They do not care about their customers or vendors.The owner takes products from vendors who are under contractual work with manufactures, and he POCKETS the proceeds from the sale of the vendors products, rather than reporting to the state what he has purchased and sold. Especially tobacco products. Even though he NEVER reimbursed the vendors for the sales he made, he only took the products and pocketed the proceeds.He was supplied with 6 boxes full of cigars from a contracted vendor TO SELL, and he pocketed all the proceeds. Each pack cost $2.49 at 40 packs at 6 boxes = $597.60Some customers were buying full boxes at a time and the owner would contact me to bring him more. Once I went to collect payment, he claimed he didn’t owe anything.He even tried to do back door deals, so he wouldn’t have to report it to the state since the product is considered a tobacco item. (Taxes)Same thing happened 15 years ago, when the Michigan State Police busted his store for selling fake, counterfeit, stolen goods, such as shoes, clothes, hats, paraphernalia, etcetera.Not much has changed, just more ‘sophisticated’LARA, ATF (Tobacco products), IRS, The Liquor Control Commission, and the Michigan Lottery will be notified
