Recently took a quartered up elk to Caseys and couldnt be any more pleased! They have an awesome set up both inside and out. Very transparent with their processing. Corresponded with multiple employees during our two visits and everyone is personable and friendly. Elk was processed, frozen solid, and ready for pick up in just a few days. Prices very reasonable. The chorizo and jalapeño cheese sausage links are some of the best Ive ever had! If we ever make it back to the area, our next elk will be going to Caseys too!-The Mississippi Boys

Caseys always has great customer service and amazing quality when it comes to meat processing. I have taken to multiple animals here and I am always extremely satisfied with the finished product. Great turnaround time as well. Cant recommend Caseys enough for wild game meat processing.

Great Customer Service and Quality! I had the elk from Hades. The branch I was using to cool my meat broke and it looked like a disaster. They did a great good packaging and the Summer Sausage was amazing. Will definitely use again!

By far one of the best places to take your meets.

I called the morning (11/30) that I got my elk to see when I could bring it in. I spoke to Casey; he wanted to know if I had skinned my bull. I had in the field to allow the meat to cool as quickly as possible. I told him that I had it in game bags and was in a friends garage @ Munds Park. He suggested that I bring it in the next morning and to be sure there was no hair, dirt, pine needles, etc., for a better quality and meat yield. When I arrived around 12 noon the next day, he remarked that my elk was very clean and suggested that I should have cut off all of the rib meat except for the loins to save on weight. I asked if I could pick up my elk on Friday of the same week; he moved me ahead of other folks that hadnt requested that date. He said to bring 2 100 quart freezers which was spot on. I highly recommend Caseys Processing.

Ive had my game processed at other places before, Caseys is the best. I have trusted them for all my game processing for several years now and highly recommend them.

Great customer service. Brought in an elk and they got on it right away. They kept the meat clean of any hair along with clean cuts. the Italian Sausage was really good flavor. I know they have other options like breakfast sausage, slim jim sausage, along with hamburger with either pork or beef fat. I will be back for future meat processing.
