I needed my car serviced before moving out of state. Online it says that they open at 7:30a. I booked an appointment online for that time. I arrived there to find out that they were closed and the sign on the door stated that they dont open until 9a. A phone call would have been appreciated to let me know that the hours were different. This appointment was booked in advance. Luckily for me, I was able to take my business elsewhere at such a short notice.

Took car in for sputtering and acceleration issues. Unlike other auto repair shops Ive been to that have you waiting around for hours and hours only to get your car back after having paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars just to get my car back still unrepaired and worse off than it was before I took there. The mechanics at Meineke quickly took my car into the bay area and serviced it right away.My car is now driving without any sputtering or acceleration issues. Very pleased. Will return to this Meineke location if I have mechanical issues in thefuture.

Definitely cheaper than the dealer. Waiting room is kind of dirty. A worker left his flip flops under one of the chairs.

Hi, this message is for Mr, or Misses skeptical thats reading this review I was excited and skeptical when i read those reviews but Im here to tell you its all true, I went to Meineke about a week ago because my car wasnt running good it sounded horrorible when I turned on my car i didnt have a clue about what could be wrong with it, so i founded their number on Goggle m and call them the owner told me to bring my car in I did they did a diagnosis on my car, and they found the promblom quickly, I was there only about a hour, I was in an out, my car is running great better than ever, very nice staff!! Very friendly and, kind people. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to people God be the glory!!

So this is the good car repair place that was recommended to me years ago when I lived in that area.All I did with them yesterday was an oil change, but in spite of them having other customers around, they still got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner.They also didnt try to offer me a bunch of other work on my vehicle which was nice.Previously they replaced a part that went right back out, and they replaced it twice more without charging me labor either because I simply happened to get 2 defective ones in a row.Theyre great to deal with and dont treat women like easy money idiots.

I paid for converters in December 2019. Check engine light came on 3 weeks ago. Find out its my converters again. Go back and they change my front 02 sensor. Check engine light comes on again and they said they will change out my converters. Had my car all day yesterday. Drive it today and light comes back on. Go to Autozone and they say my converters. I am not happy. Now I have to back and take off work again. Not happy right now

Came for a tune up because the check engine light read a misfire. All they did was change spark plugs and never said anything about a coil. Left with engine light still on and the check engine light now reads another code. Went with one code left with 2 codes. Recommend no

I took my small pickup to them because I was experiencing a knocking noise while driving. The guy , who I believe is the owner accessed what was wrong , ordered the parts , they came in about 30 min later and they repaired the issue within 1.5 hr . Would recommend and use them again!

My experience here was awesome sauce. It felt like home weird to say. I say this because the gentleman there reminded me of my great grandfather. They were nice, helpful, and the oil change I got was fast. I was literally doing an one hour and fifteen minutes test for class, and they got done within twenty minutes. They had knowledge about auto care and answered my questions like that. I dont know his name, but one of the men there was so nice to me and kind hearted. Great customer service and I will return.

Ive been coming here for the last six months about... I had not ever had any problems. For the first time, I just had one issue today: I had an appointment and when I arrived I still had to wait. They stated they they never keep appointments on a Saturday. I find this to be a problem because, why allow us to make them online? Not their fault though... The online system needs to be alot better.

Any time I need car repair, this is my first stop. The atmosphere is very family oriented and professional for it to be a shop. Although you are told it’s a wait time during peek hours, the staff work quickly, yet proficiently. They have affordable pricing in comparison to other local shops and I highly recommend their services.

Omg!!!! When i tell you, i was so upset. My previous car service center perform my oil change and my oil light was still coming on. I discovered this meineke location via google and thank God for them and the staff. The receptionist was polite and respectful. The service team was professional and worked expeditious to ensure my oil was changed properly. Honestly the process was so fast it blew my mind. I live in Lithonia but i will be traveling back to this location to have my car serviced. Thankfully I found this place where they were able to help me. People there are very down to earth and respectful. They did an amazing job with my truck I had to change 2 converter.They resolved my issues the check engine is finally gone. I am very grateful

The car was repaired successfully, however customer service needed a lot of work. I made an appointment on Monday, However the employee did not show up for work therefore I had to bring it back on Tuesday. I arrived at 8 o’clock on Tuesday and the employees did not arrive until 8:20. 20 minutes after the store is the house to open. I would bring my car back because it was repaired successfully if it wasn’t for the customer service I would give them 5 stars.Customer service training is definitely needed.

I already had a diagnosis for front wheel bearings prior to coming in for repairs. But when I called for a quote unlike all the other shops I was not quoted $1500 worth of work. They quoted me the price for the repair that was needed. They also checked the car out and called less than an hour after dropping it off to say the car would be ready in 2 hours. They don’t charge exceptionally high labor fees like most shops. I will definitely make this my go to shop from here on. Matter of fact I will be back this weekend for them to do my brakes. Great group of guys in the shop.

Had a 9AM appointment on 2/13/20, got there at 8:30AM and the location wasnt even open yet. Had to wait until 9:10AM before anyone showed up to open the shop. Produced my coupon for a full synthetic oil change, but was told they couldnt do it to a VW for the $49.95 price advertised and at no point offered to do any of the other services that are included in an oil change package. They only rotated my tires after I insisted multiple times. Not sure if I just caught them on a bad day, but Im never returning.

The only reason this location received 1 star is because it would not post my review without it. Out of the 20 years of using Meineke, I have never been charged $75 for an oil change. Not even for Synthetic. Always avg $35-40. Had to take my biz to Precision Tune Auto Care. They treated me right on my Birthday

I am not sure if my fluid change was taking place because my stop engine light is on and I dont know why its on so Im hoping that all of my fluids was changed my transmission, my oil, and whatever other fluids needed to be changed that I paid for. Im hoping that it was changed and that was my only reason. everything else was superb!

I will not take my car or recommend anyone else to take their car to this facility, especially if youre a woman. Even a simple engine light they said they would turn off, they didnt! This Meineke is absolutely horrible and despicable. Firstly, the customer service and professionalism absolutely SUCKS. You would think that if someone is paying for services they would at least try to be a little kind but everyone there is beyond rude and unprofessional. Acted as though I was a bother and was a bit demeaning.My check engine light came on and it ran a code that stated my camshaft position sensor needed to be replaced and I guess threw out the number $370 as how much it would cost but DID NOT provide me with a cost break down so I thought that labor was jacking up the price. But I found out later once I FINALLY got an invoice that the parts were marked up a lot.They cut corners in terms of writing up invoices. I brought my car in to be repaired and it shouldnt have costed more than about 250 but it ended up costing 390. Totally taken advantage of. Explored the issue further and I now see they double charged me for parts so will have to take the issue to corporate. I didnt get my receipt until two weeks later and I practically had to beg for it. Wrote my license plate down wrong, didnt record my VIN, put the wrong address... just absolutely ridiculous and if you ask me, lazy. So if you can, PLEASE save yourself the headache and avoid this location.

Went to this location because Silver Rock Warranty referred me to this company for a diagnostic test on my car. When I came in I wasn’t greeted with a hello the guy at the desk look up from his cellphone and said how can I help you. As I’m explaining to him what I’m there for he for one doesn’t put his phone down nor does he attempt to ask questions about what I’m telling him. I explained to him that I have a 30 Day warranty with Silver Rock to have diagnostics tested on my car. He instantly says we don’t do that and if you want that done we have to charge. I then say to him well my warranty company referred me here, he then says well we charge for that. As I’m walking away he then ask what type of car it was. What difference does it make if you have already stated you don’t do that. What makes it even worse not once did he get up from behind the counter, not to greet me, not to find out information about what I was saying, nothing. Secondly he talked to me while tapping on his phone. And third no professionalism at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this company. Plus the way the lot is, is a disgrace. It’s broken down cars everywhere no where to park.

Was passing through on our honeymoon trip to North Carolina and had what I thought was major engine troubles. Called numerous places looking for help and no one had time to even look at it. He diagnosed the problem before he even loaded my SUV on the tow truck. To my luck it wasnt as bad as I thought, just a spark plug thrown from the motor. They had me in and out in a few hours and back on our way to North Carolina. Wouldnt know what we would have done with out finding a place that was as honest and that fast.

On vacation, had car issues over holiday weekend, was able to get needed parts and repaired on 1st business day after holiday. Very friendly and above all...HONEST!

Wow. This location tried to tear a new hole in my pocket!I asked for an oil change service, with the oil that I brought. The guy said $20.He came back and said oh this is synthetic. We charge about $90 for that.Are u kidding me? Your service shouldnt change because your labor and skill set did not change depends on the oil I got!I had a similar service done at Meineke in Louisville,KY and there were no issues with me bringing in my own oil.

Very unprofessional and rude. The staff act as if youre a bother to them for using their services. I have been coming here having my oil changed for over a year. First off t hey had the doors locked and lights dim as if it was closed. Went in and my first coupon was not honored I was ok with that and willing to pay regular price. Then once they pulled my car back they said I needed special filter when I havent ever needed one in the year I been goin and that maybe I should take it back to Drive-time ( my car didnt come from Drive-time) and then went up another $10. So I left. Never will I go back absolutely HORRIBLE!!
