I was welcomed as soon as I arrived. My stylist was friendly and listened to what my end goal was. We discussed option and what the upkeep and long term results would be. She was honest about process and cost. During my appointment she was very friendly, service and care was amazing.

My first visit wasn’t a great experience but they recognized that and offered me to come back in to fix the issue. I accepted and had a great experience. The stylist was so kind and easy to talk to and understood the issue and fixed it. I really appreciate it!!

I accidentally had this at 2 stars was thinking of a place with a similar name. I changed it when I realized I had the wrong place. I havent been here in years, was at the Hugo location then it closed. When I was there it was very nice.

I was greeted at the door and handed a mask. I did not have to wait. Kim does an excellent job listening to what I want done, and is very precise in cutting. It is always a luxurious experience1/25-21 the day after I got my hair cut by Kim, a client at work, who was also a hair stylist commented on my hair. She asked what salon I went to and said “ kuddos to you stylist, she does a great job” she asked about Adevia. I told her it was a top notch , classy salon, and would highly recommend it, and that Kim is excellent, and I have gone to her for many years.

From day 1 Ive had a great experience. My hair has thick wavy curls. Michelle knew just how to cut it to bring out the curls and make it look super cute! No one has ever been able to do that. In fact most stylists just straighten my hair into a helmet. Thanks for the curls!

Exceptionally great service and attention to detail. Haircuts, pedicures, massages, and waxing for children, teens, and adults all have been done well. Its relaxing and enjoyable to come to Adevia for services.

It looks like theyre trying to be a nice upscale salon, and charging as if they are, but it is clear that the building and location are just not at that level. Some might say putting lipstick on a pig. For COVID-19 they have a sink set up outside for you to wash your hands and get a mask, and you wait outside (standing) until your stylist comes to get you. Separation walls between hair sinks are shabby.

From check in to check out, I felt like a special guest. They offered me drinks, I got to sit in a very soothing environment while I waited for my appointment. The woman who dyed my hair was professional, but kept a conversation with me and we laughed the whole time. I didnt have any problems with my service here. Its a gorgeous place, and the people are wonderful!

We used them for my bridal hair and makeup, and hair for four bridesmaids and two moms. They were all great to work with and all nailed the style we were going for. For my makeup, I wanted to still look like me, just a little nicer and my makeup artist definitely achieved the look I wanted. They made sure that we had tea, or coffee, or whatever it was that we wanted. Personally, I love the Aveda tea so I was very happy with that. We were there on a Saturday morning and there happened to be another wedding group there at the same time, which was kind of neat. They got us finished up in record time and we had a bunch of extra time to get to our next stop on the schedule. I also went here a few weeks prior to the wedding to get highlights and my hair trimmed. The stylist did a great job getting the highlights throughout my hair so that they looked very natural. She also trimmed up my hair in a way that it still looked long but felt so much lighter, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend coming here for hair or makeup.

Ive been going to Adevia for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Michele has been cutting my hair all those years and she is amazing. Everyone who works there has exceptional gifts.

Terrible and very rude staff. By far the worst experience at a salon by far. I was just a walk in for a simple eyebrow wax and said I was very new to the area but looking for new salon. They were so unhelpful, they did a very mediocre job and most importantly, I was looking for a new salon and just gave me weird looks. Do NOT go here. I like their products since I love Aveda, but after that I was going to buy anything! First time I didnt want to tip a service like this!!

My services were a gift from my son, Otherwise I probably wouldnt have splurged.My experience with Stephanie was exceptional. I had no idea of what I wanted for hair color choices, she was extremely patient a d helped me choose colors that complimented my complexion yet highlighted as I hoped. She utilized our time together efficiently yet didnt rush on any aspect.I highly reccomend trying this place out if you havent already.

I felt very welcomed and I was asked about the satisfaction of my hair color, style...etc.I felt that she cared about my hair and I felt that she corrected few uneven strands of my past mistakes or misses. She took her time to do massage and warm towels and showed me all the products she used. It was a pleasant experience and I would certainly come back again.

I had gone in to have my eyebrows done before a job interview the very next day. They werent done quite to my liking, and there were a lot of stray hairs just left all over the place. I called them back the next morning before my interview and they got me in right away and cleaned them up. They made good on their promise to have a happy customer!! She is great at asking you questions to uncover exactly what you are looking for and makes suggestions as to what would look best on you. She also has an amazing knowledge of Aveda products. She can show you how to use all of them and make suggestions as to what will work best for your desired results. I look forward to my next appointment in December!

Melody (Senior Designer) was such a fantastic hair stylist! I came in to donate my hair and I gave Melody the freedom to choose the best cut and style to compliment my face shape and work well with my upcoming life change of having a second baby. I absolutely LOVE the bob cut and continue to get compliments from family and friends. It was such a joy to spend my morning with Melody - she was friendly and kind and gave me such a relaxing and sweet morning. Thank you Melody and Aveda!

Because of a busy schedule, I need to set appointments on the fly. As a result, I see who is available rather than a regular stylist. Every stylist I have seen has done a great job. I feel absolute confidence in everyone there. The people behind the counter are also very friendly and helpful.

I have been coming to this spa for 6 years. They have had a turn over in several staff members, but overall I really like this spa. This spa has a great experience, great staff and great services. I have taken advantage of many of the different services (gels, hair, massage, facials, pedicures, waxing etc). My husband and my kids have also been here for a variety of services too. They are great with small children and make my little girls feel so special. My 3 year old states she feels like a princess when she goes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good one time experience or looking at finding a new salon.

Theres a fine line between friendly service and professional service - personally, I prefer both qualities to partner up, but at this salon friendly does not equate professional. Im basing my rating on the entire experience which left me feeling unimpressed. I have had two services done here in the past 3 months with different designers - and I never really felt comfortable. For one, theyre friendly but talk too much about their likes and dislikes in detail - which is okay once you form a relationship after multiple visits. The parking lot is tiny - dont go at night. With all the hype about the Rewards program displayed in every corner, it feels like a chain.Will not return.

Adevia Spa Salon is great! The whole staff is friendly and helpful, they all make it a relaxing experience. The stylists (especially Leslie and Jeannie :) are attentive, listen to what I want and then do an even better job than what was in my head! I love that they teach me something new almost every time Im there. It makes styling my hair at home so much easier, I am able to recreate the style they gave me in the salon easily on my own.

Ashley is amazing every time. I have difficult hair and she always knows how to manage it. When I want to do the usual she respects that, and when I want something different she always has great ideas. She has amazing patience and skill which is required for my hair! Love her!!!

I use to go to Adevia a long time ago before I had kids. I went in there to freshen myself up and do a little pampering. I had an idea of what I wanted. When I sat down everyone was so great and when I left I was on cloud nine. I could have never imagined that I would look that good and feel that fantastic when I walked out the door. I moved to the forest lake area 2 years ago from Chicago. After 3-4 haircuts from different people in the area, I finally found Gina at Adevia Spa/Salon She has been cutting my hair ever since. I am extremely particular about my hair cuts (I guess we all are) and she does an amazing job. She is professional, pleasant and has a strong attention to detail.I highly recommend her and the Salon.

Everyone at Adevia is fantastic. Customer service is excellent. Staff are knowledgeable and attentive. I go here for massage, nails, hairstyling, cuts, color and, occasionally for a facial, up-do, or other service. Michelle is my go-to hairstylist and she rocks!

Highly recommend! Ive been getting my hair cut by Gina for about 2 years and am always extremely pleased with my experience. She writes down all the details about each cut as well as things that worked well and didnt, so were always on the same page despite it being 2 months since my last appointment. She also makes great personal recommendations for products that have transformed my daily routine. Make sure to get the Aveda tea during your appointment!

I am a little disappointed in my haircut and the price I paid. I have long hair and wanted long layers. I have a bunch of short hairs around my face and that doesnt look good with curly hair. The woman who cut my hair was very nice and helpful, but I did ask for long layers and I have all these different lengths, some really short hairs that I am not happy with. I dont think it was worth 61 dollars.

New customer to the salon for a hair cut. Friendly staff and stylist, nice facility with lots of services offered. Received a discount on product as a new customer, which was awesome! The cut was ok, but when I got home, I couldnt really tell I had anything done - which maybe is a good thing?? Parking is tight and the lot is very dark at night.

I recently had my hair colored and cut at Adevia. My stylist was Stephanie. She took the time to listen to what I really wanted and was able to mix up the perfect tones for my hair. I am pleased with the overall experience. The reason for the 4 rating is because I personally find it difficult to spend money on my hair. This salon is more expensive, but the results are worth it.
