I wish I could give less. My wife called and asked for an estimate. They said they would send someone out on X day. When she called on the morning of the appointment they said they had never heard of us and had no appointment scheduled. Hmmm, thats weird, Ok, when can someone come out? She set an appointment for yesterday and the guy showed up promptly. Good. Knew his stuff....kinda...Good. Will get us a quote this morning....Good. Called this morning with a quote...Good. Quote was more than twice their competitor...Fine, it happens. My wife called him back to be polite and tell him we selected someone else....BAD! He got mad at her, told her Thats why we want to estimate BEFORE we come out! That was never offered and how could that work? You were a big waste of my time! and hung up on my wife. Wow, what an awful business man and person. I will spread the word far and wide of a terrible business they are.
