I’ve been dealing with Toyota since I was a teenager and this is by far the most unprofessional center I’ve dealt with. I dropped my car off May 1st and it took 22 days to receive it back for work on my front bumper. I understand we are recovering from a pandemic and labor isn’t what it use to be. COMMUNICATION would have settled A LOT of troubles that arose. Leland’s lack of communication and attitude will be the downfall of this establishment. After a certain point to remain professional on my part I allowed my insurance company to be in contact with him and they even said he’s aggressive and not friendly. If you needed more time, quote the time you’ll actually need not what I and the insurance company wants to hear. That was a huge inconvenience and made me not able to pick up my car until today and it was done last Sunday. He didn’t communicate with the insurance company on payment so I had to for 3 days then I had to leave out of town for work. I will have the work cross checked by Toyota this week and hope the best for this establishment.

I got much more than I expected. The service I received was exceptional. Before my vehicle had even arrived Leland was on the Job. He made sure all of my paperwork was completed to ensure no delays. He let me know when my car had arrived for service and how long it would take. Keep me abreast of the progress and any changes. He explained my repairs and even showed me visuals on the computer. The costs were as expected..no surprises! I was called when the repairs had been completed.. When I picked her up. She was sitting looking pretty. They had washed and vacuumed her. We were happy...Me and my Car!!

Sacrifice quality on profits and speed, Brian Clair brings lots of excuses why the job is poor, excuses that are not valid because that’s why they getting paid. On top of that lack of honesty, never again

Lie about balancing wheel when didn’t, loose grill, loose door molding, 1/8 of an inch door misalignment visible, poor cleaning up on return car.

They do an excellent job; it is expensive, but it is excellent.
