Clean place. Everything worked. Didn’t had to wait. Visited three times during day time and never had any trouble. But we take our own sponges and soap.

The automated, stay-in-your-car, lanes in this outfit appear to support an interesting scum: if you pay with a credit card, you are always charged the max $10 even if you choose a lesser value wash. It happened twice to me, with documentation. When returned to discuss with attendant I was met with scorn and threats. Consider taking you car in a more honest establishment and happy spring!

Good quick place to get a touch free car wash. Any car guy in the area will appreciate this place.

Automated to perfection, and high tech in a low tech way. good for covid but im removing a star because the drying system is a bit odd, lacking a human touch (literally) and i feel like this is what people mean when they say robots are taking our jobs

Great place for self washing. They have three stalls for washing your car. Two lanes for auto washing. They take credit cards, cash or change (change machine on-sight) for washing. Vending machine with supplies if you need it. Many car vacuums there to use as well. Staff is friendly if you need help. Open late.

You would get better results pointing a hose without soap at your car. The automatic lanes gave my car the worst car wash it ever got they use almost no soap and the jets have no power

My car was not clean yet I went through the wash and the vacuum sucked poorly

To pricey for a car wash

Well, there was no soap, the vacuum took my money. When I initially came the credit card machine didn’t work. Oh yeah, there was no attendant. I expect this maybe on the west side of Chicago not in Forest Park. Given that I lost my money I would have given this place less stars. Go somewhere else if you can! If you want to just spray your car with water and loose your money by all means this is the best place in the Chicago land area.

Price not great no dry with lowest selection thats a first for me. Water pressure not good either still had bird poop after wash.

Good company, good customer service.While washing my car I ran out of cash and the card reader was not working. The worker let me use the car wash free of charge until I was finished. Very happy, I will go back in the future!

I actually like this car wash but Ive used the option to pay by credit/debit card multiple times and the amount that Im actually billed is typically about 2x as much as what it says it will be. Maybe Im missing the small type somewhere... but if you go, use QUARTERS!!! (Or be prepared to pay as much as going to KISS or another car wash that does the work for you.)Totally bummed.

It is a self served carwash, nothing else to say. Ok, I guess I have something to add. The place seems to be well maintained, the equipments always filled with corresponding carwash chemicals. Ive had experienced self served carwash before without any of the chemicals, water is the only thing coming out of the spray nozzle.

My skin is so clean! would defiantly shower there again.

I love touchless. Happy I found one nearby and I got what I paid for, but the water pressure could have been a bit stronger, especially mid and lower levels. I drive an Encore.

Their coin changer should except $ 20s as well

If youre not washing your car yourself, dont bother with Spotless Carwash. I went through the automatic car wash, but the sides of the car were missed. There wasnt an attendant, so I just wasted money to NOT have my car cleaned.

Just went through this car wash w a car covered in tree sap. When the first wash didnt remove the sap entirely, the guy working not only let me run my car through the wash again at no charge- he even gave it a great pre- wash scrub down by hand! My car looks great!

Card readers consistently not working. Bring cashner youre coming here.

Like the touchless wash. Not too expensive. Good wash with a little bit of effort from yourself to completely dry ur car and ur on ur way.

Two separate vaccum machines each took $1 from me and did not turn on. Would have bought a wash but whats the point if my car is not vacuumed out. Disappointed

I will only visit this carwash in a crunch. The vacuums do not have great suction to me. Especially, not for the few minutes it is on. When you clean your car with the foam brush, it does really, really bad, sloppy job.
