I havent been to the dentist in a long long time because i dont really like to. but saw some dark spot on my teeth & thought of getting it checked so i went to Apex dental . Heather was nice & help me figure out my insurance sine i havent used in a while. Dr.Shah was nice & did not make me feel bad even though me teeth are not in a great shape & i did not take care of it. she showed me everything in the screen above the chair though a little stick like camera & was honest about all the treatment i needed . I was happy to finish all the needed treatment & had best very good experience. was waiting for few months before writing this to make sure & I am happy about the out come . She made wonderful bridge on my missing tooth which was visible while smiling . Finally i took all my family members there too. one think i like is there is no pressure & selling stuff that i have experienced years ago in a different office which made me stop go . I would highly recommend this office .

Best experience I’ve had with a dentist. Dr. Shah and staff are professional in every way. From the first visit to the last They made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained to me before hand, not once was I worried about anything going wrong. I’m not a big fan of the dentist but I’m a big fan of Dr Shah and her staff. Coming from out of town and not knowing anything about them, I’m thankful I found them. Thank you for taking care of me.

She did a root canal on one of my back molar four years ago. Apparently she only did half the tooth and I had to have the whole thing redone. The office staff was rude when I mentioned this and they refused to refund me anything. This tooth has cost me over $5k and its all because of this place. I wish it hadnt been so long since the first root canal or Id seek legal action.

The best dentist Ive been to in a long time. Very patient. Dentist is great and Im not ever wanting to go to the dentist but she and staff make it awesome. Doctor is very knowledgeable. Thank you for your great work!!

Always a great experience with Dr. Purvi Shah and the Apex Dental family. The are all very kind and understanding when it comes to my gum and teeth sensitivity, which is what I need since I do not do dental visits well. They always make sure I have a movie to watch to make my experience more comfortable. I see them on a regular basis for my 6 month check ups and every time I leave, I leave knowing exactly what if anything needs to be done before my next visit. They are an in network dentist which of course always helps the pockets. I recommend anyone that does not do dentist well go to Apex Dental they will do right by you every time.

I have always had great experience with Dr. Purvi Shah. She is very gentle, and caring. All the staff members are friendly and professional. The wait time is very little for your appointment. The facility and equipment are high-tech. You can watch your favorite movie while getting the work done! Dr. Shah is conservative and does not do any unnecessary procedures. She is also in network for all major insurances, so the copay is much lower compared to going out of network. Apex Dental has hygienists to clean the teeth, and I have had great experience with them as well. My family and I have been Dr. Shahs patients for last four years, and will continue to keep going. Overall, I am giving Apex Dental 5 starts as a very happy and satisfied customer.

Very clean and friendly, all of the staff were very courteous. They put movies on while they perform your dental work and I must say my dentist was very quick. She did three fillings and a deep cleaning in about an hour and a half. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My family has been going to Dr. Shahs office for 11 years and she is the most upfront, honest, effective dentist we have ever been to. She explains what dental options there are when one of us has an issue and seems to be conservative (in a great way) about treatment. Never once do we feel like we are being upsold to something cosmetic and unnecessary. The receptionist, Heather, is always organized, and makes all insurance claims flawless. Love, love and would never go anywhere else!

Dr. Purvi Shah has been my dentist since i moved to Folsom in 2007, my experience in her dental office has been excellent compared to other offices i have visited in the past. I am personally very scared of the dentist, but Dr. Shah and her staff makes me feel comfortable with my dental procedures. I would like to thank this doctor for her kindness to help for relieve my severe pain as i went for emergency with terrible toothache.they got me in right away & also worked with me limited budget she made all the necessary X-rays, showed me my teeth on bug screen camera, explain the options & ask me what i want to take care of if it now.Did not feel pressurized & she as funny & friendly.Its a small office, nice & clean , few people working there , front lady was nice . I was able to sleep without pain med. next day was Sunday & she called me to see how am i doing ? i was shocked that she even called on her day off.I would highly recommend try they are nice & will work with your insurance & your budget. they made me comfortable with my anxiety, assistant even hold my hand to support &gave me headphone to watch movie too.

Im new to town and stopped in for a cleaning. They did a great job and went back to take care of cavities. Staff is professional and easy to talk to. Its save to say I have a go to dentist that I would recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment back home in Texas for a root-canal, made the mistake of flying to California before that to visit family, and of course had an excruciating toothache the night after I got into Folsom. I called Apex Dental and they got me in immediately. Dr. Shah and her staff couldnt have been nicer or more professional while saving my butt. I went in with a brutal toothache, they sat me in any chair that was available in between their scheduled appointments and sent me on my way with absolutely no pain.I cant recommend this office enough. Not only did they come through big time for me, it was about as painless an experience as one could have during a root-canal. The whole staff was extremely friendly even though I was sort of crashing their office that morning...hahaIf I lived in the area, this would be my new dentist office.

I just wanted to share this as i am a pt of dr shah for almost 5 years now & had many procedure done & no problem so far & then my ins changed & had to go to Folsom hills dentistry , they told me i needed 3 crowns & so much other work so i got surprised for not going to the dentist in one year i needed so much work !!! I waited again as soon as my ins changed i went back to dr shah & saw Hygienist for cleaning then i ask her about my treatment reco by other office then she was shocked that i dont need any of these then i saw dr shah & discuss all the Tx again. she went over everything with her video showing my teeth so i got her best suggestion.they always make me comfortable & love to watch some movie.reasonable pricing, gave me apt on Saturdays which was even betterTook my wife after that & hygienist was very nice did great job on her deep cleaning with some numbing gel as my wife is very scared of the shots .their reminder services is great so i would highly recommend this Dr.
