It has always been a wonderful experience getting my haircut at Sizzos Hair Designs from Norma. She is exceptionally talented and incredibly nice. I remain a long time regular at Sizzo.

Norma is a talented, top of the line hair stylist who is passionate about making people look good. I have been a devoted customer of hers for over 10 years now. She has the skill, patience, and a gentle touch to make my hair look and feel GRAND. Each month I am drawn back to her cozy salon for a haircut experience that is sure hard to find.

I decided to try this place after reading the reviews but I did not have the same experience. I came with a picture and explained I needed lots of layers. I had the stylist fix it several times but it just seemed to become worse each time. Ive been to many salons over the years, some expensive and some average, and have always come out with my hair looking refreshed and healthy at the very least. But this time my hair looks truly horrible. It hangs limp at the bottom and sticks out in all directions at the top. Norma was very nice but did not seem to know how to blend or cut the hair at an angle to achieve that piecey modern look the way other stylists do. I tried to hold off writing this review. I didnt want to be dramatic but I really do hate my haircut every time I look in the mirror. And I dont want someone with thick, long hair like mine to go there and have the same thing happen to them.

Norma is a miracle worker! She is a true artist who will take her time and do a wonderful job on your hair. I am always impressed with her work. Ive been coming here for years and am very satisfied. I recommend Sizzos without hesitation. Its a wonderful place!

I love Norma, and her work. She is so sweet. She takes time to listen me about my crazy ideas for my new hair cut. She always find a balance between what I want and what suits me.Nobody else touches my hair. :) :)

Sizzos Hair Designs is the coziest salon Ive ever been to. Norma is very attentive to my needs and is very passionate about making sure my haircut is exactly how I want it. I used to dread getting a haircut because I always had to wait for it to grow back. Most places cut it too short or dont really listen to my instructions. Ever since I started going to Sizzos Hair Designs I look forward to getting my haircut and seeing Norma. I now live in Elgin, IL but continue going. I feel lucky to be her customer!
