt install it. Then they showed me new laptops trying to convince me that mine was old and needed to be updated at the tune of $1800! I left and found UBreakIFix and I am very glad that I did. I went to this location after it was recommended by BB Greek squad.Got to uBreakiFix which is a Samsung certified store to fix Samsung phone. Did I got my crack screen fix NO.I got there the Saturday told me to come the Sunday, after going Sunday I was told no parts I went back the monday. I left my phone from 1pm and went back 6:30pm. My phone was not fix and was told they are 75 step to.oass the phone and there was a error and could not go any further so they replace the broken screen back to my phone and kindly drop it off back to my house. Please note the 2 star is because they drop the phone off back to the house.Samsung and uBreakiFix this is not a good look. Please note I is just the front of my phone screen break.

Fixed my broken Samsung Galaxy S8 screen. Just like new now

I will never visit this branch again for many reasons.They told me that they were going to open my Samsung S7 Edge under the Samsung warranty program. Then, after they opened my ohone to inspect it with no success, Samsung call center told me that this uBreakiFix branch was not in Samsungs directory to repair a WiFi issue for that S7 Edge model.On top on that, they reported that the phone is in good conditions with minor scratches, while the truth is that the phone is like new. You can see the pictures that I posted.In addition to that, I found a minor scratch after they opened the back cover. You can see the picture (zoom it and watch at the very bottom of the cover).Moreover, this branch promised to call me back by 3.30pm and that never happened. I had to go there again in person and they apologized.Finally, they promised to send me a written report saying that it is not possible to repair my phone and that I had to replace it under the warranty program, but the manager never sent me that report and now I understand why - i.e., there is a liability concern.Now, Samsung told me to go to another authorized uBreakiFix center to inspect the phone again.The customer-facing guys there are super nice, but the problem is what happend behind the scenes.Now I can see two possible next steps:1) The owner would post a common/traditional reply with apologizes and proposed actions and extra bla bla. That would be unacceptable for me and the Google community.2) The owner would offer me a brand new phone as a form of compensation. I need a new Samsung phone by this week because I am leaving for Thanksgiving holidays! Great to bring your cellphone for repair but thats it. They dont sell too many items here. Only a handful of chargers, iphone cases and headset. More like an emergency shop.

Samsung told me to bring my Note 10 to the youbreakifix store to have the last update reloaded When I installed one ui 3.0 and my phone, my Bluetooth never work properly again. My ear buds sounded tinny and the car Bluetooth goes in and out intermittently like a bad cd player.The tech on duty was not qualified to do the work. The manager called to apologize for any inconvenience.

Ceasar was excellent at solving my problems quickly and very friendly.

This company uses defective parts and will not honor the so called 90 day warranty that they claim on their website. I recently had them replace both the screen and the battery on my Galaxy S8+, and about a month later the battery completely died and will not charge at all. The phone will not even power on. I brought the phone to this location to have it looked at and was sent on my way with my defective phone. They will acknowledge that they worked on my phone but they WILL NOT honor their supposed 90 day warranty. Trust me when I say to take your money elsewhere. I would not give these people my business.

I cracked my iPhone 7 screen. Called and a very nice guy said bring it in and well take care of you. There was someone ahead of me and another person came in right after me - (we social distanced). I gave him my info and iPhone. It took about an hour to repair. Could not have been easier. Friendly, fast and excellent service.

My iPhone 8+ screen was cracked from me dropping it and I used mu AT&T insurance to file a claim and this was an authorized location and closed to me. You can make an appt online but I had accidentally chosen a different location and the guy there was helpful in letting me know my claim was at this one where I wanted it to be anyway.When I called this location they let me know I could come in right away and when I got there the guy that greeted me was really nice.Then Thames, who fixed my phone, was very quick, efficient, and professional. I bought a screen protector from them as well so hopefully it won’t happen again.

Great service. I went in with my iPhone and had an issue hearing on the phone. They told me what the typical charge was to replace the item, but wanted to take a look at it first. He checked it out in the back in 30 seconds, fixed the minor issue and did not charge me since it only needed to be cleaned. Should I have an actual issue I will definitely come back. They are way overpriced and And claim to put a liquid screen protector over your phone I’ve had to have it replaced 3 times in 3 weeks and I haven’t even dropped the phone It chipped from change being in my pocket and twice from sitting in the console in my car I’ve never had that problem with any other screen protector , also the touchscreen is not correct and they do not honor their one-year warranty, The guy was kinda friendly but we’re not willing to do much in the customer service department after I explained that they never offered any type of additional insurance that would be needed to make a claim at the time of purchase they conveniently left that part out until I needed the service.. There’s definitely more affordable options then this place
