Brought my phone to Pronto Fix to be repaired After only 5 days after the repair, an issue with the repair surfaced. I brought the phone back and they advised I had broken it and would not honor any repair warranty. (Note: I found it odd that they offered only a 7 day warranty when most other repair shops offered a 90-day warranty on the same repair.) I bought the phone to another repair shop who indicated the phone was not broken by me as the repair done improperly by Pronto Fix. They also advised that Pronto Fix should have warrantied the their repair. I would never recommend this shop as they do not stand behind their work and are quick to blame the consumer for their failed repair.

Only giving one star because the guy was nice. I came in to remove google account lock. Charged 45 plus tax was almost 50 dollars which was way too much for me when I was told I would be spending 20 or 30 dollars on this kind if service. When I got my phone back and put my sim card back in the google account was removed but now my cell phone keeps freezing and rebooting. My cell phone is not functional anymore I cant send a text without it freezing and rebooting I cant use my hotspot without my phone rebooting. This is awful I wan my money back.

I went to this store to get my phone screen fixed. I used to repair cellphones myself for Nokia a few years back, so I know a thing or two about this. They installed a new screen and it was working fine.I come home to find that my headphone jack and speaker wasnt working. I went back, only to be told that its a separate unit and it wasnt their fault. They charged me to replace it. The timing seems too good to be true, I am sure it was their fault.A couple of weeks later, the screen started working intermittently. I went back to ask to have it replaced, only to be told that my motherboard was having issues. They literally told me to bend the screen to get the phone to work. It worked sometimes...My friend who repairs iPhones for a living came to visit. He brought a new screen and now the phone works fine. No problems with the motherboard or anything.I spent $150 for them to waste my time and money. I had to borrow my friends phone and live with a broken phone for weeks until the new model came out. Ridiculous.

I will be coming tomorrow 1/10/2020 too repair my Iphone 6 screen I am very short on money I hope $50 is enough to get a whole new screen and home bottom.

Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Was in and out....like shocked how fast. New screen woulda cost 3 times as much with my iPhone insurance deductible and cheaper than surrounding stores.

I had my stylus jammed stuck into my phone and had no other way to fix the problem but have it removed by disassembling the phone. Not an easy job to do on a Samsung Galaxy note 3!Prior to my arrival I called and Christies professionalism over the phone gave me confidence that Pronto Fix would be the right place to have my phone fixed and they certainly did not disappoint me...When I arrived at the store, the technician (whose name I am not sure about) quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimated time to complete the repair the same day and delivered in a timely fashion! Last but not least, Christie charged me $30 for the job instead of the $80 quote I was given the day before from the UbreakIfix store next to my house in Plantation!If you are looking for honest and expeditious phone repair service - look no further: Pronto Fix is the place to go!!

Forget any other tech place you have been to and experience sub-par customer service and tech guys who do not know how to do their jobs. PRONTO FIX beats them all, hands down. After being literally everywhere to fix my Samsung phone ( international version, been unlocked, God know what else) because Google services were not functioning properly, Pablo did what seemed to be the impossible. And he did it in 2 and half hours. Yup, that was it. He did what Google support, Samsung support, and GeekSquad couldnt figure out. Very knowledgeable, he walked me through the process and even pointed out some possible outcomes. The entire experience was flawless. From the first phone call to the moment I received my now fixed phone. Before I even left the store, Pablo made sure my phone was working properly in its entirety and was prompt at offering more help should I ever needed it. Very well done.
