This is the second time Charles has cleaned my light beige carpet. I love the fact that he is using a non-toxic cleaner and does not use water on the carpets (no more steam cleaning for me). Its great to have a service provider who shows up on time, does everything he said he would do, and charges the price as quoted. The carpets, including high traffic areas look fantastic. He also gave me tips on how to care for my carpet in between cleanings. A true gentleman.

Florence Carpet Cleaning Mr.Albert Eaton was the best!!! I had used him in the past to prepare our carpets when we placed our home up for sale. He did such a amazing job. Well the sale fell thru and we had renters in our home for 2 years. They destroyed our carpets, so bad it brought tears to my eyes when I arrived to my own after the renters skipped out on us. I just knew we were going to have to replace all the carpets which would have been thousands of dollars. I called Albert late one night and he was out to my house early the next morning. I had my carpet cleaned by Albert Eaton On December 5th. He did a great job cleaning my carpet! He got every stain out of my carpet. I am so impressed by his knowledge and expertise in what he does. My carpet dried fast and it had a nice and fresh scent to it. He is by far the best carpet cleaner in Florence and hope everyone calls him for his service.

Mr Albert is a real nice gentleman who takes pride in his work. He takes his time and his cleaning dries fast and within an hour. The carpet throughout the place looks brand new and smells good. He is so detailed in his work and looks over it and he will not be satisfied until youre satisfied. He vacuumed the 3-4 areas including hallway prior to cleaning. He started about 1:45pm and was finished and packed up by 3pm. He is a pleasure doing business with. I highly recommend him. Thank you sir!

Albert of Florence Carpet Cleaning just worked magic on our well lived on carpet. They dont look brand new, but they are GREATLY improved. They look less worn and they smell much better. Mr. Albert also was able to get out two very bad spots where some bright blue putty basically melted into the carpet and on to an upholstered chair. The bright blue putty is gone and both spots are barely detectable. Albert was prompt, friendly and professional.

Such great personalized service. We have a black lab retriever and her oily skin gets the carpet so dirty. Albert takes his time and because he uses a drier technology, the carpet is dry in about an hour. Less chance for mold and mildew to form. I highly recommend his services!

Albert Eaton cleaned a cut and bound carpet rug that I have over hardwood floors. I was concerned about moisture and too much water damaging my hardwood floors, but the dry cleaning system Albert uses was perfect and there was no water on my floors. The carpet rug looks brand new! Mr. Albert is very polite, honest, and knowledgeable. He was fast and efficient. I had him clean my 2nd floor carpets. The stairs leading up to the 2nd floor was heavily soiled. Now it looks brand new. He removed all of the stains that I wasnt sure anyone could get removed.I bought the house with the carpets in that shape, so I have no idea what the stains were. Looked like oil of some sort, but he got them out. My 1st thought was to just replace the carpet and Im sure glad I called him instead. Saved a bundle of money.Highly recommended!! :)Also, he didnt drench my carpets down, so they were dry shortly after he left.
