I dont know why I love this car wash so much, but I seriously get so excited to go. Their vacuums are free, car washes are great values, and they always do a great job. Every once in a while theyll be cash only, and they can get really crowded, but its well worth it!

I have been here twice. The first time, about 6 months ago, my car came out of the wash shining like it was brand new. I could actually feel the wax on the car. I expected the same results today but was disappointed. My car looked like it went through a regular car wash. Even the dryer for the car did not clear off all of the droplets. It certainly wasnt worth $18 especially since you have to do your own vacuuming and windows. But what are you going to do? There arent many car washes around anymore with attendants that wipe down your car, vacuum it, and clean the windows.I noticed on their sign today that for $5 you can drive through the car wash to get your car clean. That will be my choice next time.

The worst costumer service ever!!! May 12,2021 my bug shield broken from the car wash . ( take note this is the 2nd time my bug shield broken ) I complaint and talk the manager. simple problem he cant solve. instead his saying a lot of excuses. i give them a lot of time if they will contact or any update to my complaint . after a month so i decided to make a review. if you value your car dont go to this CRYSTAL CAR WASH. wasting time and money worst is damage you car.

Took my car to get a car wash here and damages were made to my vehicle with thier washing equipment, they claimed to have made an insurance claim thru thier behalf and nobody has reached back out , its been well over 6 months.

LOVE the free vacuum and air! My kids also loved the wash (so did I) but they think the lights are super fun and have made it into a dance party!. Wish there was an option to dry down (or at least towels) but it is a great wash for the price!

I think is one of the best car washes. It cleans the car, they have vacuums and a blower too. However, the monthly pass is a little expensive in my opinion. In the suburbs is half the price.

Great car wash -- the wash options are very nice. Plus- what I love the most is their vacuums... 2 nozzle options plus a small compressed air hose for those small crevices and vents. Im a clean freak so I appreciate the little things.

Ive been going here for a few years now. I have a membership as well. Never had any issues. My car is always beautiful and shiny after a good wash from Crystal Car Wash.

Its ok but I like Buddy Bear better. I dont think the wash is as long as BB and even though I paid $10.00 my hubcaps were still dirty but my car needed a wash.

The monthly membership is totally worth it at this car wash. Its in a very convenient location for those who live in the area, so getting a quick wash once or twice a week (depending on weather) isnt a hassle. At $15 a wash youre basically getting at least 2 washes a month free! The vacuums really suck (compliment), the forced air pressure tool is great addition, as well as the mat cleaner. With the multiple vacuums slots youll rarely have to wait. Good car wash.

Seriously one of the best washes around the area. Great quality even the $5 wash. My only complaint is to put rubber tips on the air sprayers you guys have to dry our mirrors by the vaccum. I knicked my mirror on accident and scratched my mirror a bit. Just a friendly tip. Completely my fault i wasnt paying much attention

Clean, well maintained. The monthly wash options are reasonably priced. The air blower really helps remove the leaves in the crevices of your windows and trunk.

The carwash uses VERY HARD machinery my volkswagen gas door cover was completely torn off and they did nothing. When I asked for footage they sent still shots showing my car going in ? Thats it. When my car came out my door was completely ripped off.

Ive been a customer with membership for several months. The automatic carwash does a great job and the free vacuum with high pressure air nozzle is just what i need to keep my sparkling car clean. The staff is also nice, friendly and attentive if you need anything.

Like this car wash is my new favorite wash. Free vacuums that have a lot of power behind them so that your not vacuuming over the same spot for ten minutes. The 5$ wash is just as good as a 20$. Try it so you see what I mean. You might not go back to your old car wash after visiting this one!!

Good overall, what you would expect on a typical car wash process. What makes this stand over others are the power on their air dryers almost no water spots after coming out of the tunnel, that combined with the compressed air they have in their vacuum sections makes drying your car so much easier and faster.. with the 18 dollars package you would expect a lot more cleanliness and shine on your wheels, but thats not the case.. only surface dust is removed and the tire dressing doesnt cover your entire wheel so you end up with a dry spot on the tire.

The car wash itself is just as good as any other. I personally go with the cheapest $5 option. What I love about this place is the abundance of vacuum stations with pressurized air! That is unbelievably good at getting everything out of all the nooks and crannies.

Very nice car wash. Just recently rebuild and uses all new equipment. Very speedy and has what seems to be standard pricing on car washed. Does offer free vaccums and air hoses to detail clean the car. They do offer monthly subscription for unlimited washed but I have not looked into them as I prefer to hand wash my car but this place is great to wash all the salt off during the winter.

Self-service vacuums work well; car is washed to my satisfaction every time I have used their service. The $5 basic wash does just fine, no need to throw away money on the more expensive wash options.

This car wash is in a convenient location right off the highway. Im a bad car owner and dont get car washes often, so when I do I get the deluxe wash. Someone even complimented my clean, shiny tires afterward. The free vacuums are a great perk.

Easy to pay, credit or cash when you drive up. Hands free wash (interiors not included). It wasnt overcrowded, so no wait and was pretty swift. Couldnt get a crystal clear car wash out of it, even after getting the top tier wash service. Free self-service vacuums.

Pretty good place, however things are starting to show wear and tear. When the station was new, all was in place. Also the rear vacuums are odd placement as one needs to maneuver around wooden pols in position. Busy Saturdays as everyone goes out for a wash. $5 basic wash. Free vacuums.

Great facility, it was clean outside by the vacuums, and I like the fact that they have signs regarding the noise ordnance, so theres no loud music playing from other cars.

Great place for a quick wash. Free vacuum. Cleaned my car very well for being automated. My car still shines a week later. A touch on the expensive side, but it was worth it.

My SUV comes out clean and smells nice. I love the powered air to get the areas that hold water. It stops the water spots from drying along the side of your vehicle when you drive off or drys the creases of the doors. Very nice. I enjoyed that especially last spring so the doors didnt freeze on the cold days when I just wanted to get the salt off.

The only car wash I go to. Its extremely convenient. When its nice out, its really busy so choose your time wisely. I dont mind so much. Its clean. Theres space to have your doors open. They have free vacuum and the air compressor. They dont sell towels, trees or anything for that matter. BYOS: Bring your own stuff.

Ive had monthly passes for Nascar and BuddyBear... Crystal Car Wash is BY FAR the best of all of them! They have employees that care which translates into machines always working properly, vaccums always vacuuming STRONG and the detailing tool they have is so cool and makes drying the car so easy! Really impressed with this new car wash. After my first visit, I immediately brought both of our family cars back to get the unlimited monthly passes. Thus is the best automatic car wash Ive ever used. The driers are not only heated, but change direction to blow from the front and then from the back as your car passes through. The vacuums are free and have more suction than Ive seen anywhere else, and the best part is that they even have a blowout tool next to each vacuum, with compressed air to blast debris out of areas the vacuum cant reach. Top notch facility.

The only place I wash my car! However, DO NOT GO ON A SATURDAY! The lines are really long for a wash and for vacuuming. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are much lighter days.

5 dollar wash for the cheapest option. Very clean modern car wash. Sometimes the vaccum strength is low. Nice air pressure hose to get in-between the chairs. All in all not bad.

I purchased the $18 wash service and it was meh. I still had dirt on my car and a nice amount of water that wasnt blown off by the dryers. This was literally on par with a top tier $9 spotless car wash I usually get. Unfortunately, it wasnt worth the price point for me. A bonus is the free vacuum and mat cleaner. Sadly, I have to strongly consider whether Id return in the future.

I love the car wash itself, but compared to delta sonic, (i pay 16.99 for interior and exterior on promotion) but your location is closer and i really like the mat cleaner machine and the air crevice tool. I can afford the$5.00 dollar wash, but the $10.00 is a stretch. I know you use to, (maybe something has changed or you can demand it from you vendor) offer it i heard from my complaining to the manager there. I could afford to pay a few extra dollars ($1-$3) for the option to upgrade with an underbody wash, or wheel treatment to increase your revenue from some of us folks who are not BIG BALLAS who can easily afford the higher prices. I would have to spend $15.00 just to include the underbody, which is the price of dinner for two at Applebees can you not have your computer vending company help you with what ever issues you had before?

I am a regular customer here, and I cant express how great their customer service is. I really prefer this place over any other automatic car wash as the products they use are of high quality leading to an awesome finish. Their products can even be smelled from the inside of the car. The air tool that is found next to the vacuums can be used as a form to dry the excess water from the car. This is a great tool to use especially for the winter months. I would continue to bring my car here. Thanks for the awesome service. I am planning to get the unlimited monthly pass.

This is the worst car wash service ever. My family and I were in a car accident going through the car wash because the workers allowed too many cars to go in at once. The workers cared more about the business and NO one stopped and asked if we were okay. I would NOT recommend this car wash service to anyone else.

One of the better auto car washes in the area, cheapest wash is five dollars, which can be a little more than some competitors, but all in all the wash does a good job. Plenty of free vacuums to use and they all work, and the place is clean, so really you cant go wrong if you need to clear the outside and inside of your vehicle.

Paid $18 for a wash. I had lots of soap still on the car. Didn’t even get a cheap towel to dry off the car. No specials or even a wash guarantee. I would have been ok to pay $7 or even get a discount on another was within 5 days

Love going to get my car wash here.Only disappointment, you cant pay by the month on your debit card.They have it set up billing your your credit car every month.It should be a option to just pay with debit card montly.

Awesome new place, they did a great job at a very reasonable price. I wash my car quite a bit, and this is easily my new go to spot. Unlike some other places that can have you a little uneasy and nervous, I trust that any car will be in good hands here.
