Talked to Dan at 8:30...said hed be to my place by 9:30. At 11:30 I called him again. With no explanation or apology he said hed be to my place after lunch. I waited till 3:00...no phone call, never showed up, No phone call the next day either...

I found this service one day when I drive to the shop. I had enough time and decide to go there because my Ford Mondeo was having a serious problem! They look the car, test it on the street and told me the problem is with the clutch! Explain me to go home and to come next day! Alright.. when I come into the service the work was done!
