I just needed a haircut, but I decided to get the MVP treatment with Heather, and it was better than I could have ever imagined! She was super friendly, and was excited to help me take care of my hair. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband jon recently got a haircut By heather. I love it. My next haircut will be with her at sport clips now. She really did a great job!! Im definitely going to try to see her by June. The one thing I love is she was able to identify and treat his dry scalp and the best products for that.

I have been patronizing this store since it opened a few years ago. The transformation in customer experience in recent months is obvious. Julie has done a great job to develop staff, build customer relationships, and infuse enthusiasm into the business. I’m now a more frequent regular because the service is consistent. Great job!

I am editing my comment. This place seems better compared to the way the ratings depict this Sport Clips. Dont listen to some of the ratings, because customers can be rude at times.This place was very sanitary and the place always looks good as new. Alba who cut my hair did a really good job. She is my favorite hairdresser ever and was very vocal and detailed when it came to showing me how to take care of my hair. When I walked in, only two stylists were available and I waited long. It was worth waiting for Alba to finish, because she takes long in order to give clients the best haircut ever. I used my coupon for a free haircut today and got the shampooing of my hair included (MVP experience). In fact, Alba gave me a whole bunch of coupons and I will never have to pay the full price of a Sport Clips cut ($20).

Great place. Clean, with a friendly atmosphere. My 10 year old son loves getting the MVP. He actually looks forward to getting his hair cut now.

I happened to be in the florham park area today and I needed a shape up. I walked in and was verbally directed to check in. During check in I selected a stylist (for the remainder of the post ill call her A). Several customers were ahead of me so understandably I knew I had a lengthy wait (over an hour). At one point A approached me and told me about the services offered. I thought that this was great customer service A+. After waiting for over 60 minutes A approached me and asked if I could see another stylist and I refused. After sitting there for over an hour I was able to see that the stylist was still in training thus I opted to go with A. Some minutes went by and the stylist that I specifically told A that I didnt want called me to her chair. Respectfully I refused.I then hear A in the back become very loud and amongst other things say she wasnt going to service me because she was going on break. Keep in mind my interpretation of what A said is putting it mildly. After A finished with her client we spoke at the counter. I explained the length of time I had been waiting and that I selected for her to cut my hair. All in all A was an extremely rude person with poor customer service training. I walked out.I immediately walked back in because as a customer I had to rectify the situation and file a complaint. I spoke with the assistant manager who was amazing. I am thankful for my interaction with her. She cut my hair and her service was impeccable *kudos.*I am not one to write a review but my interaction with A prompted me to do so. It is rare when I encounter such horrible customer service and poor stylist/customer interaction but unfortunately I did today. Finally, I would say that if youre going to be rude and verbally berating be mindful that the salon space is fairly small and the customer up front can hear what youre saying. If management reads this please inform A.

Went to location on Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park NJ. Stylist checked me in I was planning on using a buddy pass to get a few hair cut. She kept making one excuse after other to honor the pass. First could not find my friends information whe gave me the pass. When she did finally find it she made another excuse that she did not see the service history. Horrible experience :-( why give a buddy pass if you cannot honor them. Do not recommend them, I am never going back.

Haircut was subpar. Only good thing about it was the first haircut it free. Just get prepared to get a below average haircut.

Nice people and professionals

At the end of our haircuts, my brother had cuts and a rash on his neck and I got the worst haircut that I have ever gotten. They gave my brother pro treatment, but refused me due to a light flaking on my scalp. Then they gave us a ton of coupons, which I threw out. Terrible haircuts. We will not return there.
