I love Gel Nails. I dont come in often because I work so much but they totally take care of you. I got their signature spa pedicure and my feet feel wonderful! The gel coating lasts and if it chips within a day or two of getting it done just stop in and they will correct it. Their great.

This is a great place to go for a good, simple manicure. Ahem, HEY MEN, are you listening? Yes, you too! Everyone looks better with their nails clean and trimmed, and Gel Nails does a wonderful job. They are very efficient, and have never done a bad manicure on me, and Ive been there quite a few times. Friendly service, and great prices!

The WORST place to get your nails done. I have came here 3 times now and each time I leave I have to get my nails redone. Not only did they take all my fake nails off and replace them for no reason but they also ruined my real, and long nails. She painted my nails without matching them and did it in 2 seconds. Also look at my pinky nails, the paint is globy. I will never go back.

I actually have been coming here off and on for years. I have always had nice results. I keep it simple. I enjoy a mani/pedi once in a while. I enjoy talking with the technician and getting pampered for an hour or so.

I went to Gel Nails for the first time since early 2020 due to covid. They were able to get me in quickly which was nice however they did absolutely no cleaning in between the lady they just finished and myself. nothing was wiped down. I didnt see any tools be sterilized. He used a dirty nail file on my nails and it sliced my fingers open 3 times. It made me extremely concerned and I wont be going here again. When youre not cleaning your tools then that is unsafe. Not to mention painful.

I came in for a pedicure & shellac. I’m not from here but I wanted my nails done. I specifically asked if she would soak off the shellac. She said yes and then after briefly soaking, went at my nails with a drummel tool. 3 of my nails are now splitting toward the cuticle and they are all dangerously thin. Never again.

The worst salon I ever been too. I asked for long coffin nails but they turned out to be very short I had also asked for them to be matte coat and it doesnt even look matte.. worst $60 ever spent . Nail perfection in Janesville is 10 times better I will just continue going there

I have been using them for a while the last couple times I used them, it was a horrible job and now I have fungus on my fingers because they didn’t do I good job.

My mom goes here all the time and Im not board when I wait because I can go on the massage massage massage​ chairs

My experience was unpleasant to say the least. I know exactly how I want my nails done and I don’t think it’s too much to ask. I get French every time and my first and last time at gel nails left me feeling very uncomfortable about how I like my nails. I was told that a thin line, how I like, “was ugly”. At any other service company, you would explain what you like and they’d be happy to perform it. I was hurt after this comment. After they completed my nails they kept asking how I liked it, as if to try to prove their theory correctly. But, I liked the finished product. From what I can tell, they do good work but their staff in unprofessional and unkind to their new customers. I’ve found somewhere in town who is happy to give me what I want without demeaning comments.

Got my finger nails and toe nails done with gel. These services cost a good amount of money, so you would expect good quality and to last at least a week. At the end of the service I noticed sharp edges and bubbling of the finger nail gel polish. Not even 24 hours later two nails already chipped. Two of my friends who had the same services done experienced the same problem. I went in and got the nails fixed free of charge. I came out with sharp edges still. Staff was kind the whole time and area is clean. My friend had to have her nails fixed two times as the first time she went in to have them fixed, they turned out worse. A women walked in as I was leaving, who also had a problem with her nails chipping. Seems to be a reoccurring problem.

I normally come here all the time and they do a great job, however this last time I went around Christmas I had an ingrown toenail and they normally get it no problem. The guy tried to help me but couldnt so he asked someone else for help and they thought they got it out, didnt hurt to much so I figured it was okay, well now 2weeks later I can barley walk on it and its now infected so I have to go to the doctors now and get minor surgery to fix it. I understand they were busy but I still felt like I was being rushed out of the door and they didnt care. They didnt even do everything they normally do, didnt take dead skin off or even do that for my fingernails, got frustrated when I wanted them to fix a mistake. I just felt really rushed and uncared for that day..

Had the dip done and the dip doesnt make my nails hard i can still bend my nails

I got my nails done yesterday and got gel polish the polish was done horrible and my nails were not filed down by the cuticles They look like a week old nails does not even look fresh the nails are all uneven and not filed correctly I also asked for a nail shape showed them a picture and all but they gave me a different shape they also rushed on my nails I get my nails done every 2weeks and know very well how my nails are suppose to look and these look horrible thought I would try a new nail salon but I’ll never leave my nail tech again I will never go back or Def never recommend them to anyone.

I went there with a group of four girls and they acconidated us and did a nice job!

Got a set of gel nails ($30) and they started coming off two days later. went back for a free repair and they didnt even take them off wnd redo them. they simply went over them again. two days later they all popped off. i do not recommend whatso ever and will never be going back.

Had a shellac manicure appointment. Was done in under 30 minutes. Cut twice, lots of bubbles in my manicure, nails were barely filed, and had shellac/topcoat all over my cuticles, so 4 days later it’s lifting and chipping.

Me and my daughter went together to this new nail salon. Didnt had to wait (good thing) no music when i got there (spa music). When I got there, the lady said something I couldnt understand do to their really heavy accent. So I told the lady me and my daughter want a pedicure and manicure, she said if i wanted gel nails. I told her no i just want a pedi and finger nails polished. She told us to pick a color. It was hard to understand her. So we sat on the chair for a pedi. My daughter got the lady and I got the guy. The guy was sick or something cuz he had the sniffles (it was kinda gross cuz he didnt have a mask). So they just started to trim our nails, so in my mind im like ok first they trim nails and then they going to put water for out feet to soak. But that didnt happened. So im thinking that they do it different here at the nail salon (Im not from Fort) But i have been to a lot of nail salons. So i do have a lot of customer experience. Ok back to happend..... So we didnt get a pedi we just got a trim and toe nails polished (not a pedi). So they got done with that and started to do our nails like the pedi they trim nails and polished. I could of done that at home if i would of known they were going to do that. 5 minutes before we left from the salon they decided to put some spa music. Oh and they did not made conversation with us at all. Why i didnt say anything: First of all they should be system. It was my first time so i wanted to try out the nail salon. Im not the type of person to tell you how to do your job. Due to getting faces or getting attitude by the employee.Like i said i have my share in experience. When you ask for a pedi and a meni you get really good service. A pedicure: they get the tub ready for your feet to soak (which is relaxing)then they clip and shape nails, add oil to toe nails to loosen cuticles before trimming, after you get a mini foot massage then you get your nails polished. A Manicure will be the same as pedicure minus the tub..... I really wanted my daughter to gave a good experience for her first time.Tip: Make conversation with your costumers. (Im not saying to talk to them for the whole hour) but make them feel like you care)

I made an appointment for an 11:00 pedicure, when they finally opened for the day at 11:05 there were four of us waiting for 11:00 appointments and only one person working, I didnt want to wait and walked out.

I recently got my nails done here and my nails turned out amazing! Not only were my nails amazing but I was feeling faint and the way they handled it was awesome. They gave me water and some cough drops to help. This nail saloon does not only do great work, but they also care about their customers.
