Levi is a wonderful help - whenever we have a question, he has an answer! he had helped us keep our pool in perfect condition, always has great suggestions. He helped us find the perfect pool robot and pool supplies. Everyone else at the store is also helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough about their customer service, friendly atmosphere and great support. Thank you!.

First of all, I have never had anything but a great experience working with the manager, Levi. As a matter of fact, I moved my business from the Carmel location to this location to be able to stick with him. I recently had an issue with my pump motor, and he was diligent in showing me my options both operationally and financially. I cant speak to experience with this location prior to him, but even if you had a bad experience; it would be well worth giving him a shot.Matt came out to install my new motor and pump, and was right on time. He worked quickly and efficiently through the installation and a couple other miscellaneous repairs on-site. And then, was willing to spend as much time answering my questions and showing me how to operate the new equipment. Overall, another great experience, but Ive grown used to it with this team!

I called the number given to me to make an appointment for a repair to our pool filter. My wife nor I were home when the guy came (his name is Matt). Matt told my wife on the phone that the Valve had to be replaced and that Leslies didnt do that kind of work. I called the 800 number and asked for Matt to get clarification. I asked that, if possible, he call me after 5:30 so I was off work and could speak to him. No problem the girl said. Well, he called 5 minutes later and left me a voicemail but not a number to reach him. His voicemail reiterated what my wife said. I called the 800 number again and asked if she could have him call me again so I might get a reference as to who might be able to fix the valve since he was dispatched from somewhere else and was local. Again, the person said shed have him call me. Matt called me the next day and again I missed his call because I was at work. He left a mean message and said Im not sure why they wanted me to call you back because I already told you, you have to get the valve replaced. Leslies cant help you and I already told you that I work in a business where if I spoke to someone that way Id be fired. So, rather than make any demands, Ill leave my experience here.

Had green algae in my pool, hard to get rid of. Did water test and Tim & Gabby were very helpful giving me 3 ways to get rid of the problem. Bought Soda Ash as Step 1 of treatment, used on pool and overnight algae is almost completely gone. Thanks for taking time to explain everything! Jeff Bell

They have lots of stuff. Very helpful and courteous. Prices can be a little high on some things but you can walk out with the right stuff.

If you need basic chemicals and cleaning tools for a pool this is a great place, but if youre looking for parts you might as well go to Grainger
