Im giving this place 1 star because I cannot go lower. The owners of this place are the reason why. While most of the stylists try to maintain covid protocols and be as safe as possible, the owners completely disregard safety precautions in order to hoard all the money they can without regards to the clients or their employees. They are disrespectful to the people that are making them money. I have seen firsthand how disrespectful those two men can be, and it is a shame because of the quality service that some of the stylists produce. Sadly this place has also decided to fire their best stylists because ownership simply doesnt like them. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I recommend that anyone considering this place do the same.

I have such a tremendous fear when it comes to my hair. I do my best to cut my own hair just to not go into a salon, because they have ABSOLUTELY no idea how to deal with kinky curls. I had no faith coming here, especially after the reviews but a friend of mine recommended this location. Jacky M was my stylist today, she did such an amazing job. She was calm and entertaining. I am normally nervous cutting my hair but I barely even noticed when she was cutting it. I appreciate the time you took to cut my hair curl by curl! I appreciate the time you took to tell me where I needed more help and what to do. I appreciate everything you helped me with! You’ll definitely have my business again Jacky. Thanks girl!

All the supercut haircut salons seems like reluctant to do business, aggressively pushing people to use their online app to set up an appointment, walking in not welcome anymore, so theyre using pandemic excusable for this

The hairdresser was not skilled to do the haircut although I provided pics. I had it done 2.5 months ago in another salon without problems. I got nervous she kept asking how much to cut. Haircut was different than what I requested.

Every time I ever gone there I got a really great haircut that I was always very happy with a Supercut. I have no complaints ever. Ive had different people cut my hair and everyone is done slightly different but each time it was always happy experience

Today seemed very busy. Frustrating to walk from the farthest parking spot from the entrance to go inside and find they have no carts inside...all are outside and havent been collected yet.

I’ve been coming here for a while now Claudia, Jackie and Michelle all give really good cuts and are super nice and professional, the manager on the other hand she is very rude and doesn’t do anything.. really missing the old manager she was great and very welcoming

I always have a stylish and good haircut with Charlie. She is customer friendly and honest with her professional opinion if a certain style would not suit me. No bad hair day with her.

Took my son in for a haircut, our first time. He sat waited for 30 minutes while 2 others walked in with schedule times and went ahead of him. We ended up leaving. They don’t know customer service. Thumbs down wont give them another try.

Probably the worst haircut Ive ever gotten. Made me wait 30 minutes on one woman when I already checked in online. So uneven I asked for a trim and she cut off way more. Pulling my hair to cut it it was so strange. Supercuts used to be quick and convenient and now Im done spending money for people who just do whatever they want

I didnt even get services done. I waited an awkward 3 minutes to have someone respond to my good morning. I wanted to get a blow out. Person who greeted me was hesitant but went to get someone anyway. Other woman comes out, same smug attitude as the first. Asks what I need, asks to see my hair says its going to be $60 for your hair. Ok- money isnt an issue. Can you just do it? Response: well to be honest, our equipment isnt working well. Our blow dryers have been burning out and itll take forever to do your hair or the machines wont work on it, Im so sorryIn other words, I dont feel like doing your hair on a Monday morning? Instead of saying, hey Im not comfortable with a blow out on long hair like yours....Maybe its my fault for turning to a franchised salon to do a simple blow out. Worst experience at a front desk ever. Thankfully went to a mom and pop down the road who did a beautiful job for $41 in under 40 minutes.

Went there on a hot day, mistake! The salon doesnt have shades. The sun was going down so it was shining in the window right in my eyes. This was causing the salon to heat up to the point where I was profusely sweating the entire time I was in the chair. The Stylist told me that it was the landlords fault because they wouldnt allow them to install shades to block the sun. Ill never go back

I went to this SuperCuts instead of the Morristown location because the hair stylists (of the Morristown location) told me they didnt know how to cut a pixie and to return on Tuesday (three days from now) to have an experienced enough hairstylist cut a pixie for me. I had a great experience at the Florham Park location, much better than I could have asked for at the Morristown location. Firstly, I was the only person in there on an early Sunday morning, so I got all attention to myself! Second, the hairstylist described herself as being meticulous and OCD about my cuts. I came in with a picture of a Kate Hudson pixie. The cut I ended up with wasnt exactly what I showed her, but it was a well done cut, and I felt like she was meeting my expectations by asking me questions about length, wave, styling, etc. every phase of the cut. They even keep a file with your phone number about the specifications you make for your styling throughout the haircut, so they have that information for next time. All together, I am very pleased with the performance and delivery of this salon. I will be returning for future trims. You also cant beat the price.

The two stylists are slower than the sloth at the DMV in Zootopia. I asked for a cut that other Supercuts have no problem completing. Purple hair (what they called her, not me) had to stop like three times to ask Charlie what to do next. Just moved here and never again.

Was happy the first time I went but the most recent time I was not happy at all mainly because the lady took a smoke break in the middle of my haircut and reeked of smoke! If you want to reek of smoke, then this is th eplace for you!

I went to Supercuts adn the cut I wanted was a simple Pixie cut . the cutter could not even do that. Never again to any Super Cuts

Terrible! She took 2 hours to cut my kids(2) hairs and gave a bad haircut. She was rude and said this is what you get for what you have paid ($15). I will never ever go to Supercuts again.
