I couldn’t be happier with the treatment that my 11 month old puppy got here. Got into a crazy toxic amount of melatonin and had a seizure then stayed one night here and is better than ever. Staff is super nice and was happy to provide me into the many times I called to check in. If your pet needs emergency care, this is the place to take them!

We had to make the choice after 13 years to put our dog down. We live in the valley and found Canyon Pet Hospital on the internet. I am extremely thankful We did. They took us back to a little room with a little fireplace and did not rush us in and out. The staff was very caring and sympathetic and am so grateful we found them.

First visit here for an urgent care appointment and I think Ill be switching vets. My vet couldnt get me in at a reasonable date/time for a reasonable thing. Ive never seen these people before and they took us right in. Every single staff member was so kind. It was very affordable. Appreciate the help. My dog made herself right at home in the clinic.

This vet is great, but a bit of a mess logistically. What they are good at is helping you in an emergency or with an issue that rises and needs an appointment. Their vets are solid snd they have appointment options. For instance, I am able to put my dog on their daily emergency list for an ear infection. However, I have arrived for scheduled appointments and waited over an hour and left without seeing a vet. Nobody apologized or offered to reschedule. Another example, they miscount pills and then you have to go back in to get more and then they have no idea how to handle it. This took a long time to resolve after I was told to just run in and pick up my pills. The emergency list may tell you to come in when it’s not your turn. The vets are thorough and my dogs generally love them, but they also aren’t going to give you the most cost effective treatment. It’s expensive here and do your research because they don’t present you with options for treatment and payment as some offices do. They just tell you what they want to do which is in my experience the most over the top option when other options may exist. There are vets who will present you with options and cost breakdowns. Between that and the chaos of logistics here, i am holding back a star.

This place was amazing, and so much more than I expected! I had a sick dog that I was pretty sure got kennel cough from our newly adopted puppy. She was not doing well and had stopped eating, so I was too concerned to just wait it out. I called at least FOUR other vets in the area, and nobody had any availability for days or even up to a week later. I called Canyon Pet Hospital after a friend recommended them. I was able to be seen for urgent care later that night. Yes, the urgent care exam costs a bit more, but it was worth the piece of mind. I was put on a waiting list, and it was later in the evening before I was called to come down, but at least I got to wait at home, rather than in an office. The vet tech and vet who saw my dog were very thorough and friendly. The vet recommended medication, rather than expensive x-rays and other tests. She said she could run more tests if I wanted, but suggested that medication should be enough. I really appreciated that she didnt jump right to lets start with hundreds of dollars worth of tests like another vet at a different office I had visited in the past. I will definitely be relying on Canyon Pet Hospital for my future vet needs!

I have an in house rabbit that is like a kid to me. She wasnt feeling good and I brought her to a local vet. They did NOT know anything about small animals or exotics. After a $300 bill that solved nothing, and no actual tests at all, I had to bring her the next day, since she had no care from Anasazi Vet in Camp Verde, to Canyon Pet Hospital in Flagstaff (which I highly recommend) for a useful $300 bill! The difference in care, knowledge, professionalism and after care, is night and day!I do NOT recommend going to local vets with small animals or exotics. They do NOT know what they are doing when it comes to them. They actually convinced me to buy a bail of ALFALFA hay and a Salt lick/block for my sick rabbit.I was actually told that the dry air in Az (yes, they knew she was an indoor spoiled pet) is the issue. I could go on and on about how bad their care was but I really want to just say how thankful I am for the great care and amazing staff at Canyon Pet!!I wish I could get my money back to apply to my additional bill!I now have a BAIL of Alfalfa, (I was told it is fresh green at the local feed store and what she needed, in lieu of Timothy)Sad part, I can NOT afford $300 and now I have $600 in bills.Bottom line- Canyon Pet Hospital is worth the travel time!

I cannot give enough praise to this vet hospital. We are new to Arizona, and we drove 2 hours to get our dog here. And it was more than worth it. Our dog had to have an emergency c-section, they got us in and started her procedure right away. They saved her life, as well as the lives of her puppies. The staff is awesome, even dealing with an emotional wreck of a pet owner at 9pm... I cannot be more thankful for this pet hospital, and they deserve all the praise they get. Thank you for the hard work you do for all of our pets!

Do not take your loved pets to this corporate facility! We have spent thousands of dollarsbringing our pets to this facility, mostly just because of their convenience, late hours, and walk in services, but time and time again they disappoint us. Finally, I’m listening to my husband and will never bring them back again. The first major red flag was bringing our 15 yo dog in for urine incontinence in which they did did sometime wrong with a procedure and she could’nt move. We ended up having to put her down at the office that day! If she hadn’t been so old already we would have sued them. Then today, trying to get refills for our 14 yo dog who can barely walk anymore won’t be done unless we bring him in to discuss ‘other options’, again! We thought we had already worked out a medication regimen for him with the last vet!v The med seem to be helping his pain and allergies and just want him on them a bit longer till we put him down. We were even given refills on these RX’s already by the prior vet,, but they won’t even fill them! Why? Because the vet working there hasn’t read his chart or has any idea of the care the prior vet gave him! This is a corporate facility where the vets do not communicate at all with each other or really care about your pet. They just do the text book care to bring you back in again and again to make money. Do not waste your precious animals time. There are many other smaller, more caring offices in Flagstaff you can bring your pets to.

The only reason they checked the collar is because I asked for it back. They are incompetent and i will never return here. it is ridiculous that I had to deal with this unprofessional behavior.

Our dog Mandy was seriously ill, but we didnt have a vet. I called Canyon Pet Hospital and made an appointment not really sure of the vets there, I had gone by reviews I read that were just stellar.First, the hospital is pristine, with partioned waiting areas. Mandy was seen by Dr. Kim McGill. I cannot praise her demeanor and approach to our sick dog enough. She was gentle, kind, and very aware of Mandys fear and trepidation. Dr. McGill sat on the floor with Mandy, speaking softly, easing Mandys tension. She recommended tests and potential treatments, then gave me the space to call my son to let him know what was going on. Once we agreed to what the Dr. recommended, they took Mandy for tests, she was diagnosed with a terminal condition. Dr. McGill recommended options, once my son and I agreed what we felt was best, Dr. McGills assistant prepared us for what would come next. Unfortunately Mandy had to be put to sleep, but I couldnt have had a better experience. They offered a comfort room, which was peaceful and isolated so that my last moments with our dog were as stress free as possible. Dr. McGill kindly explained each step before the process began, it was a peaceful end for Mandy.A couple of weeks after Mandy passed away, I got a card with a rose and a lovely written note from Dr. McGill.I would highly recommend Canyon Pet Hospital, it is the ideal environment for any issues with your pets. They are wonderful.

Canyon Pet Hospital: Uncaring and Money Hungry!“You can leave him on the chair and when he’s gone (dead) someone will get him.” Took a pet to Canyon Pet Hospital this past Monday to be euthanized and this is what the doctor had the audacity to say. As if, I would just do this and walk out. I held my little guy for nearly 15 minutes before he finally passed. They also tried to overprice me $60 as well but finally (after much arguing) acknowledged that their system for their emergency wait list is faulty. I had been going to Canyon Pet Hospital for well over 10 years. In addition to this incident several years ago we had to have our 15ish year old Yorkie put to sleep. I had to rush him in with my daughter to be euthanized. He was literally screaming in pain. Long story short, they put us in the room for him to be euthanized. He was crying in pain for over 30 minutes! We kept pushing the button for someone to come. They forgot about us! How no one could hear him is beyond me.BEWARE!!!

Anyway, I do not wish to cut into Pacos walk time, and since Lando has moved onto the great pond in the sky, her former roommate, Hippy Pete, the monster pleco, need not become upset that his tank become dirtied in the meanwhile...But, as I digress, simply know this; EVERYONE at Canyon Pet is AWESOME!Paco defines love & is one tough cookie, as evidenced by his most recent recovery thereof a most successful surgery in which Dr. McGill was able to remove a few (3) fatty lumps. I just got back from a visit for treating my cat. This hospital is very nice. I should start by saying that I am a former vet tech of 8 years at an emergency and specialty facility with board certified veterinarians. I am extremely picky with where I bring my babies. We just moved to Flag and this was my first visit at this clinic. The urgent care hours are fantastic. I called at 830pm the prev. night. They didnt have any openings, and I was instructed to call first thing when they open to get on their urgent care waiting list (which is awesome to have!).This fills up incredibly fast, so call exactly at 8am to be first in line. Urgent care starts at 5pm.The facility is very clean (I look for pet hair balls and stuff and saw none, and it doesnt even smell like animals!) It is also an impressively sized building, and patients are spread out making it quiet for my cat.The front desk staff is very polite. The nurse that took the vitals and history was very thorough with her questions and charting and good with my cat. (I dont know the nurses name, sorry)The veterinarian we saw was Dr. Stacey Carron. She was very friendly, gentle, and also very thorough. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and trusted her. If she sees patients outside of urgent care hours, I would be happy to have her as my animals primary care vet!Overall, the pricing was good too. Comparable to other facilities for medication, and the urgent care hours arent bad, $85 dollars as opposed to $65 for normal scheduled exams and of you go to an ER vet its well over $100 just for the exam, which I was happy to avoid.I like the fact that they are open late, so if you have questions too you can just give them a call.I would recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for taking care of Gauge!

The service is good, here is the thing, the facility is nice and everyone is nice, but it is significantly more expensive for the same treatments or tests, so if you are struggling financially, find another vet in flagstaff! They couldnt diagnose my cat and I spend hundreds on tests and medications, just to find out my cat had an allergy at a different vet. To be fair, the other vet used the past tests to realize that it was an allergy. It was not their fault--but it was expensive. If you want a nice lobby experience as you go to the vet, the extra money is worth it. They do emergency visits for free, which is actually amazing, and they are open late for emergencies.

I was told I’d receive a text when it is time for me to head to the clinic so that I don’t have to wait outside. When I got the text that it was my turn, I went to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was told they are running behind. I did not have a car to wait in so me and my cat had to wait for 1 hour in the 17 degree weather in the dark. This is completely preventable considering they have a timing system that alerts you when it’s time to go to the clinic. The staff was kind.

We came up for the weekend to the Flagstaff area and of course our Border Collie, Dash, loves to camp. But when he suddenly appeared to be unsteady on his feet, lethargic and unable to hold his head up, straight away we knew something was wrong! We Googled 24 emergency Vet and luckily we choose Canyon Pet Hospital. We were seen right away. The vet tech, Mallory, explained the clinics protocol of triage first with a visit to the Nurse, who assesses the severity and then places the animal on a waiting list or queue to be seen by the vet. We were notified via text where we were in line to be seen. Mallory assuaged our fears that what was going on with our dog was very common, non life threatening, and their clinic sees 1-2 cases of this a day. Mallory sensed that I needed to hear that my dog was going to be okay and she patiently answered all my questions again and again.I am impressed with their business model. First assessment of severity, and use of technology to keep you informed. Not all pet emergencies are medical emergencies and I understand the need for triage. If it had been the case where my pet was experiencing a true medical emergency, I would have been moved to the top of the queue and seen immediately by a Vet.

Another Vet in town administered shots to my dog, Athena. She had asevere reaction to the vaccines, including seizures and a high temperature. The other vet said it it wasnt the vaccines it was epilepsy that was causing the seizures. I took Athena to Canyon Sunday night and they looked at her and said there was nothing to indicate anything was wrong with her, that it could be the shots, or epilepsy that just started as she is 3 years of age. They suggested I get the vaccine info from Aspen and call the manufacturer and determine if the side affects she was having is something they would be able to help with. It took me a few days to get the vaccine serial numbers from Aspen but I did get them. I called the vaccine company, they told me her symptoms were a result of Lepto which some dogs do have a reaction, its rare but it can happen. I opened a case with the vaccine company, and I then I called Canyon. They were amazing, they took over communications with the vaccine company and they worked to save our babies life. Athena is doing remarkably well, shes back to her normal, happy and playful self. I cannot thank Canyon enough for EVERYTHING they did to step in and do the right thing and help Athena. And more importantly, they believed me when I felt it was the vaccine, they didnt try to make me feel inept. The front staff, the two doctors and the two nurses that seen Athena was absolutely amazing. And Shawna an office admin who took over communication with the Vaccine company she was amazing as well. The vaccine company is reimbursing me for the vet bills and also they are paying Canyon for the last visit to help Athena. Im glad I met everyone at this facility, they are all wonderful. I would highly discourage anyone from going to Canyon. We were very careful with our new puppy, we didnt take her anywhere because she was not fully vaccinated. She had a little cough so we took her to Canyon and stayed in the car until they were ready to bring her into the isolation room which was supposed to be completely sterile. They had me put her onto a scale in the hallway which made me nervous but they assured me it had been cleaned. When we got into the room with her there was hair on the floor so it obviously had not been sanitized between pets. The vet gave us antibiotics for kennel cough and while the cough went away a week later she was lethargic. I took her back to Canyon and they put her in the hospital for pneumonia.Three days later they called and said she was doing so much better and that I could take her home the next day. Me and my son went to visit her that night and we were waiting in the lobby for them to bring us back into the isolation room. Instead they brought her into the main lobby, when I expressed my concern about her not being fully vaccinated the vet tech said it was fine because they kept the lobby really clean. She then put a leash on her and said we could walk her on the side of the building. I questioned this and told the vet tech that I hadnt taken her anywhere because she was not vaccinated but she said that it would be fine. When I asked if they had been taking her out there she did not answer. The next day when I was supposed to be able to pick her up they told me that she had taken a turn for the worse and that they were pretty sure she had distemper. We kept her in the hospital for a couple more days and ended up having to put her down. While I cannot say for certain that my puppy contracted distemper from Canyon, I do know that we never brought her anywhere for her safety when she was in our care and I also witnessed how dismissive they were about keeping her isolated when she was in their care. Having to put our puppy down was completely heartbreaking for our family so I felt that I needed to share this experience in the hopes that it doesnt happen to anyone else.

Great staff but waaaaayyyyyyyy OVERPRICED. Were talking, $500+ for a few tests. If they tell you to come for a update . Youll pay another 80+ just to be told the same thing. We need to run more tests. Canyon Pet Hospital used to be our go to but after Covid hit I feel their prices went way too high. I understand everyone took a hit but lets help out our fur babies and push the dollar signs to the side!!

Ended up with a 1000$ vet bill with a “surgery” that was completely useless after being told it would fix the problem..waste of time, money, and unnecessary pain for my boy.We had to go to another place for them to fix what they never did. very bad experience. Not to mention with my other dog who died of cancer 3 years ago they tried and take as much money from me as they can they do not truly care about your pet.multiple bad experiences. Time to find a new vet. Only reason I came back is because they are open later hours but after this last experience we are done with them!

Update: they infected my dog and I have their diagnoses to prove it! Day 1: no infection - they remove a seed from 1 ear, and clean both ears. No infection on file. Day 2: my dog has raging infection in both ears!!!! Doesn’t take a genius to figure that they don’t clean their tool!!!!Where do I begin? I love my pet, and I understand what emergency veterinary medicine means. I looked canyon pet hospital and was relieved at the overwhelmingly positive reviews. Reviews can be deceiving! I spend three long days and nights at this point attempting to be seen for a grass awn removal from an ear canal. The first night - I was texted to come in and waited for over three hours, just to give up and ask to be seen the following day. The second day we went in at 8 am, only to be seen by 12 pm and treated and released by 1:00 pm. The following day my dog developed symptoms that were far worse than before treatment: including shakes, food refusal, refusal to go on top of furniture, restless pacing, head tilts, head shakes. I went in for re-evaluation and they put me on the emergency list. Except they actually didn’t add me to the list and when I called back at 5:00 pm they told me I have to be added at the end of the line. Their front desk service is friendly - but inadequate. I hate that I have to entrust my family member to people who rush through procedures and have continuously ignored our needs. I came here out of an emergency and I hope that my dog gets better and gets the necessary treatment (remains to be seen), but I won’t ever come back. Seriously, if your dog is showing symptoms that require attention and care - go to your own vet (or somewhere else) for proper diagnosis and timely treatment.

Update: I just received a call from the Canyon Pet Hospital Director, Erica Pillow, in response to my complaint - she was very apologetic and stated that there would be enhanced training for staff on dealing with situations where standard protocol does not answer the immediate need of an emergency. If anything good can come of this terrible experience, I feel better knowing that more sensitivity and critical evaluation skills will be put in place for future emergencies where an animal is suffering. Thank you, Ms. Pillow - Im glad Canyon Pet Hospital cared enough to reach out with a personal response.Earlier Post:If you have a pet emergency - know that you wont be treated as a priority even if your pet is dying in front of your eyes unless it comes at a convenient moment for them. We took our elderly pet in for euthanasia at 10:00pm one night, after a 2 wk struggle to help her with meds but ultimately, her age prevented recovery. We were treated with a wait-your-turn attitude, despite paying in full up front & repeated pleas for help as we watched, horrified, as our pet slowly suffocated to death due to a breathing obstruction, clawing at her towel, eyes bulging until she lost consciousness. The vet techs were poorly trained and inept, attempting (and failing) to place an IV in a nearly dead animal by the time they got around to it. We were then treated like WE were the problem for the audacity of voicing our upset. Our pet was unresponsive, limp, unconscious and only minutes from death by the time a real vet showed up 40+ minutes into our arrival and administered a shot (to justify the euthanasia fee). To be fair, the vet seem sympathetic to the situation she walked into, but that does not eliminate the gross incompetence and unprofessionalism we experienced otherwise. Their mission statement of compassionate care is a joke - the only feelings they have are for your checkbook. Please, if you love your pet, go elsewhere.

I called first thing in the morning for a very necessary prescription for my dog to be called in, they never took a minute, actually 30 seconds to call it in and at the end of the day told me, “It’s on the board”. Nobody there ever asked how my dog was doing because they all just care about a bottom line and not people and their pets. I called my previous vet and she called it in within a minute so I could rush to Sam’s and pick it up. If I could have given it to her earlier she would have been feeling much better all day. I was always hesitant going to Canyon Pet Hospital due to some stories and also people telling me it is much more expensive, but after having many bad experiences at our previous vet clinic I was willing to give this a try. This place blew my expectations out of the water. The first thing that I loved was when I called in and spoke to their front desk. The lady we got sounded super professional, caring and knew her stuff (something that has been a pain for us when calling previous vet clinics) I especially like that she walked me through this vets process and even gave advice/ options on when the best times/days to visit are due to how busy things have been with the pandemic that has happened. When we got there the place was very clean and organized. The vets assistant was very chipper and sweet to us and our semi nervous dog. Then came the big test of if we were going to like this doctor or not. Compared to previous doctors this one was just AMAZING! Thank you Dr. Sracey Carron for all your help. She definitely knows what she is doing and made my dog so relaxed I really appreciate it. Lastly the bill came at the end and I was extremely nervous but it was WAY cheaper than I expected so all around 5 stars! Amazing places, Doctor and team.

Canyon pet hospital is an amazing medical facility. We recently moved here from the valley. We had an emergency with one of my 5 dogs and we were told to take her to Canyon. I am so happy that we did. I now have a new veterinarian clinic to attend. They were all very very caring and attentive. The office staff and veterinary staff have huge heart and feeling. The place is beautiful and clean. A pleasant atmosphere. Prices for care were nominal, they are more concerned about the animals welfare than to charge a fortune for treatment that was not necessary. Thank you again!

Canyon Pet Hospital in Flagstaff, Arizona is truly remarkable. They are open 7 days a week, all year, and even Christmas. They are available for walk ins, appointments, and emergencies. The Dr.s are thorough and gentle with your pets. I trust them with my little dog, and my Cockatiel. I drive 100 miles round trip to this establishment, because they do not close their doors any day of the week. Other Animal hospitals close Sundays, and send you to a vet in Prescott if you have an emergency that day, or after 5pm. Canyon Pet Hospital has emergency service from 5pm till 12pm seven days a week. Also, emergencies welcome during regular hours, 8am till 5pm. Love them!

They called me and kept me informed so I knew what was happening all the time. When the time came to let him go they were compassionate and allowed me all the time I needed with him. Weve always been thrilled with all the highly skilled veterinarians and support staff. We also love their facility and how every major medical procedure and ancillary service is available if needed. Its also nice they are open every day in case of an emergency and have used their emergency hours many times. They are also highly involved in the community and support various animal welfare organizations with volunteer time and financial support. Right now, I am using Canyon as a best choice of limited options. The pros are that most of the medical staff are kind and listen pretty well, the quality of care is good (not willing to say great). But the cons are that this hospital, like many others, seems to have money as its highest priority. Also through many experiences, Ive been offered/recommended some excessive level of unneeded hospitalization and care for my cats chronic and acute conditions, where almost all of the situations were were not sure exactly whats going on with the cat and essentially all conditions resolved without need for medical treatment. I worry for less experienced pet owners that they would financially burden themselves out of fear for their pets life. In fact, thats my problem with Canyon, is its well set up to profit off of a pet owners fear for their animals life.If you rush in for an emergency, you have to pay a deposit ahead of time which is an estimate of the cost. Its a common vet practice, but leaves you feeling like youre in a hostage negotiation for your pets life- at a moment when you want to be concerned about your animals health, its an ugly practice to require payment before they take your animal back, and although its quite standard, it doesnt have to be that way - especially for regular clients. I mean, Ive shelled out well over $1800 to them in the last 6 months and still they demanded $522 before they took my diabetic cat back for an emergency visit this previous Monday. When Im rushing in and distraught over my cats health, thats a moment of weakness I dont appreciate being taken advantage of. How was I taken advantage of? Well I had earned a $100 credit through their pay $1600, get a $100 credit program, but apparently I should have notified them of my credit before giving them $522 because it was impossible to apply it later, even before I left the building. They couldnt refund part of the paid $522 because the $100 is not real money. Its all my bad for not putting financial concerns ahead of concerns for my cats life the moment I walked in the door.So this app and the stamps reward is ironically what has given me the worst impression of Canyon. When I first installed the app (it was not very obvious that they had this system), I realized I had just spent ~$200 two week earlier and asked if I could get stamps for that and NO, they cannot apply stamps after the fact. They do not ask you, after you give them $500 or $1000 if you want stamps, and if you dont ask, you dont get them. Now, apparently, if you dont ask for your credit when you rush in with an emergency, you dont get your credit until the next thing happens. To top it all off, a manager called me regarding Monday and as I expressed anger at their inability to refund part of my payment in honor of the credit (who cant process a refund for charges misapplied???) she got really high and mighty about what a lucky and wonderful deal the stamp card is and how they didnt even offer it before and its really nice of them. Literally telling me how wonderful their discount system is:

Ive taken several pets here, and never had any issues. As with any place, there are a lot of different staff, so you get a slightly different experience on any given day. Overall, ever since new management (ownership?) took over (years ago) I have felt great going here.Front desk staff are always amazing! And they are a great balance between cost effectiveness and quality of care. I was there after hours once getting a foxtail out of my dogs ear. I wish I remembered the vet, but she tried 4 times total to remove the foxtail over the course of 45 minutes or so. She got it all out on the 4th try, and had to have two extra staff help her. Im pretty sure the bill was no more than $60 for at least an hour long appointment with three staff helping me.I also had that same dog put down there, and I felt that for the staff that must be experiencing euthanasia and grieving families so often, they did a great job.

I can not recommend this place enough! We live in Page and drove 2 hours to bring our dog here to Canyon pet after he was throwing up and lethargic. They admitted him, did xrays, bloodwork and kept him overnight. While my dog seemed comfortable to be here, I was a complete WRECK leaving him. They were great about communicating with us, updating me (even in the middle of the night!), sending me pictures of my boy, and keeping him comfortable. After a very uncomfortable experience at the vet in Page, I was weary to take my dog to another vet, but after this experience, Canyon Pet Hospital has my full trust and confidence. They also provide refreshments to the customers (They understand that people need drinks when they are waiting for a while to see the Vet or while your fur baby may be in Surgery.) and have bowls for water readily available for your fur babies.I highly recommend this place if you want the best treatment in Northern Arizona. Canyon Pet Hospital is amazing. When I found out that my old vet was retiring, I was devastated. I didnt know where to go as I had trusted him for years with my pets. I knew about Canyon Pet Hospital from a few people, but thought I couldnt replace my old vet. Once I called to set up the first appointment, all of that changed. The receptionist was so kind and helped work around my crazy schedule. When I showed up, they were so welcoming and helpful. They took care of all the old records for all my pets and got it updated in their files. When it was time to go back, the assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and shared things with me that I didnt know about our area. The door for my dogs exam even had her name on it welcoming her, which just made me feel at home and was just that extra bit that made me feel like all the details matter. When the vet came in, she gave my pup a thorough exam and my dog was happy the whole time. The cost was even less than what my old vet was, which he was always really reasonable, so I greatly appreciate that aspect as well! It was a fantastic experience, and Im happy to say I found my new forever vet! Thank you!
