Pools of Fun have been great to work with since we bought our pool in 2012. In recent years the Manager Lindsey and her amazing team have been wonderful. As any pool owner knows there will be challenges. Lindsey and her team always come through for us. Guiding us through the process so our pool is safe and clean. Awesome is the word I would use to describe everyone at Pools of Fun!!!

I went to Pools of Fun in Fishers and introduced myself as someone who just bought a house with a pool and needed a lot of help. I basically just went there because I needed chlorine to begin with. The workers there really didnt offer much help outside of telling me how much the chlorine costs. I didnt know any better, so I bought a 12lb bag for roughly $150. Later that day, a pool service company (Leslies) came by to walk me through the basics of maintaining the pool. When I told him how much I just paid for chlorine, he was surprised. He told me Leslies was much cheaper. Since I was going to take a water sample for Leslies to analyze, I looked at how much they charged for the chlorine tablets and I could get a 35lb bag for essentially the same price as a 12lb bag at Pools of Fun. So I bought the bucket at Leslies and went to return the bucket to Pools of Fun. However, when I got there, the response was corporate doesnt like it when we take those back - thats why we post signs about it. Im sorry, but thats insufficient. Nowadays there are signs everywhere for everything and nobody is going to read them all. The least they could have done would be to verbally explain to me that they do not accept returns for this, especially after I introduced myself as a new, naïve pool owner. I had only bought this 4 hours earlier and never opened the bucket, but all they could do was shrug their shoulders and point to corporate. Hopefully corporate reads this review and does something about it, because theyre a much more convenient location for me, but I will not be purchasing anything else from them if this is my first experience. I do not blame the workers, though I think they should have told me verbally. Regardless, for those interested, you can get 3x the chlorine at Leslies Pool Supplies for basically the same price as Pools of Fun.

Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to knowing how to keep pool chemistry balanced and healthy. They take their time to explain their recommendations to me and even offer to carry products out to my car for me. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service at Fishers location. The manager is very knowledgeable about how to keep my spa at its best. Have purchased products for my hot tub and a pellet grill from this this location and very happy with my experience every time.

We have Had great service and advice at the Fishers POF store. Lindsay is especially knowledgeable and great at helping problem solve issues with Pools. Some of the reviews listed here are with corporate POF. I agree with some of them and have had problems in the past. However, there are some great employees now (namely Lindsey, Daniel, Amanda, and Bruce).

Leaving this review for my aunt and uncle. Definitely need to work on customer service and stop acting like it’s an inconvenience when you come in to get help with your pool. It’s the reason for their existence. They take the fun out of pools. Should change the company name. The people at the one in Noblesville are nice and friendly and the Geist location should follow Noblesville approach.

Pools of fun installed my pool in 2003 and did a really nice job. Over the years they have serviced my pool with varying degrees of satisfaction. Over the past two years, the service has deteriorated to the point of unacceptable. They charge to come out and then dont fix things completely. Then when you call to have them come back (usually a week to ten days later) they try to charge you again. I have been trying to get lights replaced that are under warranty for 2 seasons now. I have four. Yesterday they came with only three lights and they were the wrong ones. I called to talk to the service manager and have not gotten a return call yet. This has been the norm for quite sometime. The example of the lights is just one of many, from pump motors, to seals, to pool heater issues that they have been here three times to fix and still havent fixed it, the saga goes on and on. Oh by the way, the heater is only a year and a half old. At this point there is no way I could recommend them.

Needed a new pool liner. Called construction department in Plainfield Indiana. Paid in full from the beginning and was told 4 weeks maximum turn around. Pools of fun could not even get in touch with their OWN manufacture rep. He would not return their call. Well after 2.5 months of leaving voicemail/text/emails I received an email that they would not be able to proceed. Run my money back ASAPLesson to staff: Communication is key because business reputation is important.Please don’t waste your time with this company. GO ELSEWHERE

Tall skinny blonde kid that works there wearing a leather muzzle was indignant when questioned on the quality of a particular product that didnt perform as expected. Exceptionally bad attitude. I wouldnt put this on the business typically but the boss overheard the whole thing.Really poor.

Weve had our pool for 3 years and still love that we made the decision to get it AND to use Pools of Fun. Start to finish and follow up services are all exceptional. My only complaint is that I wish I had a Pools of Fun store closer to where we live.

Lindsay is the absolute best. Super knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help no matter what. Im very grateful to have a pools of fun available in Fishers.

Been using Pools of fun on/off for years but not anymore. Horrible service despite reaching out to my service guy & even management. Make sure you know your pool guy if you use them. Its a hit or miss & if you get poor service, just find another company.

Pools of fun saved my automatic pool cleaning system after a discount provider ruined it. The ingenuity that the technician used to pull the stuck plug from two feet below ground blew me away. I thought the system was ruined. Keep up the great service!

My parents ordered a liner 8 weeks in advance. They came to measure and said there is still water in the pool and we cant measure accurately, they were informed they still had the previous measurements from the old liner which the salesman said would work. Emailed the measurements to them that day. They emailed back and said they would install July 1st and quoted a price to install liner AND pump the water out. They emailed June 28th and said they couldnt do the liner because they didnt feel comfortable with old measurements. They literally gave a few days notice and never contacted anyone prior to June 28th. Customer service is horrible. Please contact any other pool company other than pools of fun.

Recently bought a house with a pool and after wasting more time and money than I could ever imagine with another local pool company, Pools of Fun stepped in and saved me from the hassle and was able to get my pool up and running in a few days. Don’t use anyone else for any of your pool needs.

Terrible. No one in the store knows anything about pools or pool chemicals. Isnt this supposed to be a pool store??? I have been there at least 10 xs and not once has anyone had a clue. Ive given them enough chances. Ill never go back again.
