Been here for 2 days came with active fault codes they have to do there own but never gave me or partner back the lives paperwork next I believe that they have color issues I was told paperwork would be done a hour and a half ago but yet I’m still waiting everyone else is gone I was never rude but can’t say that about the last customer service specialist nice restroom nice drivers lounge nice could use update and better chairs I’ve missed loads today because of people not being professional and keeping driver updated and don’t go to the hotel”quality inn” beds are too hard so as a result no sleep

I dont know how they start in business. Service dept night manager was nothing short of rude. Acted like he had no time for me. Then when I did get the truck fixed made it 4 miles YES 4 MILES. And got debate codes. Went straight back and was told it would be 2 days before they could look at it again. I found a place in Ontario that was able to fix it correctly. I have them one star because it does allow you to give zero stars. I could go on but, Im sure you got the idea

I waited nearly 3 weeks to get my truck back in May partly because their part guy ordered the wrong part 2 times, they are the most incompetent bunch Ive ever dealt with, it took one week just to be told what was wrong by this inept bunch also. Some of their repairs had to be re-done already under the warranty due to sloppy work .14800 dollars out the window and zero response from the owner, tops the cake run the opposite direction go to a smaller local shop instead.

They were more than accommodating, I went up to an employee in the parking lot and he assisted me with my problem then showed me where to go to finish up the paperwork.The staff is outstanding!!!I have dealt with many, many Kenworth shops in my days of trucking. This one tops them all in a good way!

Arrived 0659 at parts with three people behind counter not counting others from service.I was told by a man staring at the computer that he did not start till 0700. After waiting 6 minutes he was ready, I asked for four batteries and was asked my business name.I was advised that the price on the battery was for people with an account and that it would be higher for me since I didnt have an account.Now the price label above the pallet doesnt list anything about account, requirements or restrictions. I had also called the previous week and no one told me the price was for account holders.After driving 68 miles and waiting 7 minutes in no line, I was told the price is not what was said and listed.The parts department is next to service bays and not visible from entry. SALES SERVICE on walls but little paper with PARTS and arrows.

I dunno where to start on them. I still have my truck in the shop after almost a week of being there. I understand they are very busy but they are not good at communication. We brought a truck in Thursday and today it is Wednesday night and so far they have had the truck in the shop over 24 hours and done a pressure test on the coolant system and changed two coolant fittings, I do not have any updates or anyone calling or telling me whats going on. If you want to talk to a manager, good luck, they are too busy or frustrated to discuss anything properly. Everything is done through email in 1-2 sentences and if you miss the email for even an hour, good luck, they will pull your truck out of the shop. There is a reason they have a backlog of orders, because they are very very disorganized, no other reason. Low morale and a heavy workload will lead to that.EDIT: 11/15/2020 - Yes sir please call me. My unit was under #533, look forward to talking to you.Edit: 11/16/2020 - I spoke with the Manager of the location, Kevin, I felt like he understood my concerns but there were some factors beyond their control, due to the situation going on now, that caused miscommunication. Thank you for following up with me and taking care of us, hopefully we have a better experience of working together in the future.

Very bad service i come from Bakersfield.I was looking to buy a new truck and some more info, I walked in looking around for a bit, and after a while nobody asked me if I needed something so I decided to ask for help from one of the Receptionist that was right in front of the entrance, very Rude person ,I was wearing my mask and she asked me to talk more loud because she cant heard me I did twice so she gave me an attitude looks like shes having a bad day or she was in a bad mood so idk after that I just say thank and walked out of the place. If at they treat the customers like that then I dont want to come back.So I left and take my money at Another place.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dealership on the road. I am based out of NC and the truck was 2400 miles from home. Parts and Servicewe’re exceptional with their help and knowledge and extremely professional. Renee Hunt in service was by far one of the most helpful and kind people I’ve ever dealt with. I own a Freightliner so me taking it to Kenworth for service seems a little odd but that’s mainly because Maggie who used to work at Freightliner now works here.I met Maggie 11 years ago at Freightliner in Fontana California. I had an old raggedy used truck that seem to love to break down out here on a regular basis. So I spent so much time in Freightliner we actually became friends. Not like to hang out on the weekends type of friends but added each other on Facebook and keep in touch and talk occasionally because of our connection via the trucking industry.I actually once referred to her jokingly as the angel of death because every time my phone rang and it was her it was to tell me that something else was wrong with my truck and my bank account died a little more.She was always polite. professional, and always had a smile on her face even in the times where I was just totally pissed off that I was back in the shop and I was probably sometimes a dick.So I’m telling you all of that because when I knew I needed to get an alignment done on my truck because a Freightliner dealership in Florida screwed it up badly the first thing I did was message Maggie and ask her if her shop could do three axle alignments on a freightliner.I didn’t even know it was a Kenworth dealership she worked at at the time I thought it was a mom and pop shop. However I still contacted her before Freightliner because of her professionalism and her respect for drivers to which I have the upmost respect for her.If she didn’t work there I would’ve gone to Freightliner or a petro or a TA and got my alignment done there.And they did an amazing job my truck drives perfectly straight they had me in and out in about four hours. An absolutely amazing experience and I’m not fond of dealerships.

I bought a brand new truck from Scott Manion. He wasnt there the first day we went to look at trucks, but two other salespeople and managers from three other departments took time out to help us. Scott himself was awesome the whole way, making the purchase as seamless as possible and really going out of his way to make us happy. On top of that, they had a pretty decent selection. Its not easy to find a manual transmission these days, but they had quite a few! Very happy!

I could write paragraph after paragraph about how horrible the service department customer service but I would waste another day. Ben and Mike the manager are not about customer service or customer satisfaction, and thats all ill say. On the other hand Donovan and his team are all about customer service and accommodated me in about 30 minutes and I was out of there. Donovan made sure his team knew exactly how to troubleshoot my issue and then they executed in a timely fashion. I was even offered a bottle of water and afforded some some common customer courtesy. Thank you to Donovan and the body shop team.

I have had units serviced and repaired successfully at Inland.I think their service department does a good job with repairing the unit correctly the first time. I have had great success and cooperation with Maggie Faust when I need to get information or updates.Mike Nash and Mike Morin have also been helpful in getting the units repaired in a timely manner.

Inland Kenworth is beyond fantastic. The service department ALWAYS goes above and beyond for me. I am so impressed and grateful for them. The service rep.(Rene) was very unknowable on taking care of my needs. I was told that my truck would be ready on late Friday or early Saturday. So I decided to call them on Saturday, since they told me that my truck would be ready. She gave me too many excuses that the cdl mechanic might or might be there, then she couldnt guarantee me that my truck would be ready, after the email I received on Friday said otherwise. I emailed the shop foreman, in which she called me on it & started arguing with me on why I left those negative comments, plus started crying over the phone. I immediately tried to reason with her but she was very upset over the phone. I told her, will my truck be ready?. She finally said yes. She apparently needs sone people skills on how to communicate with people. I didnt appreciate the last call from her.

Absolutely no help. Went in Friday afternoon for truck and was told it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could even look at truck. In smaller cities Kenworth open late or 24 but in LA area open til 10pm and VERY SLOW!!!

My main and biggest complain is about RENEE in serviceI was stuck in a highway and seeking for help and I called the service in Inland Kenworth Fontana , I talked to renee and she was very rude, absolutely the worst customer service that I ever experienced while talking to her , she was laughing over the phone while I was trying to explain my situation to her.When I got there somehow i talked to MOD and tried to explain to him what happened but instead of listening the story from both side he was already taking her side and turned it over on me.Absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle to be worked on and whole bunch of thieves working over there especially at Service.

I went to Kenworth Fontana about an issue with my truck, the service center had my truck fixed within 24 hours and were very courteous and understanding of my issue. Took my truck in to get my EGR valve replaced. They quoted me $1800 for the part but I was able to find it elsewhere for $1200. They didnt refill my coolant after they replaced the valve and they left the used part on my passenger floorboard. All of that I can overlook but I had aprox 8 straps on my truck when I took it in and when I picked up my truck all my straps were gone except for 1. I will never take my truck back to Kenwort again or even purchase a paccar product. Inland Kenworth is full of thieves and overpriced.

Renee Hunt in Service is a great asset to your organization.Extreme helpful and understanding about new truck delivery. This is my 41 year in trucking and closing in on retirement. My dilemma is when I come to places like yours I dont want to retire yet. Inland in general is best dealership chain we deliver to in the US and Canada.My three favorite are Inland, Fontana, Ca. (Renee). Inland ,Langley, BC(IRWIN). INLAND Tolleson, AZ (RAPHEL)In my opinion all of these should be commended for their dedication to theircareer!!!

Came in on 2/20 check engine plus derated. After many attempts to locate the issues Finally found the issues and after a short period locating parts all together. But failed road tests. Talked to Renee in service This young lady made several trips to the shop area to keep me informed about the progress she introduced me to Tony this guy has to be the tech of the year he went out of his way to get this truck going even working overtime for a customer out of state customer. Well done Tony. And with great appreciation to Renee. The one I know made it happen. Your the best

They arent the best Im the world however they did manage to find out that ALL the other Kenworth dealerships NEVER changed the crank case filter. Which was why we took our T660 to Kenworth in the first place in the hopes that it wouldnt happen. Over all they are very friendly and helpful.

Takes a little bit longer than others KW to get repairs done but my experience is when they finish up the repair and totally fixed and you really wont have anything more problem with what they fixed usually.. body shop is a little slow but once again the repair made are definitely done..

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband and I came in for a simple blower motor in the bunk. We arrived at a little after 8 am (They told our shop they could get us right in) and the service order showed that we didnt check in until after 10:30 am. The lady from the service desk comes out and tells us we have to clean the bunk area so they can do the work, my husband goes out and does not find what they are complain about but he moves the mattress from the bunk to the passenger seat and takes the metal plate out so they can get to the HVAC Unit. Which was their job to our thinking. We were then told they would not be even looking at it until after 2:30 pm. Now, they had the truck for over 6 hours and it was sitting in front the shop bay with the doors wide open lights on and not running. Now later after someone finally looks at it the lady at the service counter comes out and says (and I quote) You might want to get a hotel room and giggles a little. I look at her like she has 3 heads and say for a blower motor She then hands me a paper that has a whole list of things that they say need repaired, and a estimate of almost $5000. Need less to say we about lost it. They were told to fix the blower and that was it and she is off in the back ground piping off with We dont have the parts. At this point Im done dealing with her. Finally get the estimate down to $1100 which is still highway robbery in my book. They go to put it together and break the main part that makes the air move. Just great, and to top it all off they dont have the squirrel cage replacement part. So at this point they have had the truck for over 10 hours and no hope of fixing it now. We have to go because we have a load waiting.It would not be so bad if this was the first bad experience with this service department. Earlier this year they had the same truck for a power divider problem. They had the truck for 4 and a half days and they had to replace bolts that they stripped putting it back together. They dented to crap out of our hubcaps putting them back on. when we returned to our shop in Michigan, our shop had to take it back apart and flush the rear end housing because there was metal pieces in it still and redo the work that they said they did.The service desk people in the evenings are nice and try to smooth things over from the day shift but that should not have to be their job.On that note I would rather let our truck blow up on the side of the road then have this location ever do work to any of our trucks again.

5 Issue points when working with Inland Kenworth.1. They have system issues for two days attempting to diagnose our truck2. Once diagnosed they did not tell us for several hours3. After we called to determine the diagnosis the estimate took an entire day4. After 4 days in the shop we had an estimate and part on order, but they put us at the back of the line for repairs. Had to explain the situation to multiple people before they understood.5. Day 5 they started repairs to find they had the incorrect parts!!!new projection is to have the truck completed after a week. Horrible.
