Associates were helpful in finding the items I needed. Although checking out was slow it was due to the cashier assisting a few people with special needs and making sure they understood what they were doing, which to me shows how well this particular cashier has compassion and cares about her customers as a whole no matter the situation! Ive never been disappointed when i have visited this store and i recommend it to people!

I have to be totally honest, this Dollar General have long lines and only one cash register is open. The other cash register says cash only and it has been that way for months. And if someone ask if another employee can help on the other register they get an attitude. Also, when you try to talk to a manager they are either hidden in the back or unavailable. It was very upsetting as well when the manager had mistaken me for someone else and made me feel very uncomfortable. Kamaron had to tell the manager my real name instead of her being rude and calling me Lisa. I had my ID for my purchase, but after she assumed that I was another lady that they had mistaken me for I didnt feel comfortable given her my ID at the time. I do understand we are in Covid 19 and we all have bad days, but this day was unacceptable. Other customers agreed with me as well. I wish I could give one employee (Le Le) 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars on her own for her professionalism and hard work at all times, but I will say THANK YOU!!

Dollar General is my one stop shop for just about everything! From decorating & cleaning my home to my kids snacks & breakfast & lunches..up to my makeup & personal needs. Their prices are awesome & the two stores in Flint MI / Davison Rd & Pierson Rd have cool employees.

During COVID19 times, hard for stores to keep employees. So i was lucky enough to find what i needed but mostly this store like other stores needs employees to stock and maintain upkeep. But until this pandemic is under control customer service is going to be scarce cause ppl dont want to interact like we used to.
