My whole life I have had trust issues with hair stylists, then two years ago I met Tanya and my grey skies turned into blue skies. For two years, she has given me a perfect haircut. This is the best barber shop in the area! It gets busy on weekends, so be sure to call ahead or stop in on a weekday when the waits are more manageable or even non-existent. All the ladies there are great, but Tanya in particular is an absolute treasure.

Went in late, around 8:30, and Tanya is the absolute best in my 46 years of haircuts. Ive never felt younger afterward and in better hands... she absolutely knows how to cut hair! Will definitely be back!!

I have been going to the Las Olas Barber shop for years now. They offer a great quality haircut at a great price. Easy access, no parking garages or fees, and personable service. Great place!

The staff is extremely friendly and curteous. It can be busy so depending on when you go, an appointment is advised. Not exactly affordable but quality does come at a cost. I highly recommend for a great haircut.

I had a wonderful first-time experience at this establishment. Jenn cleaned me up and made me feel handsome during and after my haircut. Highly recommend, a piece of ft. Lauderdale history, and wonderful barbers.

2nd Update: Been going here over 5 years and Tanya has cut my hair all that time. She gets at least half the credit for me getting the girl, I figure, so now she helps me keep the lifestyle to which I have become accustomed.Update: been going here for two years now. Tanya is my go-to. Date worked out.Tanya is the one I visit here, though everyone seems to do a good job. I honestly think Tanyas haircut helped get me a date and the shears she wields are impressive!

They do great work. Very professional and friendly.

Although the staff were friendly and the location is easily accessible the haircut I received was poor. The person cutting it seemed very uneasy as they wielded the scissors over my hair. It was as if every guy would receive the same hair cut regardless of hair type or style requested.Very disappointing. Now have to wait until it grows out to get it sorted out!

Barber shops are the way to go and so far the Las Olas Barber Shop is the best Ive been too. I always look forward to stopping in for a haircut (and I live in Chicago). You are in and out fast, no appointment is needed, and the barbers are great. I highly recommend Karli and the Las Olas Barber Shop.

What a great experience. Lindsey (sp?) was awesome. She was funny, engaging, and really good at her job. I get buzz cuts, and about 70% of haircutters go too fast and miss spots. Not today. Lindsey was thorough and clearly cared about doing a great job. If I lived here, this would now be my spot.

I always give somewhere two chances and both times I ask for something different & get the same little boy regular hair cut. Unless you are getting a shape up, balding or want the same haircut that every 50 year old guy has then stay away. They overbook and rush you through.

Came into the shop after another closed abruptly. Treated very well and was talked to throughout the whole haircut. Highly recommended if you want a great haircut.

Horrible place to go if you want something that is not a buzz cut. They are awful and rush the haircut I wanted a fade with hair up top so the girl decided to shave the whole top first. The people are nice but I would not want them cutting my hair ever again. First and Last time I go here.

I am a 74 year old man, who has been wintering in Fort Lauderdale for 5 years and until this year could not found a barber who could give a man my age, with a full head of hair, an acceptable, let alone a GREAT haircut. Enter Yanira of Las Olas Barbership and things have changed. Not only did she give me the exact haircut I requested, using scissors only, except to neaten around my ears and the back of my neck at the end with clippers, but she is a delightful young lady as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Yanira to anyone looking for an excellent old fashioned man’s haircut!!
