Customer service is great and love the atmosphere but the quality of the haircut is horrible and is why they only got 2 stars. This was suppose to be a High-Mid bald fade. A haircut I get often. It’s not bald seeing as how there is little patches of hair. The fade is too low and choppy and my edge is just crooked.

I google searched Hair cut near me this place returned as being 1/4 mile away. I called and the location was reporting as open, but the phone was not being answered.Being so close I decided to stop over there and sure enough it was open, no wait and got fast friendly service.I mentioned the issue about the phone number and found it sad the new owner was having great trouble with Google getting the name and phone number updated. I suggested sharing his lease of the property to Google and other ideas.As for the cut, it was a good price , done quick and correctly. I have no complaints whatsoever. I know business is not easy with the Covid situation and I wish Fred Barbershop the best.If you just need a simple haircut and dont want a wait its the place to go.

Not only is this place clean, professional, cuts hair exceptionally well but Fred is mad nice. Some barbers when you call them, they have an attitude but he was very friendly. There was an item that I was inquiring about to see if he had it and he said no but that he was willing to go back to this home to get it before my appointment, that is customer service to the MAX in my opinion. Horrible. Wish I never went in. Don’t take your eye off the mirror. They’ll ask what you want but then won’t do it. I said I wanted to keep the beard so don’t touch the side burn and he manages to put an inch gap between beard and sideburn. And to top it off he didn’t square it. Ohh the best part is the back of my head where he basically clipped a one inch piece and it was basically the choice of shave it all off or let it grow back slowly. If you go.... I wish you luck.

What a great find. I am new to the area and needed somewhere to get my hair cut. I tried some other shops locally and was not very pleased with my hair cut. I stopped in on Saturday and sat down within 10 minutes with TJ. I explained what I wanted and he delivered perfectly. The atmosphere in the shop is great and TJ makes you feel like a valued customer. He also can really hold a conversation about anything, which makes the experience more enjoyable. I will absolutely be a returning customer here and highly recommend it.

Went there on my lunch time no one was there to open the door says that theyre open whats up with these barber shops out here in Broward County I go to any barber shop in Miami its 1 2 3 in and out a lot of these properties out here dont even use a straightedge I went to three different barber shops out here looks like Im going to have to drive to Miami
