I have a health plan that this practice provides services for. My health plan gave me the quote for a blood culture if I have it done at this office. I called these guys to simply confirm the price that my health plan quoted me. This absolutely obnoxious guy couldnt confirm anything for me, tried putting words in my mouth saying that I said that I have insurance, couldnt answer a simple question, got snotty with me, and then hung up the phone. This guys is a punk and that says enough about this business and how they operate.

The best service! I am glad I found this lab after my dissapointment with the other lab services. This laboratory is Very Organized, great rules and guidance, fast service and the gentleman in the front is very attentive, knowledgeable and he cares for the patients. He also draw my blood without any pain and provided instructions. He does it all! Excellent!!

The gentleman Basil cannot understand or explain, very frustrating

I made an appointment showed up to the appointment, they confirmed it the day before and when I got there there was nobody there. They just had a sign on their door saying temporally closed. If they cared at all about their patients they would have called to cancel the appointment

Basil the best. He is kind ,knowledgeable, always greets you with a smile. My 94 year old mother says she will travel anywhere to have her blood drawn by him. We totally recommend this location.

I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name who assisted me today, but he greeted me politely, took all my information, was very informative himself. Did excellent in drawing my blood, no pain at all, and very good conversationalist all the while assisting others without making me feel rushed. Overall great experience.2 years later I finally got the gentlemans name who assisted me today and the last time I went. Basil (Ba-Sel). The only person I know who can stick a needle in your arm and you do not feel a thing! I am so grateful that he was there today as he was when last I needed blood work. I do not want to go anywhere else for this type of service!

Man i am so grateful i found this place. ive been here twice with a requisition my doctor from new york gave me. i do get seriously ill so these bloods help a lot. the lab is amazing. i miss my new york one when i travel but Basil here makes me feel right at home. big shout out to Basil, he is an incredible professional. he seems to run the whole place by himself, up and down, with a cheerful and upbeat mood always. i have a lot of trouble with my veins from vasculitis, they blow and roll and i usually have to get stuck five times for infusions. basil both times got my blood on the FIRST stick. the blood came out slow but he didnt give up. he is also very talented and meticulous. he gets all of his job done before starting on something else. while collecting my blood he had to attend to the front to a walk in, and he did that with ease. beyond these remarks, he is also a wonderful person. both times he encouraged me to feel better, he assured me that i will, and that despite my illness i should be positive and look up and that i WILL get better. he is a bright and spritely and positive and encouraging and kind person. he has a positive aura to him. he encouraged me to keep my head up and told me i will beat my illness. that kind of caretaker persona not only puts you at ease, but gives you the type of reassurance that is beyond his responsibility as a nurse. he is a great nurse and professional but also a great human. big ups to bioreference for having such an incredible staff. florida is my home away from home and im so grateful i have this clinic here. thank you.
