These ladies are beyond amazing! I can’t thank them enough for their service and generosity. If you need future labs, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend! Very clean environment. They really do go above and beyond to get the job done. I’m a very hard stick, I have small veins and they move. I normally have to take several trips back and forth with minimal success to other lab companies which many times the staffs gets frustrated and asked me to reschedule after the 3rd stick. At A&M I don’t feel like I’m just another number, these ladies make me feel welcome every time by going above and beyond. Whether it’s having me to pace back and forth, rubbing heat to find a good vein to get me on my way which normally works every time. Their patience is exceptional. I am so grateful that I was introduced to A&M by my doctor several months ago. I will continue to get all my future lab work there. Thank you so much for ALWAYS taking me in on short notice. You ladies are truly the best!

I have been going to A&M phlebotomy for 3 years plus. They are wonderful! Their new office is very nice and very organized and clean. They are easy to schedule and they are very professional and there is minimal wait times. I highly recommend them! Sure beats waiting for hours on your appt at Quest or Lab Corp.

I must say, this was the most welcoming, clean and organized blood draw center I have ever been in. I was seen promptly at my appointment time, and heard nothing but great comments of the patients that were exiting. The level of customer service definitely is unmatched by any lab I have been in. The best lab I have been to. Alicia and her staff were wonderful. Service was professional and Alicia went well beyond her duties to help my sister straighten out insurance and script problems. When my sister went in for her test Alicia saw her swollen arm and suggested she go to emergency. Good thing she took her advice as she had cellulitis that required hospitalization. They truly care for their patients. Thank you Alicia and staff.

I had an amazing experience today. A&M’s Felicia went above and beyond. I had my samples drawn and felt dizzy and clammy, Felicia put and ice pack on my neck and had my learn forward with my head between my legs. Shortly after I felt back to normal. This place is extremely clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Experience with A&M today. I brought my 5 year old to avoid going to a big, busy office for her first blood draw. They were amazing, kind, and patient with her. No tears or screaming and I am so grateful that our doctor referred us here. Highly recommended!!

After this last bad experience with Quest during this COVID time I spent 1.5 hours at this service and walked out with negative results, even from the attempt of a supervisor who was very inconsiderate to my condition after reviewing I was a hard stick patient.I called my doctor who referred me this A & M Phlebotomy service with Dr. Felicia. After going there the enviroment was small but the services were very accomendating. Considering my vains Ive been a hard stick forever. Dr. Felicia came in very pleasant and compassionate, masseaged my arm, put a warm compact on and sucessfully filled 6 tubes with ONLY ONE stick! Dr. Felicia has my vote and is highly recommended . I cant wait to visit her new office. Thank you Dr. Felicia for removing my fear.

To be 100% certain that the Covid-19 vaccine shots I received in a hot, steamy park were OK, I had the same test done that was used to track antibody generation in the Moderna trials (Roche Elecsys Anti-SARS-CoV-2 S. The S is important as there is a similarly named test that does not measure the spike protein antibody produced by the vaccine. Alicia worked with Clinical Lab Solutions LLC in Fort Myers to establish the proper procedure to FedEx a proper blood sample for that test. The service was very personal and Alicia was clearly dedicated to making sure everything was done properly. I was impressed. And, yes, that Tradewinds Park vaccine generated loads of antibodies.

Using this lab is much more convenient than going to Quest or LabCorp. No issues with a long wait, the staff is very educated not just about general tests but also about specialty tests. I made appointments with this lab on several occasions and was always in and out and the staff was always very friendly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful staff and in and out was done in 10 minutes compared to Quest which is 1 hour even with an appointment. Especially now during COVID-19 where I have waited 2 hours! The staff made an unpleasant situation like blood draw to being pleasant because it was done fast and with kindness!I will be coming here all the time

Just had my lab work done here everyone was so nice and pleasant they were sanitizing after each person left. Most of all they were so friendly and sweet. Office is a bit small but their personalities make up for that.
