The units are always very clean and furnished with upscale decorations and linens and appliances. I have rented several units and never been disappointed with any units, if there is any maintenance problems they are addressed and handled immediately and professionally. We stayed at an apartment in Loveland for a month in September. It had a beautiful view of a lake and the Rocky Mountains with a workout room and exceptional pool for young children. The apartment was very comfortable and a great location for shopping. The lower kitchen cabinets were quite scratched and the carpet was clean but stained. Otherwise everything was in great shape. The few times we needed help from Avenue West, they were very easy to reach and responded promptly. We will definitely contact them again when renting in Loveland!
