I can not say enough good things about Dr. Quach and QT Optical. Quick story: Got an eye exam from him a few months ago and knew that I had a very minor distance issue but was not enough to bother with so he made me some glasses to deal with near vision (I am 52).I am a commercial balloon pilot and recently our insurance company started requiring class 2 aviation medicals. A pilots eye site has to be correctable to 20/20 in each eye or they are grounded. When I went to do the FAA test one eye was having trouble at distance and I failed to pass.I was in a hurry and needed a pair of glasses in quickly in order to pass the eye exam so knowing that QT Optical does not do same day lenses I cheesed out and went to Stanton Optical for a new exam and what I thought was going to be a minor correction. What a mistake. I was told there that I had 20/40 and the glasses they fit me with only made it worse. I was then told that my issue was not correctable and should have been caught when I was a child.You can only imagine how hard it was to be told that everything I knew had just come to an end. In a panic I went back to QT Optical to find out what they missed during the first exam. Turns out they missed nothing. Dr Quach fit me in for an emergency exam and wrote me a prescription to take to a trusted competitor that does same day glasses. They work perfectly!In summary: Right now I could hug Dr. Quach. He uses state of the art equipment and has a mannerism that is incredibly reassuring. In short: They truly care about the people that walk in their doors. I would give more stars if I could.Thanks guys!

After calling numerous other places, QT was able to give an exam to my 3 year old. They were wonderful. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Will definitely be returning here again for all of my familys exams

Walked in to check them out a few days after Christmas and made an appointment for that Saturday. The front desk guy & gal were super friendly and the dr was great. Loved his sense of humor throughout my exam. Got the cutest pair of Kate Spade glasses coming! I found my new eye dr! Also love that they are open until 6 and on Saturdays.

Dr. Q has a great sense of humor and always makes the visits fun! His office staff is very friendly and helpful. This location just got an Optimap machine too, which means you dont have to get dilated anymore. Im a happy, returning Folsom local. :)

While in town visiting family, I saw QT Optometry and decided to drop in to get my eyes checked and to check out the frame selection. The eye exam was great. The doctor was friendly, and even had a sense of humor. He was more thorough than my previous doctor, and seemed genuinely concerned for the health of my eyes.As for the frame selection, they have a nice selection of frames and the customer service was great. I wasnt sure if I wanted to purchase my frames there since I was not local, but they offered to ship my glasses to me free of charge. That was enough to convince me to pick a pair of glasses. The receptionist provided great recommendations in terms of frames, and in the end Im very satisfied with my overall experience with QT Optometry.

Dr. Q along with his lead optician Courtney went above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past. Their passion for what they do is obvious when you first walk in. I found QT back in 2015 through several outstanding recommendations, and they couldnt have been more correct. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they took their time with me explaining everything and listening to my needs, I never once felt rushed. Always a smooth and comfortable experience, so glad I found QT Optometry!

Well deserved 5 stars! The staff is spectacular. They guided me through everything and gave me very helpful advice. I got in and out quick and loved the glasses that I picked. I cant wait to pick them up :D

Finally a great location to get eye wear in folsom. Costcos nice if you like the dollar tree quality glasses, but for quality and style go to QT Optometry. Wayne is more than accommodating when it comes to testing your eyes and helping you chooses a pair of stylish glasses that fit and work with your prescription. Come and check out QT its definitely worth it.

Perfect place for eye checkup. Doctor is very friendly and all the equipment there is latest and extra ordinary. He is very particular about minute details also. I definitely recommend this place for any people looking for routine eye checkup.

This was one errand I felt was time well spent. Dr. Quach was very thorough during the eye exam. The equipment at his office was amazing. Completely digital! There were some tests he did there that my old optometrist never did, like checking my peripheral vision and measuring the prescription on my old glasses to compare them with the new. His opticians were very helpful, and honest, in helping me select frames and glasses at a price I was comfortable with. Not to mention, his store front looks amazing, and the whimsy of a cloud sculpture on the ceiling of the exam room, youd have to see to appreciate.

Wow i must say, this was the most pleasant visit to an optometry office i have ever had. The have a nice selection (quality) and Dr. Quach is very professional and friendly. I would recommend anyone to him that needs glasses or contacts.

I love this place. Even though I live in WA, I still refer my friends and family here. What sets them apart is their unique independent frames. Dr. Quach understands that everybody wants choices. So yes, you can get brand name frames, but also frames you cannot find anywhere else in Folsom.You wont be disappointed.

Customer service absolutely does not get better than this office. The staff, as well as the doctor (Dr. Q) was casual, but unbelievably and utterly informative about everything. Pretend Bill Nye was your eye doctor; everywhere you go, they capture your attention with the most amazing information-all about your eyes! They have the highest tech around to monitor your eyes over the years with recorded data / photos of your eyes for disease / disorder prevention. To top it off-if you refer someone, they give some money to local schools. Cant recommend them enough. If it were appropriate-I wouldve tipped for the service.

Dr. Quach is very funny and a great optometrist, with immaculate medical skills and a great practice. The opticians Courtney and Olga are the friendliest people and will help you leave with a stylish new pair of glasses.
