They played me by saying a car was there and when I got there it wasnt. I was going to buy a car cash and because it wasnt there they tried to still have me out my money down with a $500 car note !! I walked out...tosha was the fake salesman n Kelvin was the actual one when I got there! I dont like feeling plated with especially when I drive so far to be disappointed ‼️‼️

I called yesterday for an oil change service pricing, and a young lady told me $29.99, but I will come tomorrow. She also said that its first come, first serve on Saturdays. I came upon opening only to hear that the oil change is $49.99. The service rep, Mr. Ed was unresponsive when I said good morning and had a dry personality.

I dont normally write reviews and am going to be truthfull. Ive never owned a chevy before so I checked through multiple dealers. One of the salesmen from this dealership convinced me he would give me a great deal so I drove down there picked my car and was done by 330pm. From this point I waited 6 hours for them to do the paperwork and left that day at 900 pm as they were closing the door. I received a call 2 days later saying that they forgot to collect my down payment and would like it over the phone. I received another call 3 days ago which was 1 week after driving the car. The employee from the dealership said that they had messed up on the msrp of the car and although it really cost 4k less that my payment is going to be going up 80 dollars a month so I told him to kick rocks and come pick up the car. Then I receive a call today saying that the payment is going down 40 cents and I need to drive all the way down to there dealer because they messed up some paper work and the price should be a little lower. Now something shady is going on at this dealership and Im not sure what they are trying to pull but I do plan on getting my lawyer to go over everything which is a dam shame . Aside from this shady dealership I do LOVE my Tahoe and will definitely get another one in the future. BUT NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Had a vehicle on order through this dealership and was waiting for a delivery date, got a call from the salesman and was told that there was a mixup and my car was sold to someone else. Stated that I’ll have to wait even longer now to get a vehicle since they had an error on their side. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Very unprofessional. Will definitely be contacting the BBB along with GM corporate

My appointment for an oil change/tire rotation/inspection/car wash was scheduled for 10:00 am the Monday before New Years and I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early. Upon check in I was told it would be 1 hour and 20 minutes, which was standard and sounded great. It was very busy and I was waiting for almost 2 hours before a man from the service department said he would check on the progress of my car. He came back a few minutes later and said they were JUST starting on my car. I told him I was told 1 hour 20 minutes, not multiple hours. He proceeded to make up an excuse, saying they were short staffed on a holiday week and that my scheduled services take 2 to 2.5 hours. They are not Jiffy Lube and do much more than an oil change he said. While waiting, there was another customer that came back with his keys after service as they had not rotated his tires even though he paid for the service. At about 12:30 the man came back with the keys and I paid. When I was paying he said happy new year, dont drink and drive..? Weird. Of course not. My recipet said oil change/tire rotation/inspection/car wash. I opened the back door of the service center and I saw my car, unwashed. I walked right back in the door and told the man my car was not washed. He said they dont do it unless you request in such weather (it was above freezing temperature). I said ok and turned around shaking my head in disappointment, as I had already been there 2.5 hours and was tired of their lack of ability to perform services. The man ran out after me and said they could wash it, but that the sign outside said car wash upon request. I replied that my receipt said I received a car wash and it did not say upon request online. I allowed him to wash my car and it was done in 5 minutes. When I was given my keys he said have a good one hun. Im sure he would not have spoken to a man in that way. Typical, stereotypical run around dealer from my experience. Will not be returning.

Very professional. Purchased a 2018 Chevy Malibu Redline Edition from here. Showed me the car and went straight to business. Everyone there was very kind to other employees and customers. Highly recommend this dealer! Ask for Diego! 10/10 with their complimentary car washes too!

Got a sensor fixed back in August and from that date to now. Its has been sensor after sensor after sensor after sensorssince. I think they may be guessing whats going on and dont know exactly whats wrong with the car paid seven hundred and something dollars for work to be did with the pulleys and all of that stuff and the next day the sensor light was back on again. Now Im back again another sensor the sensor they put on in September that sensor is out again so Im like whats really going on.

I took my car I for service the diagnostics was need more constants errors to detect diagnosis then after 2 hours gave my car back to me when I arrive home the bad sensor went off again🤨 I will be taking my car elsewhere for service

I actually give them no stars the manager of the service department Chris is very unprofessional, this whole establishment is very unprofessional they just gave me a piece of paper not informing that they had to order a part and not informing me as to when the part was goin to be in ..this place very unprofessional and caused me a great deal of inconvenience and wasnt empathetic at all to this....i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
