PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN ADVANCE ON GROUPON AND SHE DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE THEN REQUESTED MORE MONEY ON TOP OF WHAT WAS PAID ON GROUPON...Unprofessional and as a black owned business I am highly embarrassed.There is no confusion with what business its Blaq diamonz beauty bar I had an issue with. Whats a shame is you would lie stating you never asked for more money when u did saying I should have called first before purchasing the deal because Groupon charges a cheaper price.

KiKi and her staff are very professional. To get your nails and feet done there is more of an experience than a regular nail appointment. 1st they told me one price get there they told me a different price 2nd I got gel nails and the machine wasnt working so my nails want cured 3rd if I didnt have cash they wanted to charge 3.00 extra for cash app. The lady had to keep taking color off and redoing it and still not right. I try and support black own but this shop will never get money

Charged me a cashapp fee when her credit/debit machine was down. I went to you last year before the virus. And why charge a first time customer with a 3 dollar fee for your business account. That should have been covered by you.
