We have used countless IT companies in the past, but now we have finally found the one we will be sticking with forever! Azhar was the first tech sent to us, and any other time we always specifically ask for him. He always very professional, and explains everything in a very calm and understanding manner. He is also always available to answer random questions, and is very knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for an IT company they can trust.

From the start, when Matt showed up, I found him to be a consummate professional. He was able to immediately calm me down and began to assess my computer needs. Found him to be one of the very best technicians Ive ever worked with! I highly recommend South Florida Tech Group!

As far as timing from when I placed the call he was great but I feel like I got ripped off. I paid to get laptop fix instead I get charged for a part and labor that still didnt get my Mac book up and running to later be told I have to take it to Apple so they can fix another part that would cost another $860.00 to fix. If that was the case and still needed to take it to Apple, Why was I charge $400.00 for services . When I called and spoke to the tech that came to my home the agreement was that my laptop would be working and fixed. When he was done which almost 5 days for him dropped it back to my home and leave it still not working. I could of just bought a new laptop instead of spending almost a month without a laptop and $400.00 going to waste .I wasnt happy than and still not happy NOW with the service nor will I recommend anyone to this company . I felt like was was robbed . I wish I could of given it NO STARS

Super great service. The phone call to schedule the appointment was very easy. Available appointment the next day -- very quick. Ahzar, the technician who came to my office, was AHMAZING. Polite, pleasant, knowledgeable. Answered all my silly questions. Then, when a bigger problem with the computer was discovered, he did research and found out that that bigger problem could be solved by taking the computer to Apple since that broken part was recalled. He took it to Apple, dealt with Apple and insisted they fix it, and then brought the computer back to me. He constantly checked on Apple for status updates. Since that initial appointment, Ive used Ahzar for other technical issues. Hes saved me time and headaches, and worth the money. In this crazy (and fun) place called Miami, it was nice to get organized, competent customer service.

Azhar Ahmed was the tech who came on behalf of South Florida Tech Group. (I asked him to fix what another local Angies List company had screwed up horribly -- it behooves the Angies List member to read the F grades of every provider to forewarn re potential difficulties. I had neglected to do this and my computer was a total mess as a result. I am afraid to post a negative review because I am afraid of reprisal since that company had access to all my personal information.)I told Azhar that I needed Windows 10 removed completely and Windows 7 restored to the system, which is the OS that I purchased early 2015 loaded on it. It was important for me to find and have all my documents and old emails. He immediately found all the documents that I couldnt find/access. He found all my missing documents within the first 10 minutes. He spelled out exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take. It was in writing, professionally prepared and he took 1/3 of the money in advance on my Amex card.He restored all my old emails. He made sure to do everything I requested. He needed to take my pc with him to do what was necessary. I felt totally comfortable that he would do everything right. He scheduled the work so I could get my system back in only three days. He even called 1/2 hour before the appointment to return it to reconfirm the appointment. I had neglected to ask him to restore my photos, which he did quickly when he brought it back.Azhar Ahmed was completely punctual, professional and personable. He is a consummate and brilliant pro in his field. He did everything I asked. I neglected to ask him to restore my favorites and photographs and hook up my printer. The drivers needed to be reinstalled. (My husband and I restored old favorites and hooked up the printer later on.) I erased all the cookies on the system, which required me to reregister on a number of sites, but not a problem.I would highly recommend South Florida Tech Group -- especially the Broward County tech Azhar Ahmed. He is the BEST!

I moved to Fort Lauderdale from Texas about 18 months ago with a Windows 8.1 laptop. I had more than my fair share of computer issues from day one with what I came to affectionately call my possessed laptop.Since I arrived in Florida, I went through no less than four computer tech service companies with very disappointing results. At my wits end, ready to burn my possessed computer at the stake, I decided to give it one more try and goggled local computer tech services. I called South Florida Tech Group on Tuesday September 2nd.Azhar, IT Consultant, promptly arrived at my door the very next day. I explained the current issues and lets just say he did his magic. When he was finished we sat together and he explained each item in terms that a non-techie, like myself, could understand. Then we discussed my needs for a desktop. As discussed,he took my laptop with him and on Tuesday September 8th returned with my laptop and new desktop computer. He fully explained the set-up on the new desktop. I couldnt be more satisfied.Azhar was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, accessible, and personable. After a very long search I finally found my Florida computer technician. Kudos to Azhar for a job well done! If you need a computer technician call South Florida Tech Group and they will exceed your expectations. Azhar certainly exceeded mine!

Initially I had an issue with my visit from a South Florida Tech Group rep and posted such, but then I was called and was asked how they could make things right with me. I was revisited by one of their reps named Zachary Castellanos and I couldnt speak more highly of the service I received from Zach. Kudos to the company for their service, and in making things right again.

Called today at 12:30pm and Azhar was here at 3:30 and the repair took place. It seens that Avast suddenly decided that the computer was on a public network and refused to connect. In fact, refused to connect on any network.The computer was reset in a half hour with a different malware. Thanks!
