I brought them my bull elk. They helped unload it and then weighed it. They gave me advice on how to cut and care for the meat the next time in order to make their job easier and get the best quality of meat possible.Nine days later, they called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. The meat was well packaged, and hard frozen. They loaded the meat in my ice chests while I paid the bill. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Tip: Even though it might be a little pricey, order some jerky and summer sausage. I ordered the Southwest flavor jerky and it was perfect.

This family business far exceeded my expectations in they way they treat their customers and the skill and care involved in processing my elk. They all are courteous and very knowledgeable. They took the time to give my son and me a tour of exactly what was going to happen to our elk from skinning to delivery. Just stopped in to have a couple elk processed. The older guy tried to intimadate me, (he raised his voice, with me the customer) into tossing 200lbs of meat out, without even taking the game bags off. Very glad we got a second and third opinion, because we almost lost 800$ in meat.

These people are awesome, very friendly and very honest. I took my first Bull Elk to them to process and even though I didnt do the best job getting him prepped they were able to take care of the rest and get it taken care of. I got more than what I thought I would get and am very happy I would certainly recommend them to other hunters.
