The guys came and got to work. They were able to remove stains that seemed impossible. Incredible value at 20 bucks a room!! Very impressed and will forever use them as our go to carpet cleaners!!

I booked this business last week and nobody ever showed up so I called the next day of my appointment and the person that answered the phone told me they will make sure someone come Monday. Monday comes nobody shows up again so I called and asked me what happened and he said he’s gonna he’s gonna put me on the schedule for Tuesday because he don’t know what’s going on. Tuesday comes and nobody shows up again. I called Wednesday because I really need my carpets clean and they have good prices so the man told me that he really doesn’t know what’s going on and that he was going to give me the services for free Thursday. Thursday comes, I called a hour before my appointment because I wanted to make sure that someone was coming. He said they were coming and guess what they did again. Never showed up. I will never book with this company again

Where do I start? The tech was on time first and foremost he was actually early which was great. He was very professional came and did his work in a timely manner. I would recommend this company hands down. The won me over lol. will be getting my carpet clean every three months for sure. Making the appointment was easy and the associate I spoke with was professional as well Great Job!
